Fantastic experience: I just wanted to say a big thank you to Tracy for being so friendly and helpful when my elderly mum broke her dentures. Even though Mum wasn’t a registered patient, Tracy went out of her way to assist us, providing names and numbers of dental technicians who could help. Thanks to her suggestions, we managed to get the dentures repaired, saving Mum a lot of stress and money, especially as she was considering going without due to the cost of a new set. Tracy’s kindness made a huge difference, and we’re really grateful.

Fantastic experience: I chose Lotus Dental Practice after researching the area, and I'm so glad I did. The receptionists are always friendly, both on the phone and in person, and the practice is welcoming. After being happy with the dental and hygienist appointments, I also decided to start my Invisalign treatment here. MK is brilliant. He explained the process thoroughly to me, applied no pressure, gave me options, and has consistently been helpful since I started. I am now over halfway through treatment and have always been made to feel at ease. Also special thank you to Caroline and Rach who are always so lovely to speak to. Negative experience: Hi I recently got told I was to be deregistered from your established on the account I had been late to 2 appointments, both instances I had called ahead to let the dental office and reception know of my potential tardiness both times the reception failed to answer so Voicemails was left explaining that these things I cannot control e.g Traffic and or working dutys however this action provided no benefit when I arrived 12 minutes late 2 minutes over what you considered acceptable and then was told I was to be deregistered without it in legal writing and refused my appointment because of 2 minutes. I believe your office has shown no digression in this matter and I would like to file a formal complaint and will be consulting and Ombudsman and leaving a review on Google about this treatment and your lack of understanding on this matter. -Rhys

Fantastic experience: Cannot fault the service I received today, definately deserve a 5* rating. My 1st recall check up following Covid, the clinic is very clean, sanitized, PPE worn & covid measures clearly in place which made me feel very safe. Receptionist extremley friendly, welcoming and efficient. (Sorry, didn't catch your name)No waiting time, seen immediately by Kat & Caroline who are both very professional,efficient, effective & put me completely at ease. Answered all my questions confidently and with great knowledge. Explained everything that was being done. Huge 'Well Done' to the team at Lotus, a very slick, professional & friendly service and I highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: Brilliant dental practice, I cannot fault the staff at all, very kind and helpful. I required an emergency appointment and called up one morning, the receptionist named Christina was more than helpful and managed to get me booked in and seen by the dentist within the hour!! I saw MK who was really good especially as I'm a nervous patient! Thank you to all of the team there :-)
