I travel some distance to get here because I think it's the best practice around . .Gentle dental care indeed for those who are nervous . .Very friendly and polite too . . Fantastic experience: This is the best dental practice I have ever attended and I've seen many dentists in my life. They consistently provide good advice without pushing unnnecessary intervention and although dental treatment is never enjoyable they make it the least unpleasant experience of any dentist I have attended. My husband hates dentists and has been thrown off several dental lists for repeatedly missing appointments. He has managed to stay with this practice for several years - which is a record - and thoroughly approves of all the staff he has encountered at Banstead Dental Care. All the staff are lovely and the receptionists are excellent at finding appointments at short notice when required.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service by Karen . Did a fantastic job and worked well under the pressure of a major traffic delay in the area , causing appointments to be delayed . Karen was very welcoming and focused on the task at hand still being thorough with her brilliant hygienist skills as normal . Receptionist was understanding too of traffic congestion in the area and the delay it put onto everyone’s journey .

Negative experience: I would give them 0 stars if I could. My husband goes to a dental practice in Epsom and I will be moving there as well. The only reason I signed up is because they are local. It's an absolute pain to get a hygienist appointment in the first place, they are like gold dust. You need to book 6 months in advance. And if you book for a Saturday appointment, they apparently have a practice where they demand money upfront for the appointment. I have never come across a dental practice which (a) behaves like they are the customers and are doing us a favour by giving us an appointment (b) demand money upfront. This attitude of pre-payment makes me believe that they do not trust their customers . Absolutely disgusted with their service quality.

I see Marcus and Saloni and they are amazing at keeping you comfortable and providing excellent service. All the staff here are welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Couldn’t recommend more!!

Fantastic experience: READ THIS IF YOU HATE THE DENTIST. After being traumatized as child, I PETRIFIED of going to to the dentist. So much so I'd hadn't been in 14 years. But after a big change in my life, I plucked up the courage to go. Rakhi made me feel so at ease and comfortable from my first appointment, explaining everything as she went. As you can imagine I needed a bit of work done, a couple of new fillings and some old ones required an upgrade and don't forget few trips to the hygienist. After a year of being a patient here, I decided to have my teeth whitening done. Rakhi took the time to explain the difference options, as I have dead tooth at the front, we opted for the 3 week enlighten system. And WOW, what an amazing results. I've been getting so many compliments about how good they look! I can't thank Rakhi and the team enough for making me feel comfortable and (I can't believe I'm saying this) enjoy coming to dentist. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: Needed an emergency dental appointment for an abscess my regular dentist couldn’t fit me in neither could 111 . When I phoned and spoke to Hayley I was in tears and in a world of pain she was more than accommodating and offered me an immediate appointment . On arriving they were so helpful and caring and the Dentist Mark was so knowledgeable and professional. Not only did they sort out the problem but guided me in the next steps to prevent the problem occurring again . I have now registered with this practice as the service is just amazing .
