Fantastic experience: Aarti is a fantastic dentist, took a good look of everything in detail, she was very professional and friendly. The receptionist was great too and helped me get an appointment when I was finding it difficult to get one in many other places.

Fantastic experience: Great, friendly, accommodating staff, who know what they're doing. They filled in one of the chips in my teeth and left it perfect, as if this were a private service, you wouldn't be able to tell at al its a filling, they did a great job!

Fantastic experience: I really do like coming to Smile Dentist. All the staff from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dental nurses are very caring and sincere. They really do take good care of you and I would really recommend this practice and the one on Mill Hill. Also I've seen the Gum Specialist, Dr. Sugar and Fazeela. All staff are excellent at what they do and go that extra mile to make you feel comfortable and take your concerns into consideration.

Negative experience: I called to get my children a check up as they say they see NHS patients on their website but the reality is they do not offer any bookings even if it is weeks or months in advance. They have a “waiting list” but they do say we might never call you back. I would avoid of you think you are going to be seen as an NHS patient.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Smile matters for around 8 years. I am 60 years old and have had terrible trouble with my teeth for a long time. I have always had very good service at Smile matters right down to Anna the receptionist who is very understanding. My current dentist, Tejas Patel, is superb. One of the best dentists I have ever had. I really like that he always explains what he is doing and presents me with options. I just had another tooth out but Tejas gave me the opportunity to see if the tooth could be saved which I really appreciated. I only wish I had smile matters from when I was much younger because I would have more teeth in my mouth than I do right now.

Fantastic experience: We visited Smile Meter Dental Practice for my wife’s dental treatment, along with our newborn baby. The clinic was very clean, modern, and well-organized. Hetal greeted us warmly at the reception and was so kind, she even showed us a quiet spot where my wife could breastfeed our baby. Because my wife was in a lot of pain and needed urgent treatment, the team went above and beyond to help her the same day. A big thank you to Tia, Sugan, Fazeela, and Leila for their care, professionalism, and kindness in treating her dental emergency. We’re truly grateful and highly recommend this dental practice from every aspect, cleanliness, friendliness, and quality of care.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dentist for over 2 years now and I have always left happier than when I arrived, and with a better, brighter smile on my face! Dr. Sugan Shegar is amazing. He has fixed many broken cavities and previous fillings - making them look like brand new teeth. He has fantastic attention to detail and is very efficient with his time and your time n the chair - plus he plays great music during the treatment! I can confidently say he is the best dentist I've ever had, always making me feel heard and understood when it comes to improving my teeth. The whole team from receptionists to hygienists are amazing. I confidently recommend them to everyone I know.

Fantastic experience: Excellent hygiene appointment - my teeth are extremely sensitive to cold and I can find these appointments excruciating. The hygienist and dental nurse were so patient and kind, making adjustments for me and being very warm - really that helps a lot as I accept that teeth cleaning is always going to be a painful process due to my teeth's issues!

Fantastic experience: I have been registered at the practice for over 20years and for the last few years my dentist has been Aarti, who I can’t speak highly enough of. She is gentle (which I personally value in a dentist!), patient and takes pride in her work. I’ve had a few fillings including my front tooth where part was missing and you honestly wouldn’t know. Aarti is warm, professional and cured me of years of avoiding dentists, following a childhood of operations and orthodontic work as a child. For the first time I honestly do not mind going to the dentist!!! Highly recommend Aarti and Elham the hygienist. Both fantastic!!

I feel completely safe in her hands. The assistant Fez is also really friendly, experienced and very professional. Anna on reception is always,so fantastic! They really do their best for you. Negative experience: absolutely vile place .unprofessional .encouraged me to have another extraction rather than a root canal .paid for a hygienist only to need two more at a wonderful new practice i found .made me feel exceptionally uncomfortable from start to finish .im only writing this to save someone else such a bad experience and to save your teeth .go somewhere else !if youre an NHS patient youll be treated like a third rate citizen !you have to give one star to get a posting AVOID AT ALL COSTS !

Fantastic experience: I just had my wisdom tooth extracted and Dr Ishtar was fantastic. Very clear, informative and the procedure went very smoothly.

Fantastic experience: Dr Patel and nurse Hoda are the absolute best. I needed an extraction and deep clean so I'm needle phobic. Dr Patel instructed they hide all needles and gave me a numbing gel to help ease my anxiety. Yes I did feel the needle but was not in fear as he was gentle and spoke to me throughout the process. Nurse Hoda held my hand and told me how brilliant I was doing. The receptionist Anna knows my name by heart now, all the staff are so nice, friendly, and fun. I leave with a smile everytime and that is crazy because who likes the dentist!!!! H.B

Fantastic experience: I had an extraction carried out by Taijas Patel which I was a little nervous about beforehand - however, he put me completely at ease and was extremely professional, reassuring and courteous. The procedure was swift and went without any issues at all.

I was in a difficult situation as I removed my wisdom tooth abroad and needed my stitches to be removed asap. I've called more than twenty dental centers with no avail- the soonest appt was in a month and no one wanted to finish up the work of someone else. But this amazing clinic took me in and provided the most beautiful service. I was not registered with them but they asked me to come in as soon as possible. From the receptionist to the dentists, such sweet and friendly people. I was treated very well and I'm very grateful. The dentist was very patient and made me feel literally at home. She did an amazing job removing a difficult stitch and advised me clearly with hygiene actions. Thank you all so much ! Everyone was amazing and this place deserves recognition.

Fantastic experience: The moment I stepped into this practice it was completely different to any experience I’ve had elsewhere. From the receptionists to the dentists, everyone was warm, welcoming and reassuring. I was seen by Dr Taijas Patel and he did an exceptional job, made me laugh and resolved a dental issue that has been bothering me for almost a year. I would 100% recommend smile matters to anyone who wants to be seen by a dental team who are clearly empathetic, dedicated and passionate about what they do. Fantastic experience: I was seen by Rita and her assistant and was treated with utmost respect and care and they did a fantastic job helping me smile again. Already booked for next month. Highly recommend Rita and her team. Tarejas and Raz and are an absolutely wonderful team and I felt so self conscious for so long and I’ve never felt comfortable smiling and interested in really taking care of my teeth. They are a credit to the profession and could not recommend them enough. Astonishingly good practice.

Negative experience: I had bad experience with this practice even if i paid i didn't come for free, my last higiene session turned into my gums being sore and infected for few days and wen i asked for a check i had to go in person to the practice to make them check because after 10 days whatever happened in my mouth was not healing, tthe higienist Tatiana tried to blame me instead of explaining step by step and check deeply in what happened, she said i might had an allergic reaction in one of her products using, i maybe changed something in my oral higiene, i was using mouthwash and i shouldn't be using, after higiene you should explain to your patients evething so they shouldn't ask themselves if something my go wrong after... you should clean everything properly as i was coming every 6 months and they don't clean properly between your teeth, im writing this review because you people should check everything before doing any dental work in this practice, they should make a plan for you dental work, panoramic x ray so you known the situation of your mouth and then decide whatever dental work should be right for you to do so, fillings are not made properly, just cheap, after one filing i had lots of pain even after one month, i still have lots of comments but doesn't wort to waste my time for, when i asked to send me all their dental work made in their practice not even today i didn't receive it i just realised this was not the best practice for me. The doctors should speak with the patients about their dental problems not receptionist or manager she said she will investigate what happened and at the end she give my money back, it's not about the money, it's about the quality of you service, and experience, tools you are using. I have made a big difference in going to professionals and this practice. Im sorry i had to leave this review, people should know where to go and what to expect and what to pay for when coming in your dental care. One star it was just because the doctor was very (friendly) with my son and this is the only good thing in your practice. Thanks

Fantastic experience: My partner had an emergency appointment with Dr Jitesh Ladwa on 9th Oct 2024 and he was absolutely amazing. Amazing Service and care for his patient. 6 previous dentists through NHS 11 could not be bothered to do an extraction and kept referring me to the hospital or my regular dentists which I did not have and I suffered with this tooth ache for over 2 years. If it was not for Dr Ladwa care for his patients my partner would still be in pain. He didn’t care about money, he just cared for our wellbeing.

Fantastic experience: Dr Sugan Shegar did a fantastic job on front tooth composite filling. Looks better than before it chipped. His patience and understanding of my not wanting to lose wobbly front tooth, trying to come up with alternatives other than extraction is examplary. Staff always so friendly and a special thanks to Anna that got me a cancellation appointment. Been with them for over 10 years. If you can get an appointment I would highly recommend them.

From the receptionist, Anna, who is always 'on the ball' and extremely friendly, efficient and helpful (will always remember to call you if an earlier appt becomes free for example) and a pleasure to arrive to. To the hygenist, Elle, my dentist ,Stelios, and Sonali, who has treated me before, to there lovely assistants. It is actually a pleasure to go there...instead of fearing your dentist..!!
