Negative experience: We are extremely frustrated that our son still requires braces as per the dentist's recommendation. Despite being referred long time ago, we have not received any updates. At each appointment, the dentist simply asks if we have heard back, without him trying to contact them. This matter leading us to wonder how much longer we must wait. Our son is almost 18, and we have been waiting for many years now. This lack of communication and progress is unacceptable, and we are growing increasingly concerned about our son's dental health. We urge the dentist to provide us with concrete information and a timeline for when our son can finally receive the necessary treatment. Waiting indefinitely is not an option, and we expect better from a professional healthcare provider.

Fantastic experience: I visited S3 a couple of days ago due to an aching tooth. One of the nicest things about S3 is that they won't recommend any treatment unless it really should be done now to resolve a problem or for preventative reasons. I'm happy to recommend S3 Dental.

Fantastic experience: I was impressed and delighted with the Dental Clinic S3 Dental Hinchley wood. I had an appointment this morning, and all went well, and I was very happy with the dental care given to me after every appointment I have attended. The Dental Clinic was so spacious, clean and the environment was so peaceful and organised, and it was immaculate. The Front Desk Staff was so polite and helpful. Dr Harshil Patel was excellent, he was professional , efficient and knowledgeable. And he always gave advice on good oral hygiene and how to floss.

Negative experience: Disgusting nhs dentist, used to be so good before the previous dentist left and now the nhs dentist is some bumbling incompetent that shouldn’t be allowed near patients and then due to ongoing health conditions I missed an appointment and was taken off the nhs list and then my son who couldn’t attend because they had referred him for surgery and he wa still recovering and we cancelled the appointment they logged as missed and took him off the list…disgraceful incompetent dentists and admin staff

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment at S3 Dental, Hinchley Wood, to remove a large cracked tooth. The procedure was carried out very professionally out by Dr Butt. The whole procedure was explained in detail beforehand and the briefing continued during the procedure. Not once did I feel any pain whatsoever and was not even aware the tooth had been removed until he told me he had finished. In the 24 hours following the extraction I was left with zero discomfort. The man, Dr Butt, is a dental genius ably assisted by a lovely caring dental nurse. They almost make a visit to the dentist a pleasurable event.

Fantastic experience: I was running late and tried to call in but the lines were busy and there was no point leaving a message. I eventually arrived 5 minutes late and was seen immediately. The hygienist was really helpful and delivered the good news and the bad news in a very comforting way. Back in 3 months but all in all a happy man.

Fantastic experience: Excellent timekeeping, helpful and friendly admin staff and a comfortable waiting area. I have had the same dentist (Safeer) for about 20 years and he is exceptionally well qualified. He has never hurt me, no matter what I have had done. He has saved teeth that many would judge to be beyond repair! No dentist is cheap these days but I have never been offered any unnecessary treatments and everything has been worth every penny. I now live in Sussex but I still travel to Hinchley Wood to attend at S3 - they are that good!

Glad e gave it a try. Great for our kids and for us. A couple of xrays and a 3D scan, and they were able to give some great advice from a mix of professional opinion and AI after being given a very different opinion. Attentive and professional. Happy

Fantastic experience: I have been using the services of S3 Dental for years, they are always polite and efficient, and take care of you especially if your a nervous patient. I highly recommend the whole team, from reception staff, dentists and hygienist's. I have also had dental implants done, whilst not cheap the whole process was as comfortable as can be expected, and the after care is second to none.

Fantastic experience: The dentist is very knowledgeable and dealt with my emergency very quickly and relieved me from the pain I was having. After getting home I had a high temperature of 38.6 and a huge headache. I am hoping I am on the mend this evening and my temperature will go down completely

Apart from regular check ups, filling replacements and cleaning, over the years I have had crowns, root canal work and an implant. Safeer, his team and recommended dental specialists have been high quality. They have liaised fully with each other and provided clear explanations of options, treatments and costs. I am very happy they are local to me and grateful for the treatments given.

Fantastic experience: I had pain in my tooth. I was given an appointment for 4 days but the receptionist phoned me back and I was fitted in the same day. The wait for a crown on the NHS is not that rapid though!

Negative experience: Feel very misled. I signed up our family of 5 when they were accepting NHS. Phoned today to book an emergency appt for my son to be told we must book as private clients as we didn’t go in for an appt during the NHS ‘window’ and no longer classified as NHS patients? This was NEVER explained to me when I signed up or I would have booked us in. A sneaky way of increasing their private client list IMO. AVOID
