Fantastic experience: Best dental practice ever !! For someone who is petrified of dentists Jaz and his team do actually manage to allow me to overcome my fears by their patience, gentle approach and kindness, cannot recommend them all highly enough.

Negative experience: When I first started using Crofts dental a few years ago it was completely different, there was a real sense of care and good quality dental work. In the last two years in my experience there has been a change, and that caring personal touch is no longer there. I had a crown made that was not a good fit, then whilst a second was being remade I was told there was a crack in the root of the crowned tooth that caused massive pain. I was given a temporary crown whilst waiting for the new one to be re made. The temporary crown was sharp and uncomfortable, and ruined a planned holiday abroad. When I went back I was made to feel a nuisance by Jazz. I was then told I needed root canal treatment on the tooth before the new crown was fitted, this also failed! I went for a second opinion and was told there tooth needed to be removed. I asked Jazz to remove it but he refused, refunding me the cost of getting it removed elsewhere, passing on a problem to someone else! I also a white filling Jazz recently done fall off whist I was eating and he refused to refund or re do it ! Again anther dentist has had to put things right at my cost! In all I spent over £1400 and was refunded only small amount. I feel work was carried out on a tooth that was not in a state to be saved because of the crack in the root of the tooth. I felt no one at surgery cared or listened to my concerns. I feel I could have been spared from months of pain and considerable costs.

Fantastic experience: Crofts is a fantastic dental service. Jazz has been mine and my family’s dentist for years and I’m always very happy with my treatment. my son recently finished his Invisalign treatment and his teeth look amazing one of the best decisions he made having Invisalign I can’t recommend Croft’s enough

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Jazz at Croft’s dental practice for yearsss! And I’m extremely happy with the service they provide. Recently my fixed retainer needed fixing and I called up and got an appointment the very next day. I trust jazz completely and won’t let anyone else work on my teeth. Jazz you’re the best!

Fantastic experience: I've used Crofts dental my whole life and when my wedding came around, Jazz was on hand to help me with my smile! In a short amount of time, he got my Invisalign plan together, so we could straighten my teeth in time to also do whitening and composite bonding before the big day. You have always been so welcoming and friendly, but even more so this year. Thank you Jazz and team, the best service always.

Fantastic experience: Jazz has been taking care of My teeth now for over 2 years I've had extensive work done to correct my teeth from bonding to fillings. Total transformation jazz has quide me through the process and explained everything the better options etc. I've also had Reqular Hygiene which I have been happy with. The Team including receptionists have been great I am continuing my treatments with jazz.

Negative experience: I joined this practice so that I could obtain a Saturday appointment something that the NHS were not offering. I have had almost all of my Saturdays cancelled last minute with no replacement Saturday offered for another 2 months. I had to book an appointment elsewhere so that I could be seen. As I have insurance I need to stick to schedule to ensure I get the 2 hygiene and 2 examination within the year that I pay for. One of the Saturdays they cancelled on the Monday of that week was due to the bike ride which lets face it they would have known about months in advance yet only do anything about those appointments til the Monday prior. The latest appointment cancelled was in November yet again with no notice, calling on the Monday for the Saturday. When I complained and said it wasn't good enough they said they will look to arrange another appointment and simply never called me back. When I raised a complaint in January I spoke to the owner who admitted that they had issues, he then transferred me back over to the office manager to get in touch about re-booking my missed appointment. Who once again simply ignored me. They booked me in at lunchtime knowing I will have my 4 year old with me as she needed an appointment too when I went back to them to ask for the time to be moved they literally never got back to me again. This service is so horrendous that I have once again had to go elsewhere to be seen. So don't waste your time or effort. My life is far too busy to be able to add this extra time for them not doing their jobs. No idea why simply booking an appointment has taken months (Literally) to arrange.

I am a very nervous patient and have always dreaded going to the dentist. I have just had an appointment with Eloise and as usual have come away feeling so much better. She really puts you at your ease and no pain!! Eloise makes your hygiene visit comfortable and relaxing. She gives great advice about dental hygiene and I feel my teeth have benefitted. Fantastic experience: I could not recommend this dentist more - everything about this dentist is 10/10 and Iqra is the best dentist I've ever had. When I first visited Iqra, I explained that I am extremely nervous and have had a lot of previous trauma with dentists. She has really helped relax me in a dental environment and always reassures me through any treatments. She is very gentle and extremely patient. I also visited Eloise for a hygienist appointment - she is so informative and has given me great advice for my teeth.

People always compliment me and a number of friends and family now go to his practice after I’ve recommended him. I’ve had braces, enlighten teeth whitening and composite bonding with Jaz as well as regular check ups and hygiene appointments with Eloise and I’m always pleased with the results. Would highly recommend! The Diamond polish with Eloise is amazing I couldn’t believe how much staining were on my composites until I had it done! After doing a lot of research and speaking to a few other Invisalign providers I decided to go with jazz as to me out of all of the others I spoke too I felt like it was a much more personal experience and I felt like he cared a great deal to help me achieve my desired look.. he did not disappoint I am completely over the moon with my results (Invisalign, enlighten whitening and composite bonding). Fantastic experience: I recently swapped my dentist to Croft, a decision I have not regretted at all, in fact, I am so pleased I did. Today was my six monthly check up and I saw Eloise, ably assisted by Charlotte; she cleaned and polished my teeth. She was efficient, warm and friendly and offered excellent advice. I then saw Iqra, who checked my teeth. Again, an efficient, warm and friendly experience. Iqra explained my options for a future treatment and together we made a decision on the best way forward. I have no qualms about visiting the surgery as everyone is so helpful and kind.

From the moment I first walked through their door, I have been welcomed with nothing but open arms by such lovely, friendly, reassuring people. All the staff at crofts dental practice helped me throw my fears and also understood my embarrassment of how bad my teeth where but did not judge, just helped me. Louise the hygienist was so understand of my fears and went at my pace, talking me throw everything she was going to do before she done anything. She always makes sure you are ok and stops whenever you need a break. She is so kind and understanding of my fears. She is amazing Even the reception staff where checking i was OK and very understanding of my fears I recommend this dentist to all and if you are like I was (scared of dentist and not been for a long time) then this is the place for you
