Thomas always explains exactly what is about to happen and answers questions thoroughly making you feel at ease. Fantastic experience: I had two teeth extracted and it was painless. Amit R and Kim helped me feel more comfortable throughout the experience as I have never had any major dental things done before. Having my teeth removed wasn’t unpleasant and I didn’t feel anything. The waiting areas are also nice and there are massage chairs.

Fantastic experience: I've had excellent service from the team at Knowle Smile Spa. Prior to becoming a patient at this dental surgery I experienced high levels of anxiety around dental care. This was due to a dental procedure I underwent in childhood that went wrong and required a trip to A&E. I was very apprehensive when I went for my first consultation, but Thomas explained the whole procedure and assured me that it would be fine. I decided to trust him to take care of me, as he is my regular dentist, and he has always looked after me well. He definitely has done that throughout this treatment. At every appointment he reassured me that everything was going really well, and that I was doing fine. Fantastic experience: There are no words to describe how I feel when I have to visit my dentist.(Nothing personal Tom ) I’ve had a life long fear. When my tooth broke and I went to the dentist I was given a few options, I chose a bridge which included a new tooth and crowns. My dentist Thomas and his assistant Kim talked me through the whole process. I was feeling anxious, but knew I was in good hands. Today after a few visits I walked out with my new bridge and a big smile, I feel relieved, thankful and happy.
