Fantastic experience: Currently half way through my Invisalign treatment and I have had quality care throughout. I chose this dental clinic because Dr Michael Fahami gave me the best treatment right from the start. He explained the treatment fully clearly and in detail. Including the ipr process, which I hadn't heard of before, and was good to have an understanding before signing up. He gave me a long appointment and wasn't rushed, compared to other dental clinics I visited. He did a comprehensive assessment of my teeth before giving me advice. Dr Michael Fahami felt genuine and passionate about his job, which made me trust his practise and start my Invisalign with this practise. All of my appointments since have ran smoothly, on time, and I have always been met with care. I have always been given the chance to ask questions and it's never felt rushed. They also have a good booking system and are flexible with appointment times. I appreciate that they have whatapp, so I can text my questions quickly when I remember them. I have recommended this clinic to friends who are interested in Invisalign and will continue to recommend this clinic. He also quoted me the best price compared to other clinics I went to, and they have a nice waiting room which is a nice bonus.

Fantastic experience: I work in investment banking and have pretty high standards. This dental clinic and Dr. Michael Fahami really impressed me. I've been going to him for Invisalign, fillings, and regular checkups. Dr. Fahami is super patient and really skilled in his field. What I like most is that he doesn't push unnecessary treatments - he only recommends what's actually needed. My Invisalign went great, and the fillings I had so far are flawless. If you want a dentist who's skilled but won't try to upsell you, Dr. Fahami is your guy. Definitely recommend this place! This isn't just after a few visits either - I've been going there for 3 years, and the quality has been consistent the whole time.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a airflow hygienist appointment. Both receptionists were very friendly, welcoming, and relatable. This was my first time at this clinic and the airflow treatment was well explained by the hygienist, Eleni. She was kind, professional, and did an excellent thorough clean. Negative experience: This dental clinic is a joke ! They accept nhs patience to then rope them into paying for private dental care ! I started my treatment with them and was actually in the middle of recovering a damaged tooth. For them to get half way through treatment to tell me they can continue providing me with the necessary treatment but I would need to pay private prices. When they specified that I would be provided with nhs dental care as I am on maternity leave. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND SCAMMED FOR YOUR MONEY THEN FEEL FREE TO REGISTER WITH THEM. They wanted £300 for a single filling. Would not recommend.

Negative experience: I recently completed my Invisalign treatment and feel the need to express my concerns. Throughout the process, I encountered challenges that raised questions about the overall professionalism and patient care at the practice. It came as a surprise that certain aspects of the treatment seemed geared towards financial gain, rather than patient well-being. It's worth noting that some reviews online praise the practice, yet I believe these may have been influenced by incentives such as teeth whitening. I observed a lack of consideration for patients, as an unexpected charge of £450 for night-time retainers was added towards the conclusion of my treatment on the day of my final appointment, even though there was no mention of this, when I made a phone call beforehand to confirm the remaining amounts to be paid. This contrasts with the industry norm of including such costs in the initial treatment plan, which was a source of disappointment. One incident that served as a tipping point occurred during my final appointment. I made an effort to communicate a potential 5-10 minute delay due to traffic (I made it on time) only to find my words drowned out by the receptionist's interruption. This interruption persisted throughout the conversation, ending with her informing me that Dr. Michael said he would not be able to proceed with the appointment even with a minor delay. Remarkably, my scheduled 45-minute slot for attachment removal took only 25 minutes, highlighting the imbalance between time allocation and actual procedure duration. The receptionist's inflexible attitude and the dentist's refusal to accommodate a minor delay were disconcerting. Furthermore, my experience was affected by inaccuracies in scheduling. My final appointment was initially incorrectly scheduled prematurely, despite several weeks of retainers remaining. My query about this confusion was met with impatience and was not addressed constructively. I must express my dismay at the lack of understanding exhibited by the receptionist towards patients' individual circumstances. Despite a valid reason for not making an appointment and paying the late cancellation fee, her reaction continued to demonstrate a lack of empathy. This coupled with inaccuracies in managing my appointments, further strained my confidence in their service. In conclusion, my interaction with this dental practice was marked by subpar communication, inflexibility, and a receptionist who seemed out of touch with patient needs. The lack of patience, understanding, and compassion exhibited during pivotal moments of patient interaction significantly overshadow the positive aspects of the clinic. While I appreciate the quality of care provided by the dentist team, my overall experience has been tarnished by the receptionist's behaviour. I believe that professional conduct and patient-centeredness are integral to a healthcare facility's reputation, I hope this review offers a comprehensive perspective for potential patients and that my input will serve as a means of constructive feedback for the practice's betterment. Rest assured, I have shared my experience with friends and family members who were contemplating Invisalign treatment at the practice, so that they can go elsewhere where they are valued and respected as a patient

Positive experience: I came in for a consultation for implants. I didn't feel welcome or comfortable from arriving, somehow felt like they didn't really want me as a patient. He took an X-ray without checking with me, and overall didn't enjoy the meeting. Very perfunctory. They also kept my 50GBP deposit because of a mix up with a previous appointment and never called me back as agreed to let me know they were going to do this.

Fantastic experience: I had my Invisalign treatment here with Doctor Michael Fahami and I am extremely happy about the results but also the service overall! Sinem at the reception is lovely and always available for questions. The doctor is absolutely great, always available for questions or doubt and very clear in the directions he gives. And finally, I did have also couple of appointments with two different hygienists and I can only recommend having your teeth checked and cleaned here! They gave me very good tips on how to prevent damage to gums and teeth! So overall, I think this is the first time I can say I actually liked going to the dentist

Negative experience: Very bad experience. I needed RCT and was told it would be done. i sent all my referral docs promptly and was given an appointment and paid a deposit. prior to my appointment i called on numerous occasions including the day before my appointment and was told everything is confirmed. On the day of my appointment i was called and told it was cancelled as the dentist didn't feel confident, bearing in mind he had all my referral docs for close to two weeks. I have now been left in pain and will have to look for a new dentist after waiting close to 2 weeks in pain already.

From my first appointment it was evident that Dr Fahami was very knowledgeable and experienced. His informative approach was what made me feel assured that I was in good hands. Having now finished my treatment, I am incredibly happy with the end result and would highly recommend the treatment at the clinic. Una at reception was also exceptional, always kind and efficient. Whilst my treatment was ongoing, I also needed to have an urgent root canal. What I had initially expected to be a daunting procedure, Dr Dara made it so seamless and efficient with very little discomfort involved. Thank you!

Negative experience: I do not recommend this clinic - unknowledgeable staff and poor orthodontic services - my permanent retainer broke and they booked me in with a dentist (despite my specific request to see an orthodontist) who wasn't able to fix it therefore wasting my time and prolonging my discomfort of having a broken retainer (not to mention they shouldn't even charge for fixing a retainer made by them and should make an effort to fix it asap). Total don't care attitude at this place - save yourself time and stress and just go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed my Invisalign treatment and I am delighted with the results. From the front of house staff through to Michael himself they run a tight ship even during these difficult last couple of years. If you are contemplating Invisalign I would highly recommend this as your first port of call. It took me many years to finally take the plunge (after researching many providers) and at the age of 44 I only wish I had done this sooner. Fantastic experience: I contacted the clinic as I was interested in the Invisalign treatment, because I had quiet a large gap between the upper teeth, plus the bottom Teeth were not straight anymore. I realised straight away that I was in good hands with Dr. Fahani, and it took just over 9 months to get my teeth perfectly straight again. I am extremely happy with the result, a big thanks to Dr Fahani and the lovely staff at the clinic.

Negative experience: Awful dental clinic! I will start by saying that the hygienist Anna is amazing and by no way at fault for any of the following. Firstly, the Invisalign treatment is not at the cost advertised, add an extra £450 for the retainers most other places seem to include. Secondly, the prices on their website are also nowhere near what they actually charge, add an extra £60 and you’re about there. Thirdly, they add a £25 covid charge to every appointment, without telling you, they just tell you the total of the appointment without telling you that £25 of it is additional to cover the cost of PPE, I wouldn’t have minded paying it, if I was actually told about it beforehand. Although I’m not sure how they used £25 of ppe equipment when dentists already wear most of it anyway. Make sure you get your treatment receipt! Naively I just paid what I was asked to pay. On top of this, the original price I was given for my treatment plan ‘had a mistake on it’ And was actually £320 more when I came to book! On top of all of this, my appointment times were changed without anyone informing me, meaning I had to sit around and wait for them. Save yourself the stress and theft of your money. Just go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Just finished my Invisalign Lite and after 4 months my teeth are straight and aligned! Other orthodontists in London did not think Invisalign Lite could fix my teeth but Dr Fahami trusted that it's possible and here I am loving my new smile. Fantastic experience: I can’t rate Notting Hill Dental clinic enough. After getting a couple of quotes for both braces and Invisalign I had decided that I couldn’t afford it and was ready to give up - thankfully I decided to come in for a consultation with Notting Hill Dental! From the outset, Brenda was incredibly helpful in arranging my appointment and answering my (many!) questions. My consultation with Michael put me at ease, compared to others he talked me through an example of what my treatment might look like (which I hadn’t had before) and I was really reassured that he wanted me to know what I was getting and what outcome I could hope for before I committed. I was also pleasantly surprised that the quote I got for Invisalign comprehensive was significantly cheaper than the quotes I had elsewhere. Notting Hill Dental also teamed up with Klarna so I was able to look at taking out 0% finance as well. Brenda took so much time to talk me through my scans when I first received them and (again!) answered my unending questions well. I had my Invisalign over covid and the fact that the team have remained lovely, helpful and willing to answer questions and concerns has been incredible. My final results look identical to the model that I saw at the start and everyone in the practice seemed genuinely invested in my outcome and really pleased for me which was also just so heartwarming and really lovely. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Negative experience: AVOID!!! FAKE REVIEWS, TERRIBLE SERVICE and UNETHICAL practices. Following a consultation, I was advised to book in an appointment for urgent dental surgery. I was told it wouldn’t be for 3 weeks but I could make a deposit today. Told the receptionist 3 weeks would be too long, as I was in severe pain, and I would seek dental treatment elsewhere. I was told that the clinic would contact me if a slot became open sooner in the following week/s. You can imagine my surprise when less than 15 mins after leaving the surgery I received a call to say a spot had magically become open the next day, followed by a request that I make a deposit over the phone. I told the receptionist I was only down the street, so I would come back to pay in person on my card. On arrival I was asked whether I wanted to pay the full amount for my treatment- £265 upfront since the appointment would be the next day. I went ahead to pay the full amount. WRONG MOVE! The next day I received a call to say my appointment had been postponed. You guessed it to 3 weeks later! Apparently, the clinic had a leak and had no electricity. Ofcourse, this was followed by “if anything comes up in between I’ll let you know”. Very underhand practices. I told her that if nothing came up in the following 7 days I would need a refund. A few days later I received a phone call to say they had found an earlier slot than the quoted 3 weeks, and so I was booked in again. I was asked to arrive at least 10 mins before the scheduled appointment. I arrived at 12:15 for my 12:25 appointment and asked to wait outside . Mind you it was raining. I asked why I couldn’t use the seating area which completely empty. The same room I was allowed to wait in prior to my consultation on my previous visit, I was told they had a new COVID policy that came into effect today. That would be fine, but why then ask that patients arrive early? Surely, if you don’t have sheltered space outside the practice, common sense should prevail if it’s raining and patients should be allowed to use the empty waiting area? By this time I had had enough. Needless to say I cancelled my appointment, and booked in elsewhere. Reading the reviews again here, seems this practice is only interested in - selling Invisalign which having read the other 1* reviews I now understand that they give a free whitening kit in return for 5* reviews. I was fooled by these 5* reviews, which is the only reason I persisted in the face of clear signs of bad business practices. Thank the heavens for the rain today. It was clearly a sign! If you need good general or specialist dentistry - go elsewhere!!

Fantastic experience: I had my Invisalign treatment done with Dr. Michal. Even if he could’ visit me, due to Covid, Dr. Michal followed my treatment and ensured everything was going well-we did this over emails and pictures of the progress. Brenda, the clinic manager, has always been very helpful as well. I did some researches before booking with Notting Hill dental clinic and the prices are very competitive as well! On my latest appointment , I can confirm that they take security measures seriously as well.. I highly recommend the clinic to everyone!

Fantastic experience: The practice was very modern and clean and Dr Fahami was very professional, knowledgeable and honest about the whole procedure so I knew exactly what to expect and how to achieve the best results.

Negative experience: I am writing this review to reflect my entire experience at this dentist. Brenda the receptionist is a lovely lady and is definitely knowledgeable and friendly and attempts to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Fahimi too seemed great and when discussing my treatment options he did recommend how best to fix my bite and alignment. This was all fine. I did however get left with a bad taste in my mouth at the end of the treatment when, despite mentioning I'm not 100% happy with my progress, my comments quickly brushed off with ''there isn't more we can do for you'' even though I can visibly see there is some further straightening that could be achieved. I felt like they did not want me to waste their time by taking a whole new scan of my teeth and getting refinement aligners despite being told any refinements are included in the treatment as I paid for the all inclusive treatment. THEN, the entire process I was told that at the end of the procedure there is a complementary whitening kit that would be given. This was not complementary as I was led to believe from the start. It was, in fact, conditional. I was told that if I leave a 5* google review they will give me the whitening kit. I am leaving this honest review so that other people can make their own informed decision when it comes to choosing an Invisalign specialist, given that my main choice of this dentist was based upon the wonderful 5* reviews. Now, having come to the end of my treatment I know I can't trust a single one of these reviews as they were all only given in hope they receive the whitening kit. I am just leaving this here because I want other people to be aware of the reason why there are so many 5* reviews for this dentist. When finding out I did feel betrayed, and had I known this from the beginning I most likely wouldn't have chosen to have my teeth fixed here, out of principle. I do not appreciate dishonesty.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed my Invisalign treatment at the Notting Hill Dental Clinic and I cannot praise Dr Fahimi, Brenda and all the team for their professional, caring, polite and friendly manner during this time. Dr Fahimi is very patient and explains in great detail what the treatment involves and what I should expect at the end of the journey but he doesn’t oversell , he just provides the facts and the vision. The results in fact surpassed my expectations and I cannot thank Dr Fahimi enough for the outcome, particularly when looking at the before and after images: it is an unbelievable result. Every visit was a pleasure and I have never said that about visiting a dentist before! Thanks to all for changing my smile. I cannot recommend NHDC highly enough – it must be the “go to” clinic.
