I’ve always felt a sense of dread with thoughts that the dentists were drilling and banging unnecessarily. Dr. Dapaah (Kevin) is the most personable dentist you will ever meet. Negative experience: I was there for a toddler appointment. Everyone was nice, except that the dentist seemingly didnt know how to handle this type of appointment. When she examined my child’s teeth, she had mirror and tooth pick dental tools on her hand, and she held it too close to my child’s eye which made me uncomfortable. I still dont know whether that tool was necessary but the examination lasted less than 5 minutes and I feel he was not properly examined.

Fantastic experience: I brought my 6 year old daughter in for a check up with dentist Nzinga and I couldn't recommend her enough! My daughter was very apprehensive due to a negative experience with a doctor in her early years. Nzinga was fun and friendly and eased my daughter in and began the check up once my daughter was comfortable. I'm really grateful for how Nzinga cared for and reassured my daughter and the advice she provided us to take home. It also helps that Nzinga has an online dental presence for me to continue with familiarising my daughter with her work. Would recommend her wholeheartedly!

Fantastic experience: I had 2 appointments and both were excellent. Both Dentist & hygienist took their time and explained each step. It’s also the best hygienist clean I’ve ever had and I’ve had many. Very impressed and will certainly be back.

Fantastic experience: First time at Dove Dental Care and I was really impressed. The receptionist was so patient when helping me find a day and time that worked, even calling back to let me know about cancellations and reminding me of my appointment, which I appreciated, especially since my old dentist never did that! I had a hygienist clean with Nzinga, which was great. She took the time to check for any gum pockets since I’ve had gum disease before, and the clean was really thorough and gentle. Loved the relaxing touch of a Cancun video on the ceiling during the clean too! The place was spotless aswell so definitely recommend.

Positive experience: I have found my dentist, Dr Oke, to be very thorough, informative and gentle, which is great because I am a nervous patient and find it hard to trust dentists after a few bad experiences. *Edit- bad experiences at other practices* I didn't score 5 stars as I find it gard sometimes to communicate with the receptionist. Her information and requests seem a bit confused at times.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kevin Dapaah is amazing! I visited yesterday after a recommendation from a friend as I had a severe toothache and pain all down my face and jaw. He was 'The Most Gentle' dentist I have ever visited who quickly put me at ease. His knowledge and service were exceptional! He knew exactly what the issue was and explained everything fully before proceeding to carry out the necessary treatment. Following this visit I have been pain free and would 100% recommend his practice and services to all looking for an honest and knowledgeable dentist! Dr Dapaahs dental nurse and reception staff are also 1st class, they have called me twice since my visit yesterday to check I'm okay and pain free. The whole service from this dental practice is 1st Class!

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist for over ten years because of my anxiety, the receptionist was very polite and accommodating on arrival, and dentist Kevin also came out to greet me when aware of my arrival, and told me he will be ready after he has cleaned and prepared the room. He made me feel welcome once I got in the room for my examination, and examined my teeth while reassuring me that everything would be okay. He then took the time planned an worked out an amazing payment dental plan that was beneficial and suitable for me. This fella knows what he’s doing very professional, the screen on the ceiling where you can watch something to calm you is also a nice comforting feature while your there to take your mind off things. Positive experience: Twice I have been to Dove Dental and both times the hygienist has been 25 minutes late for my appointment or more. The first time there were three of them in a “staff meeting” and I sat in the hallway with the lights out. In the middle of the day, there is no acknowledgement of time. Certainly won’t be returning. *I appreciate the practice calling to compensate for the experience.

Of all the Dentists I have been too, I rate him very highly as one of the best Dentists in the Uk. He is gentle, courteous, puts you at ease and inform you each step of the way the action he’s taking. Although I live a long way from London, it’s worth me travelling two and a half hours each way to visit the Dentist. It’s the best dental practice that I have been to. I had a pretty much painless root canal and the follow up has been amazing too. A huge shoutout to his dental assistant Anita also who is so kind and caring. Fantastic experience: I came to Dove Dental as I had a broken crown. I had the options explained to me and decided to get a replacement post and crown. I am very happy with the final result - the fit and colour of the crown are great and it feels very natural.
