Fantastic experience: 10. I came in for a number of extractions and mildly terrified after a traumatic and painful experience with an extraction at my previous dentist. I shouldn’t have been, the dentist and dental nurse were both professional and reassuring and I honestly didn’t experience any pain or discomfort at all at Whitefield Dental Practice. It’s a 40 minute drive from where I live but I’ll be signing up for a plan as the piece of mind is worth the journey.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of the Whitefield Dental Practice since the early 1980’s. Throughout, I have received an outstanding level of dental service with regular check ups and oral hygienist care. More recently I opted to have an implant and a crown fitted. Both procedures were carried out successfully and I am very happy with the result. The practice is very well equipped with the latest dental technology, enabling the dental practitioners to scan your mouth and then explain the suggested course of treatment with the aid of a wide screen TV monitor. It really is an impressive setup, whilst the dentistry is of the highest professional standard in a very relaxed atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been using Whitefield Dental practice for many years. Since taking over, Mo and the team have made massive improvements to the facilities and equipment they use. Treatments have always been done with care and to a high standard.

Fantastic experience: For the last 7 months I have been using Invisalign through Whitefield Dental. The whole process has been so easy and has flown by. Yesterday I went in to have them removed, as well as having gum lasering, composite bonding, filing and wires fitted. The results are incredible. And that’s thanks to Dr Mo and Lisa. The entire appointment was so comfortable and pain free and I’m so happy with the final results. They were both really patient and really kind the whole time. Throughout this entire process Dr Mo has been incredible. He’s always listened to what I had in mind and given me the best advice. Dr Mo is really good at what he does and really cares about his patients, and is just generally a nice guy. You can see that with how precise he is and the results he achieves. I couldn’t recommend Whitefield dental more!

Helpful and pleasantly chatty receptionists, reassuring and knowledgeable nurses (Lisa is very comforting), hygienists who take the time to explain what and why they are doing something, giving me a mirror to watch how I need the correct procedures to continue my treatment at home....and what can I say about Dr Mo....no wonder this practice has won so many awards. He talked me through everything he planned to do, answering any questions considerately, in easy to understand language and instils confidence in this previously nervous patient. I applaud this practice 100%. I always know how long the appointments will last and how much I will need to pay. Thank you for returning my confidence to smile and even though I no longer live in the area I have no qualms about travelling to this practice to ensure continuity and it's nice to be recognised as a returning patient.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Whitefield Dental by sMiles Better Denture Clinic as part of the work I having done by them. I have had four extractions and a filling, this as most of us do was something I was dreading. I can honestly say the treatment and care I was given by Whitefield Dental Practice was second to none. Due to a lung condition, I have to use an Oxygen bottle in a rucksack when I am out and about as I struggle to work short distances and get really breathless. The way the team accommodated this and give me time to get on the chair and setteled was amazing. The Dentist Dr Raihan explained in detail everything that was going to happen and was happening, putting me at ease. I did not feel a thing during the or after the treatment which in itself was a pleasant surprise. I really do recommend Whitefield Dental Practice. I cannot thank the whole team enough for their absolute professionalism and I really do mean that.

Fantastic experience: I visited Whitefield Dental Practice today for an initial check up appointment and it was honestly the best experience I have ever had at a dentists. Dr Mohammed is extremely efficient and knowledgeable. He takes his time to explain your teeth to you in detail, which I found very interesting. At previous practices I’ve felt rushed but this certainly wasn’t the case here which was so refreshing. The practice is very clean and modern, I particularly liked the TVs on the ceiling which made a nice distraction when having your teeth checked! Very pleased that I will be a continued patient here.

Dr Mo was very good and explained everything to me and what to expect. He put my favourite music on ( The Eagles) and was very gentle and professional and eased me through. I was given lots of aftercare advice and told what to expect in coming days/week I have been coming to this surgery over 40 years and always recieved excellent care and treatment here. Having had a bad experience as a child visiting the dentist those memories coloured my thoughts and made me anxious at just the thought of needing to go to see a dentist. However since joining Whitefield Dentist Practice I am happy to say that my experience there has changed my views. They were pleasantly understanding of my anxiety and put me at ease giving me the time and reassurance that I needed at every step of the way. I still get a little nervous if I need treatment but nothing like I use to feel as I know the health of my teeth and mouth are important and I'm in capable hands.
