I gather that the practice has been acquired by a national group some time ago but I have not observed any diminution of the care and attention displayed, nor any appreciable increase in dental fees.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, the waiting area is nice and modern and has air conditioning. The dentists are knowledgeable and help you feel at ease, everything is explained to you so you know what's happening and what treatment you might need.

She done a thorough check on their teeth and told us loads of information on how to look after their teeth properly. Normally my eldest is very scared of dentist but he enjoyed his appointment, Carla made him feel comfortable. Receptionist was very friendly and there was no waiting time. I find her very knowledgeable and professional, recommending courses of treatment which have kept my teeth healthy and looking good. Support services of advice and hygienist appointments have also been excellent and effective. All staff at the practice are helpful, courteous and welcoming. Painless dental care that I can recommend.

Fantastic experience: I recently switched to The Courtyard Dental Practice after deciding that remaining as an NHS patient at a different practice wasn't giving me the level of dental care that I needed. I had resisted the need to switch for a long time mainly due to a fear of the costs involved. After a couple of months with Courtyard I wish I'd made the switch years ago. I've had top notch care from Carla who, in two short months, has carried out a thorough restoration of my teeth. Everyone that has been involved in my treatment has been welcoming and extremely professional. I've really appreciated being able to get appointments quickly when needed. I picked Courtyard at random from an internet search and I couldn't have chosen better.

I have four children age between 7 and 16 and Carla has been fantastic with them, referring my eldest two for orthodontist treatments and giving all four children such amazing care and confidence when attending dental appointments, which can be daunting for children. Fantastic experience: This was the first time I had visited the Courtyard. I was concerned about a painful gum which was identified by Catherine. She was very friendly, helpful and professional. Antibiotics were prescribed and I was able to pick those up on the same day. Catherine wanted to see me again after a week to check all was well.

Fantastic experience: When I was younger I knocked out a chunk of my front teeth and had to have it filled, l over the years this went brown and eroded making me very self conscious. I recently re-visited courtyard to to have this redone by Carla. She has transformed my teeth making them look look incredibly natural and white, you can’t even tell it’s fake even though it is on my front teeth. Would highly recommend.

Courtyard Dental kindly booked me in first thing on a Monday performing a very painless first stage of a root canal treatment. I can’t thank Maija Whittingham and her dental nurse Katie enough for their very professional job, gentle, caring and explaining the procedure exactly every step of the way in clear language I could understand. Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend this dental Pratice any higher! Have been going for many years as has my son. The staff are friendly and help anyway they can. I recently had a root canal that filled me with dread but can honestly say it was pain free and done to the highest quality. My son who is now 14 has been going since he got his first teeth and I can honestly say,to him going to the dentist is an experience he doesn’t hate as his so used to the staff and their friendly manners and if any treatment needs doing it’s done quickly and efficiently. We have seen different dentists there and they all seem to offer the great work ethic we would expect from The Courtyard. All the staff are brilliant!

They always talk you through the procedure .I’ve recently needed a wisdom tooth taking out they couldn’t deal with it and the referral was through very quickly. Highly recommended to anyone and the prices are reasonable . Right next to the common car park and it has a small car park on site. I feel very happy and comfortable with this dental practice.
