Fantastic experience: I was recommended to this clinic by a long-term client who has been coming here for over 30 years, and now I completely understand why. From the very first moment, I felt genuinely cared for. I reached out with an unexpected dental problem, and even though their schedule was fully booked for the next few weeks, the team listened with real attention and understanding. They found a way to offer me an appointment already next week, knowing that my situation couldn’t wait — and even arranged it with the exact doctor I had asked for. I was also touched by how kindly the reception team helped me complete the registration form manually when I had trouble with the online version. It was done with patience, warmth, and professionalism. My first impression is truly wonderful. I am very grateful for their support, care, and the reassuring atmosphere they create.

Fantastic experience: I've been visiting Highgrove Dental Care now for at least 15+ years and always had a positive experience from all the dental staff. The team are incredibly friendly and always put you at ease and make you feel welcome. I have recently been going through the teeth straightening process using Smile White teeth aligners (which I highly recommend by the way), and also with the need of a tooth implant too, I have been a regular at Highgrove over the last year or so. The clear guidance of the dental work required and steps in the straightening process from the team was second to none, and I feel very well looked after from the start. Top marks to the Team at Highgrove and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had to have 2 fillings, the dentist made sure I knew that I could have the injections to help with the pain or just to go for it. I decided to go for it without the injection, he made sure that when it got too sensitive that he would stop. Overall very very nice and would recommend him as an overall dentist

Fantastic experience: I went to Highrove Dental Care to get my retainer made. Firstly, booking the appointments is nice and easy - lots of available times and you don't have to wait ages to get seen. Secondly, the staff are amazing, super friendly and informative. You're not pressured into getting extra services but instead get professional advice on what you might require in the future, and also reasons why. Although dental care can be expensive, the service and professionalism makes it worth it. Lastly, my retainer fits perfectly and is made with better quality than retainers I have used in the past. I had a great experience here and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I undertook my clear aligner journey with Highgrove dental Care earlier this year. Throughout the 5 months of treatment I was reviewed regularly by the friendly staff at the practice and made to feel comfortable to ask the multitude of questions I had. I cannot in any way undermine the excellent care I received and more importantly the warm hospitality of all the staff from the reception when you walk in, to the treatment room. I have been ecstatic with the final result, and now my funnily enough a few of my family members have now followed suit. I’m quite anxious when it comes to dental treatment but he made sure i’m relaxed and he explained all the procedure which was very reassuring. Fantastic experience: As a visitor to Reading I was seen the day I rang. I received the friendliest of welcomes, was given advice and immediate treatment from Dr. Naveen Roopra. He extracted a wisdom tooth efficiently and more importantly painlessly. He was utterly charming, professional and put me at ease from the moment we met. I have just had composite bonding completed by Naveen and I am over the moon with the results, each step of the process was explained and costings were laid out clearly. The reception staff are always so helpful, they make booking appointments/follow ups very easy and always make an effort to remember you. I’m sure I wouldn’t have the same experience somewhere else and would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Me, my daughters and their mum all use this dentist, there aren't many NHS dentists around anymore especially where you can actually get an appointment! Naveen is excellent and really puts you at ease so if you have a fear of the dentist you may want to try and pay him a visit.

It's so affordable unlike all other dentists in Reading that are so expensive: They really don't care how you afford to pay for the cost of treatment. Can you believe when I had about five fillings to do, High grove gave me a suitable flexible payment plan to ensure I had my treatment. Furthermore, the neat atmosphere and friendly staff makes me welcome. I don't think I'm missing anything by registering elsewhere.

Negative experience: I was there for cleaning my teeth, I got a small anxiety. The operator was very rude and she did not finish the job, she only had done one half, for full price. She was very rude as well commenting with ''I don't have time''. Don't make appointment then. Useless to say that I have already changed and I never went there anymore

Fantastic experience: Recently moved to Reading and was putting off signing up to a new dentist as at my last check up at my old dentist they said my gums were a bit unhealthy so been scared to go back to a dentist. Had my first appointment at Highgrove today and was really happy to hear that my efforts to brush my teeth and gums better have been paying off and the dentist was really kind and friendly. And only a ten minute walk for me to get there, all in all fantastic :))
