Fantastic experience: Teresa is an outstanding dentist – always friendly, thorough, and informative. She has especially helped build my daughter’s confidence. At just 7 years old, my daughter had a very negative experience elsewhere, but thanks to Teresa’s care, she is now 16 and completely at ease with visiting the dentist. The reception staff are always warm and welcoming, and the dental nurses are just as friendly and supportive too.

We were pleasantly greeted at reception and my wife was very pleased with the treatment given. A relative did remark, at a later date, on how white my wife's teeth looked. We would highly recommend Tilehouse Dental Practice.

Fantastic experience: My 6 year old daughter was apprehensive when we first saw Jey for a check up in January. I knew a couple of fillings were needed and Jey and Abbie have been so amazing with her- she's had treatment with absolutely no fuss! Definitely recommend the lovely, lovely girls!

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Michael Steeden and the staff at Tilehouse Dental Practice enough. After three months of pain and discomfort, which had become excruciating, caused by a cracked molar, not diagnosed at the practice I usually go to or the hospital where I was told to go by my dentist, I was able to book an appointment with Michael who diagnosed the issue quickly and expertly removed the tooth the next day. The reception staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. All in all an excellent service for which I am extremely grateful.

Fantastic experience: The most friendly an homy dental surgery imaginable. The receptionist is welcoming, smiley, ready to help or advise if needed. The waiting room is cosy; both: comfortable and historic as the house is listed. The surgery is the opposite: modern, equipped with the most sophisticated tools. The nurse was excellent, chatty, thus distracting from the procedure what was a relief. She was kind and caring. The dentist is the best I know, but I cannot furnish you with any more details as I am wearing the same surname:) Anyway, I would highly recommend.

She explains carefully the options available. Her assistant is highly trained and is able to quickly document.

Fantastic experience: 100% recommend this Dentist if you are looking at getting Invisalign. Jey and Abbey, have been great from start to finish and I’m really pleased with the end result of how my teeth look. Jey always explains each step of the process throughly and helps to navigate any challenges. All the staff are friendly and have always accommodated appointment changes etc.

Fantastic experience: I am 3 months into my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Jey, and my experience with her and the team at Tilehouse Dental has been wonderful so far. I have been met with professionalism and friendliness with a personalised service and encouraging attitude throughout my journey to date. The reception team have always been accommodating and thorough with scheduling. I haven’t found a good quality, passionate dentist for quite some time and it is making such a difference and worth every penny. Dr. Jey has delivered so far fantastic dentistry and I look forward to continuing my journey with her and the team.

The skill he displays when I am in the chair amazes me I actually look forward to going to the Dentist ! I can honestly wholeheartedly recommend Vik from his chair side manner to the work he carries out.
