Fantastic experience: Clean and crystal clear. I didn’t realise teeth were supposed to feel like this until I visited Aurora Chippenham to have my hygienist appointment. The dentist was very knowledgeable and helped to show me where I had missed parts while brushing. Felt like a whole new mouth post appointment, look forward to my next visit in 3 months.

Fantastic experience: I had my permanent lower bridge fitted by Dr. Carl Lazzari a week ago. I also had a dental implant done on one of my missing front tooth. Where do I begin? Words alone cannot express the incredible treatment and work done by Carl. My teeth were in a terrible state. I was provided with options and I never felt pressurised in making a decision. I was given time to go through all the options, giving me time to make an informed decision. Carl is an outstanding implant specialist. The compassion and kindness that I received from Carl was incredible as I have never received this from any dentist before. I can now eat, smile with confidence and enjoy life again. The receptionists are so friendly and go above and beyond. I highly recommend Aurora; best investment I’ve ever made. Bravo!!

This was without doubt the best treatment I have ever had from a dental hygienist. She was totally professional, asking me questions about my health, explaining the procedure with the equipment she was going to use and believe me was state of the art. She was quietly spoken and extremely gentle and thorough along with her assistant. A previous experience at another practice was verging on barbaric and this was the total opposite. Positive experience: I have always had problems with my teeth so much so that each time a tooth broke or became bad I would feel depressed, I was with an NHS dentist for year's but always felt like I was a person they would practise on as the dentist would be a different dentist each time I went, so I decided to bite the bullet and go private, its not something I would normally do because its not money I have to spare, however I have always been the sort of person that puts others before myself and after alot of humming and arring I decided its time to start thinking about my health for a change and get my teeth sorted, Aurora Dental have given me I don't know a lift a feel good factor just a good feeling knowing that anything goes wrong with my teeth they will now be sorted and I don't have to keep worrying about loosing all my teeth

Fantastic experience: I would (and do) recommend Aurora to anybody who needs anything dentistry-related. The friendliest team I've ever come across in a medical setting - the patient care team are OUTSTANDING (see below) and the various dentists I've seen here (especially Dr. Carl Lazzari) are incredible. After suffering from a wisdom tooth issue for the better part of a year, I attended the clinic and was referred to an NHS hospital. Unfortunately my issue flared up again while I was still on the waiting list, so I phoned Aurora and asked (or rather begged) if there was any chance of getting an emergency tooth extraction in the next couple of days. Evie, who took my call, legitimately pulled off the best piece of customer service I've ever had by managing to re-arrange Dr Lazzari's schedule and fit me in for two day's time. I'm under no illusions how difficult this must have been and it really reinforced that Aurora go above, beyond, and to the stars with their customer service. I've never had surgery or anesthetic before this but Dr Lazzari couldn't have been more professional, knowledgeable, and friendly enough to completely put my mind at ease. The procedure was flawless, clearly explained, and just so incredibly professional. Worth every single penny and then some. Thanks Aurora for being the best!

Fantastic experience: I've had hands-down the greatest experience with this dentist group. Everyone who works there is so incredibly friendly and lovely. Everything is explained clearly and no appointment ever feels rushed. You have the opportunity to ask questions at any point and will have regular check ins throughout the appointment to make sure you're feeling OK. I would really recommend, especially if you are a nervous patient because the whole team are lovely and will make sure you have a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: I’ve now seen 3 of the dentists, 2 from Chippenham and 1 from Corsham. They have all been really nice. Yesterday saw Dr Patel, at Corsham in an emergency appt. She was lovely, gentle, kind, helpful and very friendly. I moved to this surgery when I found getting appts very difficult at the old one but I can recommend this surgery for everything so far.

Fantastic experience: Having not been to the dentist for a long time (absolutely terrifies me and I'd moved areas!), I really wasn't looking forward to my check up at Aurora. I needn't have worried, as everyone was lovely. The receptionists are very good, happy, helpful and friendly. I saw Amro for my initial consultation and he put me at ease straight away. Everything was clearly and well explained and Amro was patient. I needed one filling and needn't have been so stressed about it - I've had more stressful supermarket trips! Would 100% recommend, coming from someone who's put this off for years! A lovely, modern and clean surgery.

Fantastic experience: Aurora have a customer satisfaction focused brand promise and they truly live up to it. I joined Aurora last year and have had nothing but amazing service from the Devizes and Chippenham practices. After being an NHS patient for many years, it was finally time to find a new dentist after moving out of catchment. I really liked how Aurora's brand was presented, how easy it was for a new customer to register and book online. Plus they have several practices which would be useful if I moved within Wiltshire. It was a bit of an overhaul when it came to the hygienist work as it had been a fair while, plus my NHS guys were not very vigilant nor helped guide. After this I then signed up a member for regular ongoing appointments. All my appointments felt relaxed, like you weren’t being rushed out of the chair for the next patient and no shaming when it came to relearning how to manage my oral health. Once my gums were back in good nick, it was time to work out a solution to fix my two front teeth which had long-standing markings on them. There was a new chemical treatment which we thought might do the job to level out the colour but unfortunately due to the deep rooted nature of the stains, it left me with no markings but darker base colour as my stains were actually the whiter bits. This resulted in the teeth looking more out of place than before and after speaking to the very lovely managers on the team, they recommended Dr Carl had a look to make some recommendations. After some great mock-ups, we went with composite veneers and I’ve never looked back. I’m going to invest in the two veneers either side which will leave me with a smile better than I could have ever imagined! I’m truly very grateful to the team who helped me get the finished result I was hoping for, Dr Carl, Sam, Charlotte, the nurses and the reception team. They have all been such a friendly, fantastic team and have been very patient with me.

Right from front of house, the receptionist are so friendly and the dentist and hygienist put you right at ease explaining everything about your treatment. There are payment plans so you don’t have to pay everything upfront and there is parking outside on the main road or up Hathaway park x highly recommend and no longer worry about going

Fantastic experience: I joined Aurora recently after getting fed up of my NHS dentist constantly cancelling appointments. I’m a nervous patient so was apprehensive but I didn’t need to be as I was immediately put at ease. Everyone I met was super friendly and the Dentist (Carl) was brilliant. I particularly liked the equipment they use to create a 3D image of your teeth, which was really helpful in understanding what treatment I needed. I signed up to become a member after a brilliant visit and actually look forward to my next appointment!

Negative experience: called before attending as i was running a few minutes late and was told as long as i wasnt more than 10 minutes past my appointment time it would be fine. turned up 8 minutes late and was refused my appointment. what a waste of fuel and time. now have to wait 2 months for another appointment. been a monthly paying customer for a couple years and have had nothing but issues with getting appointments.

Fantastic experience: As it was my first time to the Aurora Dental Clinic, I was naturally a little nervous! But I should not have worried! From the very first welcome by the Aurora reception team to the assessment, treatment and guidance I received from the dentist and dental nurse the Aurora team professionally and calmly put me at my ease and I was able to gain so much useful information on what I needed to consider for my future dental treatment. I need to add that the equipment that they have and used to map my teeth so that I could see the problems in real-time is amazing!
