Positive experience: Had two molars taken out at Martina Collins Dental & Skin Clinic. The intake experience and consultation was smooth, detailed and thorough. The actual extraction procedures was also very swift. Though, I felt uncomfortable knowing that there was a fragment still left in my lower gum caused by a breakage during the extraction, I was reassured that it wouldn't cause any issue. I felt this breakage could have been avoided if a more cautious approach and preparatory work was done on the base of tooth prior to pulling it. I also observed that It took a while for the anesthesia to wear-off and that meant that the tooth nearest to the extracted one was numb for a long time. The post extraction pain wasn't so severe compared to a previous extraction at another clinic. I would say that my overall experience at the clinic was satisfactory. Thanks.

Recently had some cosmetic work completed by Dr Megan Loughran, first class work and first class treatment. Couldn’t recommend Megan enough, delighted with the results after a lovely experience. All staff were lovely, special mention to Victoria at front of house, who offered a fantastic service.

Fantastic experience: I went to Martina Collins Dental Practice quite apprehensive yesterday. I have gum disease and felt that there was very little that could be done to prevent it from becoming worse. Well... following a chat with the wonderful, patient and knowledgeable hygienist, who cleaned and polished my teeth in a very gentle way, I left the clinic filled with hope that I could prevent any further harm to my gums. The standard of welcome and care from the reception and all dental staff was fantastic!

I first went to martina collins over a year ago about my teeth, i was not happy with them at all, Darren talked me through the process of braces and got them top and bottom. Once they were off i got whitening and bonding treatment and i couldnt be happier! I now attend here for botox, laser and facial treatments, i really wouldnt go anywhere else, but i have to say the staff are what makes it, every single one of them are polite, professional and so good at their jobs. I wouldnt hesitate to reccommend this place. Thank you for all your help!!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this dental clinic enough. From the minute I walked through the door I felt a warm welcome from Victoria at reception - she couldn't do enough for me. Dr Meg completed some cosmetic and general dental work on me and the difference in the before & after is mind blowing. I used to be so self conscious and covered my mouth when talking whereas now I have so much confidence and love showing off my new smile. I won a facial also and had the most relaxing treatment with Loreena who was also amazing. And a special shout out to ashleen who looked after me at the Hillsborough clinic when I recently visited there too. A lovely professional team - worth the drive from Dungannon!

I had quite a bit of extensive dental work over a few appointments, Dr.Megan explained all my options, what it entailed and put me at ease every step of the way. To say I'm am absolutely thrilled with the end result is an understatement, I was very self conscious and always covered my mouth when smiling or laughing, I'm now beaming from ear to ear I really can't thank her and her nurses enough, only wish I had done it a long time ago!

All staff are extremely friendly and it’s more like meeting up with friends or work colleagues. The services provided are excellent and I’ve never had a bad experience. Fantastic experience: Great practice, friendly staff. I have avoided the dentist for over 15 years until one of my teeth started giving me real bother. I tried numerous practices to be told they are not taking on new patients and refused to help me at all. Then I saw MC Dental and their site was advising they were taking on new patients. Within 2 months I have had multiple fillings, an extraction and hygienist appointments. They put my fear at ease and made me feel comfortable and less ashamed that I had let fear stop me for getting help years ago. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone who has a fear of dentists to use them.

Fantastic experience: Team are always great I had composite bonding done at the hillsborough clinic a few years ago and that is where I usually go, I chipped my bonding on a can and needed it fixed immediately as I had a wedding the next day and unfortunately my usual doctor was not available in the hillsborough clinic but the team were able to get me an emergency appointment at the Lisburn road clinic and it was fixed within 25 minutes couldn’t ask for anything better worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: I came to the practice having previously avoided the dentist for a number of years. I was assigned to Dr Darren Cromey who listened to my concerns and devised a treatment plan for me to have work carried out within a manageable timeframe for a nervous patient. I’ve really appreciated Dr Cromey’s patience and approach to help me overcome my nervousness around dental treatments and would highly recommend both Dr Cromey, and the wider practice.

Fantastic experience: Needed a root canal treatment... was dreading it but Dr Darren immediately calmed my nerves. Once the initial sting of the injection subsided, I felt nothing. As the treatment continued, I closed my eyes, relaxed listening to the music and practically dozed off. His lovely dental nurse, klaudia, was so gentle and caring - altogether a "pleasant" experience instead of what I thought would have been an endurance test.
