Fantastic experience: Norfolk House is brilliant, Dr Andrews is wonderful, very professional, but also very friendly and kind. Trudy and the other hygenists are lovely, as are receptionists. Always a warm, but efficient and professional welcome. Would recommend Norfolk House to anyone looking for an excellent dental service.

Fantastic experience: I've never been disappointed! I've still never been disappointed! Still fine!

Positive experience: I have been a patient of this practice for 58 years. Throughout that time I have considered my treatment to have been exemplary: professional, understanding, caring and considerate. The hygienists have been wonderful. The reception staff, too, have been faultless in their administrative duties both on the phone and face-to-face at the desk. But, as another patient has alluded to, in the last 6 years, I have been seen by the same number of dentists - in contrast, for the first 52 years, I had just 2! Is this staff turnover rate a common thing in dentistry these modern times? In itself, I think this is not a huge problem, but I have concerns regarding subtle variations in treatment plans and advice. I can appreciate having a variety of dentists, as I and others have had, will certainly generate variations in professional experiences, but I would humbly ask some consideration be given to the theory of "singing from the same hymn sheet". I'm sure some patients might find all this change mildly confusing and possibly frustrating from a continuity point of view. For this reason, and in the light of recent events, I have given 4 stars and not 5. That said, I would still resolutely and unequivocally recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I see Dr Aylesbury as my dentist and Jo as my Hygenist. Both of whom are highly professional , super friendly and offer lots of tips and advice . Neither are pushy in terms of making you spend more money but are concerned with your dental health and your comfort as a patient . Highly recommend them both . Fantastic experience: After had an emergency appointment, the outcome was i had to have my tooth removed, which was able to have done the following day. The dentist explained what was going to happen as my tooth had a crack in it, on the day i had it removed the dentist again talked me through everything and explained how important the after care is. The dentist and nurse give you friendly and caring approach, im very happy with Norfolk House and will continue to go there.

Fantastic experience: We have always received excellent care and attention at NHDP. Everyone has been professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. We are always made to feel welcome, starting with the friendly staff at reception. The waiting room is very comfortable with a pleasant atmosphere. Dr Andrews is our dentist and is always very attentive, professional and helpful. Trudie has been our hygienist for many years and is simply lovely.

The service here has always been exceptional. Thanks to their staff, my Daughter now has a clean slate from which to build good dental hygiene coupled with the confidence and reassurance that we have the Norfolk House team looking after our teeth.

Fantastic experience: I attended Norfolk House Dental practice today for an emergency appointment and I can confidently say that I highly recommend this practice. As someone with a fear of seeing the dentist (I have very sensitive teeth) I did not feel any pain after needing a filling to help fix a chipped tooth! Dentist Naomi treated me, she was kind, personable and goal focused to ensure my immediate problem was fixed but also looking at longer term solutions and plans to make sure i have good dental health!! The reception team were also fab and were able to answer all of my questions! After today’s positive experience I am now going to register with the practice permanently for ongoing treatment, regular check ups and hygienist appointments. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: The service provided at this practice is outstanding. The staff are both exceptionally friendly and also professional. On my return visit December 2022 I can confirm my previous comments are still appropriate. I have just experienced on 29/05/2024 being measured for having a crown fitted by Dr. Andrews using the latest CAD/CAM technology. Pete was then was able to manufacture the crown prior to my return on the same day so as to have the crown fitted. Pete kept me fully informed at every stage even showing me the ultra modern manufacturing equipment. Fantastic Dental Practice, lovely, receptionists, hygienists nurses and dentists. Thank you Pete for a pleasant experience having my crown fitted. Just visited the practice on the 8th July 2025 for a clean and check up. Jo, the hygienist, ably assisted by Jazz completed a wonderful clean and Pete confirmed all was in order; another pleasant and successful visit.

Positive experience: Good if you can get an appointment. Every regular appointment i book in advance is cancelled/rearrange due to none of the dentists working more than a 3 day week, closed Friday afternoons alongside a high turnover of dentists in recent years. Its really frustrating for a patient whose been with the practice for more than 2 decades, works full time and with a child in full time education trying to get appointments.

Fantastic experience: I have been with them for a number of years, they now have some new dentists which I was pleasantly surprised with. Good work all round. My daughter changed for a short while but retuned with the grandchildren. In whole a good team and pleasant, clean and modern surgery with excellent patient care.

Fantastic experience: We have been with this dental practice since 1990 and have always found them to be efficient, helpful and professional. The treatment from Bothe the dentists and the hygienists has been first class.

Fantastic experience: Really, excellent service. I've been with Dr Andrews for a good few years, and feel I can really trust him, so that when treatment is needed then you know it is needed. The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. Jo the hygenist is also very good and takes your requirements into consideration, and not forgetting the staff on the front desk who are helpful and friendly.

In the decade or more I've been his patient he has easily overcome this to earn my trust and, dare i say it, liking! Recent filling professional, painless and effective.He never shows instruments or discusses process with me because he knows that makes me nervous. True sign of someone listening and adapting to their customer. Top notch

Practice has moved with the times both medically and administratively. Reminders now come by email and or text so never likely to miss appointments.

Fantastic experience: I registered with Norfolk House Dental Care in early 2022, and wish that I that I had done so earlier. The consistent professionalism and attention of all the staff is impressive. In particular, I required an urgent procedure in December 2023. Dr Germano assured me that it would be pain free and would heal quickly. This was indeed the case, which highlights that a patient at Norfolk House can have confidence and trust in their Dentist. Recently, I requested advice regarding two missing teeth. a legacy from the Covid era. Dr Germano carefully explained the options available to me, together with benefits and potential disadvantages. I elected to proceed with the implant option; the implants being placed last week. Again, an entirely pain free procedure, and after 6 days, a surprisingly painless and rapid healing process. No doubt due to the care at Norfolk House and the expertise of Dr Germano.

Fantastic experience: I had 2 appointments this past week,1 with Pete Andrews who saw me down stairs due to my lack of mobility with stairs. He listened to my health problems & then checked my teeth,jaw,tongue etc all with the greatest of respect. The next day I saw Jo ,the Hygienist who again cleaned my teeth gently & stopped when I put my hand up due to my inability to swallow. It was not too traumatic an experience & I would always recommend the staff at Norfolk House who have become friends over the years.

Fantastic experience: As I left the chair I said to the Hygienist that she was officially the most gentle hygienist I have ever had treatment from, I almost enjoyed the experience (and I loathe going to dentists). Highly recommend Norfolk House even if treatment is a touch on the expensive side.

Fantastic experience: I was fitted in for an appointment in what must have been a busy time for the surgery. My broken tooth was repaired before the Christmas break with no problem. I have been going to Norfolk House for a long time, it is an extremely professionally run surgery, staff are welcoming and friendly. DR Shah is very informative on my treatment. Fantastic experience: Very pleased with the treatment I've received. Naomi has been very thorough. The hygienists are of the same high calibre. The whole team is friendly and professional. On one occasion I saw another dentist, Germano, who was able to diagnose an abscess and recommend a dental gel which quickly resolved the issue. I highly recommend the practice (and the membership plan).

Fantastic experience: For some reason this has come up in my 'old' name - current surname is Hawkins. Norfolk House Dentists are the best there are. Being a private dental practice it is a little expensive, but what price teeth I say? My teeth are in a dreadful state and quite old now but Doctor Robb is doing all he can to save as many as possible. All staff are helpful and courteous, from first point of contact of Receptionists to the Dental Nurses (especially Joseph) and of course the Dentists (in my case Dr Robb who I consider a genius and an artist!)

Fantastic experience: The care I was given by my dentist was extremely reassuring. The dentist talked me through my options to make my decision and explained the process. On the day of my tooth extraction the dentist went through the procedure very clearly and I felt confident for her to proceed. I was contacted by the practice the next day to check that all was ok. Given my level of anxiety I felt well cared for and I certainly recommend this practice.

It is good to be attended to & receive continuity of care by long standing members of the dental, hygienist & reception team who get to know you. I always leave my appointment feeling that my teeth have thoroughly examined +/- treated, & that my teeth feel & look the best they can.

I contacted Norfolk House following a recommendation, and I was not disappointed! Everyone was brilliant, from the wonderful receptionists to the dental nurse. The care I received from Dr.Robb was exceptional, with a problem repair by another dentist quickly resolved. Also Di is a lovely receptionist who made me feel welcome. I liked the fact that they played music which was also calming and pleasant. Fantastic experience: NHS or private that's the question, or is it ? Norfolk house practice has an excellant staff patient atmosphere with highly trained staff. No I don't work for them or know anyone but since coming to this practice and seeing Doctor Rob I feel that my oral health has improved 100 % . Any treatment is explained whilst not cheap I feel that I have 100 % confidence to spend my hard earned cash at this practice I would highly recommend that if you want an excellent service check the practice out.

Fantastic experience: I can't thank Naomi and Julie enough for always taking really good care of me, talking me through everything they're going to do before they do it and constantly checking I'm OK. I'm scared of the dentist, always have been, but they always make me feel like I'm in good hands. I even had a root canal and didn't feel a thing!

Our dentist, Naomi is really friendly and explains everything thoroughly which, my 15 year old son particularly appreciated and commented upon. I've also seen the hygienist and again am very impressed. The reception team are also friendly and helpful. Clear cost information was also provided which is something I have never had before. Cannot recommend highly enough.
