Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience with Arden House since they were recommended to help with getting my teeth straight for my wedding. Michael was really clear about the process and all the steps from the start and the dental nurses and reception team were always super lovely too. By my wedding my teeth were lovely and straight and I was really happy with them, and it made me feel confident smiling on my big day without worrying about my teeth. Negative experience: I had an appointment at Arden house today at 11.30am. I arrived early (my fault) at 11.20am. At 11.30am the receptionist told me the dentist was running 10-15 minutes late. At 12 I was still waiting and so told the receptionist I was leaving. This isn’t the first time or even the longest wait. For one appointment I sat in the waiting room for an hour. 15-20 minutes is standard and expected. Today I’d had enough. My time is important and valuable too. I felt disrespected and so I left. I’m now looking for a new dentist who will show more respect for me and my time.

There’s never any judgement, no matter how long it’s been since your last visit – just genuine care and support. They’re also really flexible when it comes to appointments, which is such a help with a busy schedule. On top of that, their prices are really reasonable, especially considering the quality of care they provide. It’s rare to find a practice that’s this approachable and professional – I’m so glad I found them!

She gave me a thorough examination and was so caring and knowledgeable and made me very relaxed (I am a very nervous patient). Luckily there were no problems and it was a sensitivity problem. I always get exceptional care at Arden House and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I have only recently moved my Dentist to Arden House as my previous Dentist retired. The Reception team are lovely and very attentive. Katherine is an outstanding Dentist. She explains everything meticulously and appeared to be a real perfectionist in fitting two crowns for me. This is being written the day after treatment and I have no pain at all. Hygienists who are always super great at giving you a clean smile. And of course the dentists who are absolutely amazing. Fantastic experience: I am so pleased I found this dental practice, I am under the care of Michael Simms. I have had implants, which was pain free. Michael explained step by step the procedures he was carrying out and I felt very relaxed. I'm also having other cosmetic dental work, a veneer and a new crown. I would recommend this practice to anyone. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Jerry and the wonderful team at Arden House removed two of my wisdom teeth yesterday and they couldn’t have been more lovely, professional and exceptional in their expertise. Having wisdom teeth removed is inherently uncomfortable but if you have to do it, I would suggest to do it here as they’ll surprise you with how pleasantly it can be done. I’ll be back but hopefully under very different circumstances!

Fantastic experience: This was my first experience of Arden House as I have recently changed dentist. I had to organise an emergency appointment as a filling had fallen out, and I go on holiday in a couple of days. Arden House’s response was excellent. I was seen and treated very quickly, efficiently and painlessly. All the staff were very friendly and made me feel very relaxed. So, well done Arden House…..very impressed.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Arden is friendly, professional and puts you at ease. The dentists and hygienists kept you informed about what they are doing and give advice about how to continue the care for you teeth and gums. I would highly recommend them as a dental practice.

Negative experience: The staff and treatment were both fine, however before booking, I asked to lady on the phone to confirm the prices. I booked the appointments based on this knowledge. Once I had my first appointment I went to pay, only to be told it was over double what I had been quoted a few days earlier on the phone - this was very disappointing and means I am much more out of pocket than I was expecting this month.

Fantastic experience: Ok, here’s the thing… I’ve yet to meet anyone who actually likes visiting the dentist! In fact, I blame the Demon Dentist that I saw in 1978 that gave me a fear of them! But… Since visiting Sarah at her amazing clinic She has helped me not only to overcome my fear, but to feel totally safe and well looked after in her more than capable hands! Everyone needs a Dentist like Sarah!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dentists. I was not registered with them but rang up on a Saturday morning in extreme pain. They agreed to see me within a couple of hours and were so extremely kind and friendly it instantly put me at ease. I get quite anxious with the dentist but this place and the staff were so lovely I wasn’t afraid at all. The waiting room has soft lighting and really comfortable chairs which helps. I was given the a thorough examination and given the best care. I will be returning to have the infected tooth removed with these guys. They actually said I didn’t have to return to them just because they had seen me that day but I want to as they were so nice and caring. Would 10/10 recommend :)
