Fantastic experience: I originally signed up to Lion dental as I needed urgent treatment and I was in so much pain my nhs dentist couldn't see me for weeks, I'm so happy and grateful for the treatment I received, my teeth are the healthiest they have been, all the staff are incredibly kind and friendly. I have since signed my husband and two children up and they have all had an excellent experience. I would 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous about having a dental implant, however after a few consultations and talks I decided to proceed. I was worried about the pain and process but I shouldn’t have been. It was painless my gum healed very well & then I had a fitting for the implant and two weeks later it actually fitted. The whole process was painless and with healing around 2-3pm the but worth it. Neil and his staff were amazing with me being nervousI am so happy with the result. Communication from Caroline she is fabulous and I couldn’t have asked for more now I can smile with no gap I am so happy and I wish I had had this done years ago. Thank you for everything Neil and all the staff at Stella dental and for my beautiful flowers. So kind and thoughtful. Highly recommend xx

At short notice, they were able to offer me an appointment after I had some issues fixing my Invisalign retainer following a filling done elsewhere. Within 15 minutes, Chaitra had everything sorted perfectly. Really grateful for the excellent service and quick response, can’t recommend them enough! ⭐️

Fantastic experience: I completed my course for my invisalign. I hadn't been back to see Fran for 6 months due to my mental health deteriorating. I didn't wear any aligners for the most part of my absence. Once I started feeling better, I booked an appointment. Fran was so kind and understanding. She didn't hesitate to get me back on track and preformed a scan, as she didn't want me paying for retainers that would nolonger have fitted my teeth. Fran didn't charge me for extra aligners which shows how caring she is, thank you

Caroline is fantastic and can’t do enough to help you and put you at ease. Anthony is amazing and so friendly that you feel relaxed as if you are just having a chat. You don’t even realise you’ve just had your check up. These are just a few to mention but as I said it’s the people that make the business so great professional, at the top of their game, and so friendly that you always feel a part of the Stella dental family. Even really nervous customers are converted after a couple of sessions. I cannot speak highly enough of Stella / Lion. Thanks for all you do.

Positive experience: My appointment was ok but It wasn't explained clear before I had my teeth removed that I had to wait 6moths to have them added to my denture. They booked my appointments to have them done for today and tomorrow then told me today I had to wait 6months. I had to book two days holiday of work for these appointments

Fantastic experience: Have been a client for over two years now if not more... I've lost track. I've been looked after by Lilly the last year or so and with lovely Ella by her side, and I have only good things to say for both. Not that my previous hygienists were not good but while changing my usual day and with some staff moving around didn't have a consistent hygienist for some time. They were all really good and all the staff is always friendly and chatty. Caroline at reception is a star ⭐ and always happy to see a friendly face when walking in or calling. Feels like she's there 24/7 I highly recommend it and I would also recommend going on a plan if you can afford it. Personally it has saved me hassle and keeps me organised with my appointments dentist/hygienist. Can't say enough to praise them all or even start naming them all. But anyone I've ever been with had no complaints.

Fantastic experience: As I have always wanted to improve my smile and after great recommendations for the team at Lion/Stella Dental, I decided to start my Invisalign journey with Dr Fran earlier this year and I have recently had composite bonding completed by Dr Hassan. The Invisalign journey with Dr Fran has been excellent from the outset. I was able to achieve the best results possible within the express package and every appointment has always been delightful. I intended to start the Invisalign journey shortly before getting married and Dr Fran was able to help me achieve great results in-time for my wedding, as well as being able to help whiten my smile for my special day. Subsequent appointments for check-ups have always been thorough and regular, and Dr Fran has been outstanding from start to finish. Her friendly, professional and calming nature really put my mind at ease at all times and she is a true gem of the Invisalign world. As I am coming to end of the Invisalign journey and in order to perfect the final details of my smile, Dr Hassan was highly recommended for composite bonding and after seeing his work, I was excited to start the final part of my journey. After my initial consultation to explain what work would be needed, the work was scheduled in and completed, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Dr Hassan spent time ensuring my smile was not only perfect, but realistic and everything I asked for. The attention to detail is remarkable and Dr Hassan ensured that the work was completed to the highest level, even using extra time (not billed) to mitigate a potential problem in the foreseeable future as a result of my bite changing from the Invisalign. I felt very safe and confident in his hands despite being quite nervous and his skill and work is outstanding. All of the team including the lovely reception staff have always been great, remembering my name as well as why I started the journey. For someone new to any type of cosmetic dental work, everyone has been so kind and professional, as well as calming, on every visit and call. The reception team and dental nurses are delightful and further add to the overall five-star experience. What stands out above all is that all of the staff genuinely care about their clients and this is reflected in the excellent service they provide. I couldn’t recommend the Lion/Stella Dental team more highly enough for the level of care and service received this year.

Fantastic experience: I started my treatment with Olivia about a year ago, and I can honestly say it’s been amazing from start to finish. I used to be really insecure about my teeth and had very little confidence — plus, I didn’t like going to the dentist at all. But taking the step to see Olivia was the best decision I’ve ever made. She always makes me feel so comfortable and at ease. She checks in constantly to make sure I’m okay and that I’m not in any pain or discomfort. Her care and attention have honestly made the whole process so smooth. My Invisalign journey has been incredible. The difference from when I started to now is unreal — I have so much more confidence, and I no longer feel the need to hide my smile. I would 100% recommend Invisalign with Olivia. It’s truly changed my life.

Positive experience: The dental check was thouroigh and everything explained clearly to me. However, the dental cleaning of plaque was somewhat rough and painful - it's never pleasant but this time I experienced 4 or 5 pain points. The post cleaning Polish didn't seem to be thorough and I didn't leave with that suoer fresh feeling that I usually experience. Sorry, but just being honest. Perhaps if the hygienist just takes a little more time and care it will be better in future.

Fantastic experience: So happy I joined here, after a bad experience else where. I signed myself and son up to the Dental Plan and it's great value. A thorough check up and amazing clean from the hygienist. My 8yr old son had his first visit to the hygienist and he was brilliant with him. I am also coming to the end of my invisalign journey and its been first class from the start. Always greeted at reception with a smile and always polite and helpful. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I have attended this practice for many years and I don't like negative reviews, but my latest appointment was not a very nice experience. I was offered no treatment options or explanation as to why, just a referral. For an already nervous patient this has left me with no confidence to return. On a positive note reception was lovely and welcoming as always.

Fantastic experience: I've had a great experience at the surgery and I really, really recommend it. My initial assessment was very friendly and super informative. Dr Olivia Dash was constantly checking with me if I'm comfortable and asking for consent for every procedure, which I really appreciated! She went over the X rays and photos with me in detail, which really helped me get a clean picture of what to expect in the incoming weeks, as I was very concerned about a pain I was feeling. Everyone was very professional and super friendly, Im really happy with the care I was provided with, from the receptionist who helped to book me in (same day appointment by the day!) to the assisting hygienist. Thank you all! Ps. They really do allow your loved one to come with you if you're feeling nervous! I was a bit too self conscious to ask for that, but I didn't even have to - Dr Olivia asked us herself! Love that, it really put me at ease for the rest of the appointment.

Fantastic experience: I highly rate this dental practice. I go there every 6 months to see Mario who is an expert in gum health and carries out specialist deep cleaning treatment. Without him I would probably have lost half my teeth years ago. It is completely different to the usual hygiene treatment you get with your regular dentist. Mario is a specialist and very much in demand and you need to book a long time in advance. Also I mustn’t forget to say that the reception staff and nurses are lovely as well!

From Francis, a kind caring passionate dedicated “diamond” orthodontist, to Chloe a supportive, proactive, kind hearted, passionate, helpful nurse! All the team at Lion dental are amazing and your journey will forever be memorable. I’ve had my aligners now for 14 weeks and the lovely Chloe has been on call at all times if ever needed (even out of hours!!) I have had various appointments and support sessions too! If ever In doubt always give the team at Lion dental a shout! Fantastic! I would recommend them (and have done) to many other patients. Fantastic experience: A great dental practice with friendly, helpful staff. My hygenist Lily is just fabulous. I have an incredibly sensitive gag reflex and she is so considerate. Undoubtedly the best dentist I've been to. Although private, the monthly cost, which includes hygenists visits and checkups, is very reasonable.
