Fantastic experience: Efficient warm friendly educative and upbeat :) Difficult to secure a bike safely and when you're appointment is at 8:30 don't arrive early there's nowhere to settle down because you can't get in until the appointment. Fantastic experience: The dental surgery is in a great location, just a five-minute walk from the Bath Road car park. The reception team is welcoming and efficient. Dentist Amy Roberts is genuinely caring—she’s gentle and helps you feel completely relaxed. If you have any fear of visiting the dentist, she’s definitely the one to see! -

Negative experience: I normally don’t leave reviews but I feel it’s important to share my experience at Gratton House Dental surgery. The manager Sunny was extremely unprofessional during my visit From the start her tone was rude and dismissive. When I tried to ask questions she spoke to me in a condescending way and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a patient. Her attitude came across as arrogant and impatient and she didn’t show any interest in helping resolve my concerns. Instead of trying to listen or explain things clearly she interrupted and brushed off my questions. This kind of behaviour from a manager is disappointing and disgusting especially in a place where patients expect kindness and respect. Let’s hope they sort this out , very poor behaviour

Negative experience: This dental house is awful. Only interested in making money. They harass (call several times in a week despite clear instructions not to) you to book appointments and threaten deregistration if you don't book.

Fantastic experience: Dr Naz is a caring , professional and knowledgeable dentist and I feel safe and confident with her work and advice. I have had emergency work carried out by her which was thorough and safe in recent months . I’m absolutely terrified of the financial impact generally of dentistry which is a consequence of our NHS dentist closing 6 years ago and wonder whether to save or lose my own teeth basically when weighing up cost.

Fantastic experience: The Gratton House Dental Surgery is clean, tidy and well equipped. The staff are polite, professional friendly and good at their job. The facility has lots of rooms off corridors but patients are greeted at reception waiting area and led to the treatment room which was air conditioned ,welcome in the current weather. Everywhere was very clean and tidy. I visited today for a planned routine inspection which included X-Rays carried out quickly and efficiently.

My only gripe is that they recently have started expecting you to pay for future treatment in advance "in case you don't show up". So, essentially, I give these people ( much wealthier than myself ) an interest free loan every few months. Greed costs them 2 stars here.
