Fantastic experience: I'm just writing a review for who I call the Miracle Doctor Shrin Parsno .I am from Canada living in the UK and I have implants in my mouth.I had a bad experience that I went for a deep cleaning and should never have been so deep without xray as that was the last straw.I work in the cosmetic field so as you can imagine I thought I would not be able to have teeth.I was recommended by a gentleman at a dentist in Bromley that if anyone could help it would be Dr Parsne.I couldn't believe she fit me in on a Sat and then did my surgury on the Mon.This is called above and beyound service which is rare.The other dentist said I would need bonegraft and it was close to nerve so was not confident.I was mind blown of Dr Shirin Parsno compasion as I went to her in tears.She told me not to worry.I felt like I was in the best hands ever.It only took her 1 half hour to pull three implants out and put 3 in and never hit the nerve which would cause permanent numbness.I call her the miracle Dr.For the first time in a week I have a smile on my face as well as she gave me temporary teeth until healing.I can't say how grateful I am to have found her and have to say she is the best and anyone needing complicated Dentistry can know you are in the best .hands ever. Fantastic experience: Anna is an incredible dental hygienist! I've been coming to her for years. She is meticulous in her work and everytime I leave it feels like I have a new set of teeth! I am comfotable with her and she ensures to put you at ease, being thorough but never forceful. She has transformed my dental health from having inflamed, tender, bleeding gums to healthy ones (yes you can correct and reverse damage) by giving me invaluable advice on how to care for my teeth and gums. I had no clue that my techniques were all wrong and that I was neglecting my teeth and gums! Her kind nature and approach has led me on a better cleaning and self care journey.

Negative experience: Disappointed and Frustrated – Not Recommended I came to Nova Dentist with a lot of trust and high expectations, especially after hearing good things and even recommending the clinic to friends and family in the past. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be very disappointing. Dr. Shirin carried out an implant procedure for me, along with a few fillings and a crown. She assured me that only the best quality materials would be used, which was reassuring at the time. However, despite paying around £5,000, the results have been far from satisfactory. Within less than a year, all of my fillings fell out — something that simply shouldn’t happen if proper materials and technique were used. I returned to the clinic hoping for a solution, but unfortunately, Dr. Shirin refused to take any responsibility. This response felt not only unprofessional but also very upsetting given the amount of money and trust I had invested. I no longer recommend this place and deeply regret having done so in the past. I hope this review helps others make a more informed decision, and I sincerely urge the clinic to be more honest and accountable with their patients.

Fantastic experience: Biggest thank you to Dr Parsno, Ayan Farziyeva and Louise Gerdes for their care and support. I have been suffering from wisdom tooth pain this week and from the moment I called to enquire about having a check up done to having my tooth extracted yesterday the care has been outstanding. I spoke to Ayan initially and she put me at ease and explained the process. Then when I came into the surgery I received a warm welcome and support from Louise as she could see I was not in the best state and feeling very anxious. Dr Parsno and Ayan were so supportive/patient/kind during my treatment and listened to my concerns. Dr Parsno persevered as she was so passionate about helping me. She and Ayan did an amazing job in extracting my tooth in such a short space of time and made me feel at ease. Later in the day after the procedure, I also got a call from Louise to see how I was getting on and it really was so lovely to have that check in. Overall amazing team of professionals who went above and beyond their duties to help me. Would highly recommend
