Negative experience: Totally disappointed. Booked time off work to attend my 9am check up, and also mentioned that I was interested in Invisalign. They charge me £27.50 knowing that they didn’t book my check up in, only to put me straight into a consultation with no warning. I came out and asked what happened with my check up, to be told the lady hadn’t booked it in and if I had an issue to write an email. I felt totally dismissed and used for a sales appointment rather than my monthly check up. They eventually saw to me after I told her I’d driven 30 miles and booked time off work for the appointment but if I didnt practically beg, this would not have been offered. Totally disappointed

Fantastic experience: I attended this practice earlier today for a filling. A lovely gent called Shuaib Shannon repaired a filling in my front tooth. It was painless, quick and quite simply brilliant, you would not even know it’s there! I would highly recommend this dentist, he’s brilliant!

Fantastic experience: Both me & my daughters had an appointment with Zakkar yesterday, he was assisted by Georgia & Monique. I am nervous of the dentist but as soon as we walked in the room, we were made to feel welcomed and comfortable. It was such a friendly appointment. The girls were so lovely and the dentist himself was thorough and knowledgeable. We had a really nice appointment and I totally forgot about my nervousness.

Fantastic experience: Just had my dental checkup with Saeed, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The whole team was so friendly and welcoming — they make you feel comfortable right away. Saeed took the time to explain everything he was doing and gave me some helpful tips for keeping my teeth healthy. Lois, his assistant was very professional and nothing was too much trouble for her. The office is clean, modern, and runs on time, which I really appreciate. A big shout out to Emma for getting me booked in super quick and for helping me with the medical questionnaire. Highly recommend Saeed and his team to anyone looking for great care and a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are so lovely and supportive. Morgan helped me rearrange appointments when I had family commitments and on another occasion booked my youngest in for an emergency same morning knowing she was in pain and I thank her for putting my mind at ease when I'm feeling stressed. Dr Anisha Kansal is the most wonderful dentist who makes every visit a breeze and is considerate to any additional needs with have.

Fantastic experience: I needed to make an emergency appointment, due my regular Dentist closing. I was referred to Simplyone Dental in Droylsden. The gentleman who I saw, was so patient, as I have a fear of Dentists. Dr Farooq and his Assistant Maddison were amazing. I needed a tooth taking out and he reassured me all would be ok. He extracted the tooth and I couldn’t thank him and Maddison enough. If 6 stars could be given, the I would. The Receptionist was very polite and kind. You’re a great team. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Referred here by Manchester Urgent Dental Care, an emergency appointment & treatment plan put in place on Monday with a prescription in place until the oral surgeon extracted the tooth on the Thursday. Great communication and was made to feel at ease by the staff.

Fantastic experience: Today, I went for 2 fillings and a tooth extraction with Dr Kazam, I was absolutely bricking it! Honestly never felt so at ease, I was in and out in 40 mins, 0 pain whatsoever. He made everything really easy and well explained. Definitely would recommend treatment with Dr Kaz. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extracted 2 months ago at SimplyOne Dental and I can only thank them all so much! I met the lovely reception staff at first, from then a junior dentist and from there a sedation team who took my tooth out as an emergency. From the moment I walked in I felt very comfortable and everybody from the most junior member of staff to the lovely lady who booked me in and then to the owner who was like a normal guy who respected all of his staff I’ve never seen anything like that. I would just like to thank you again for your fantastic treatment and customer service. I have recommended your practice to many people since. I cannot speak highly enough about the practice and look forward to continuing my dental journey with them.

Negative experience: Not great, filed my broken tooth down to fit a crown… the crown fell off couple weeks after and when i returned i was told i have to pay for it even tho i was eligible for free NHS? Frustrating tbh and then kicked me off their system

Fantastic experience: Went to simply one dentist in Droylsden on the 14 February because I was having problems with my teeth not been to the Dentist for 7 years because we moved house and couldn’t find a dentist in our new area and remember my husband used to go to SimplyOne Dentist so I phoned them up and they were very friendly and polite I was very Nervous they were reassuring and very nice they made me feel quite relaxed and the reception staff are really nice and they reassure you and make you feel more relaxed Emma and Helen are lovely receptionists they and the rest are very nice and reassuring didn’t get all the names but they are all amazing had another appointment today the 14/03/2025 with Miss Shahid and her assistant sorry I never got her name had treatment done 2 fillings and a clean going back in April for a denture they are really Amazing and caring they reassure you in everything they do highly recommended I went back to dentist today to have a extraction done and Denture done which I am very happy with miss Shahid talked me through what was going to happen and my treatment plan I am very happy with my treatment and the staff are really nice and welcoming highly recommended

He offered me the best possible treatment and I went with it. I am no longer in pain now due to his brilliant work. I would highly recommend him as he is an outstanding up and coming dentist, so all you current dentist, watch out! His assistant was also very professional and the receptionists were too. Fantastic experience: Today I visited the dentist at very short notice. I was in agony with toothache and have always been really nervous about dental visits. They managed to fit me in and I was seen by Dr Saeed who was excellent and made me feel very comfortable and explained how the procedure went before actually doing it. His assistant Lois was brilliant as well and also made me feel at ease. I cannot fault this practice at all. Also the lady on the desk was really kind as well. Top marks all round.

Fantastic experience: Honestly the nicest dental appointment I've ever had. A few years ago I had a really bad experience getting my wisdom teeth removed and have been scared of going to the dentist ever since, but when I saw Dr Kazam Mahmood today he immediately put me at ease, walked me through everything as he was doing it, both he and his assistant (forgot her name, sorry!) were really calm and friendly the entire time. I'd been told before I'd need my other impacting wisdom teeth taking out but they checked and confirmed that's only necessary if they start causing pain, which is really reassuring. I was also worried because I brush my teeth too hard and have recession but they were able to advise on how to help stop that etc. Just, really helpful and not at all judgemental. I've actually never left a Google review before for anything but I came out of this appointment feeling so relieved I felt like I had to.

Fantastic experience: I was a nervous wreck as I hadn’t been to the dentist in years after several bad experiences. The receptionists were very friendly and Ashkin soon put me at ease explaining and showing what she was going to do to remedy my teeth. After the 1st visit I came out laughing with her and 4 weeks later have finished my treatment for another 3 months. Negative experience: Had my tooth done there not long ago and after complaining over the phone about still being in a lot of pain with the same tooth they didn't listen to me over to phone and proceeded to tell me to phone back in, since this I've been in agony with my tooth more so than i was before she did the emergency treatment.

Negative experience: I went for treatment @ simply one dental @ ended up with a ruined tooth. The very young inexperienced dentist filed my tooth taking the enamel of it and ground the bottom of it making it shorter and with a u shape on the bottom of the tooth. This caused the perfectly good tooth to get very stained. I went back to complain bitterly about the extremely poor treatment I had received. I told them that under no circumstance do I want the same dentist to carry out the repair as she seemed very inexperienced I went back and a dentist name Sied carryout the repair using filling paste. He and his assistant said they would match but the following day it was a yellowish colour and not a match at all. I sent the picture to the centre manager called Sarah and see called me and asked me to call back and see the dentist who had carried out the repair, said it is the best he could do but I told him I had a good tooth and that the centre had messed it up and that they must fix it. I had an other meeting with Sarah and told her that they need to fix the extremely poor dental treatment they had provided . She mentioned that they may be able to fit veneers but would speak with the centre directors & call me back. She called me the following day to say they had done a good repair and that if I wanted my teeth sorting out I would have to pay £350 to have them whitened and then they could remove the filling paste of the damaged tooth and then they would be able to colour match it. I told her I was not willing to pay for this treatment as it was the dentist who had ruined my teeth and that is up to them to fix it. She said this is the only option available to me so I told her in no certain terms that I would be taking legal advice and I would be putting this incident on social media. So my advice to anyone considering using Simply One Dental to stay WELL CLEAR as they have young inexperienced dentist there they have totally ruined my tooth and I find it really hard to smile as I am so conscious of the discoloured tooth being visible I can’t believe they had the nerve to ask me to pay for treatment (£350) to fix the problem that they had caused Do your self a favour and look for a more reputable Dental Surgery I will now be in touch with legal counsel and I will take them to a claims court Ray

Negative experience: Had emergency appointment to put filling in. Replacement lasted 3 weeks, so have had to book another emergency appointment. Was told filling would last a year, way short of that!

However this is a great friendly one. Very clean and modern. With lovely staff, who always make you feel welcome. Everything is always explained to you and the treatment you need. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: My dentist Chisdom was lovely. Was a little nervous with never had a filling before and hate the injection and she was really caring and kept checking I was ok throughout the procedure. However, I arrived a little early so had to wait outside with other staff whilst they were waiting for the place to open up. I was clearly a patient waiting for an appointment and the other young staff were talking amongst themselves and swearing, sticking their finger up to their mate in a car parked outside. Totally unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dentist My son attended simply one dental, through a referral for tooth extraction. He has additional needs and was extremely nervous. Kerry put his mind at ease on his first consultation. In total he attended three times. All three times we were treated with quality care. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I've been using Simply One Dental for years now. My dentist Nathan is wonderful, so patient and professional. Julie my hygienist is the best hygienist I have ever seen. She's so patient and understands because I have sensitive teeth she doesn't use the water when cleaning them she does it manually and slowly. No pain at all. Absolutely wonderful.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentists is absolutely not one of my favourite pastimes to say the least as I'm very anxious and borderline autistic when it comes to letting people poke around inside my gob. I had a very bad experience at my previous dentists in Hyde but, I have to say, my new dentist, Ashikin and her assistant are absolutely wonderful. They very calmly explain exactly what they are doing and they work very efficiently and effectively to minimise my distress and the length of time I had to lie there with my trap open. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: This dental practice deserves more than 5 stars. The staff are very welcoming and well mannered also the place is gleaming clean. I got referred here after my previous dentist/butcher got shut down and they referred me here I have only ever felt safe having dentistry work done at the dental hospital untill I attended here they have restored my faith in dentist I had Saeed as my dentist he knows his stuff believe me from start to finish I felt zero pain and wasn't rushed. They discussed how nervous I was and let me get anything of my chest and I was reassured through out by the pair of them. He was accompanied by a nurse called Katie absolutely spot on the pair of them both worked well as a team and kept me calm throughout the procedure which was 4 fillings in one sitting. Ps simply one give them both pay rises because they are worth there weight in gold.

Fantastic experience: Very very positive. I was made to feel very relaxed, everything was explained fully and nothing was too much trouble. I felt confident that it would be fine and it was thank you so much to all the staff, the dentist, Kerry, the assistant and the receptionists all brilliant.

Fantastic experience: If I could give 6 stars I would, all great people and had me laughing before my first tooth removal ( I was terrified ) all worked together well to keep me calm and ensured everything was okay Genuine and friendly people, also had some training students who did a great job! Fantastic experience: I first came in as an emergency due to horrendous pain with what I thought was a damaged filling. I saw Deepa who did a full check up and consultation, including x-rays, before discussing a plan of action and longer term treatment plan. We looked over the x-rays in detail and I could see exactly what was going on. Deepa was attentive and passionate (I was all "just take the tooth out, if it isn't there it can't hurt", but Deepa was saddened by this as "a loss is a loss" - which stuck with me!) I've had bad experiences with other dentists in the past, but both Deepa and the Assistant Lois were brilliant and I am grateful for that.

Fantastic experience: This dentist practice is amazing they spent 2 hours to remove my back tooth I've been waiting for the hospital to remove it but the guy said he'll have a go at it he did have to get a nother dentist to help him out but was totally amazing no other dentists would try and remove it orso this was an emergency appointment witch means you only get 20 minutes for your appointment because iam not registered to any dentist I would totally recommend these guys

Negative experience: I'm will be taking this dentist through a no win no charge solicitor .allowed my teeth to bee filled with cheap fillings that turned yellow .also lost a perfectly good tooth under them Kerry the practice manager said they will not do so much under NHS funding. Disgusting

Fantastic experience: My son Callum was in horrendous pain with his tooth. We went to SimplyOne Dental for and emergency tooth extraction under sedation. The staff there were very kind and friendly. After a consultation he had his tooth removed. The care and support after the treatment was brilliant. I would like to say special thank you to Felma and Nassa. I could not thank them enough

Fantastic experience: I had my brace fitted today by Deepa, from the consultation process to the fitting today she has been great; explaining everything in detail, making sure I am happy with the treatment plan, my fitting was painless Deepa and her assistant were lovely made me feel at ease during the whole process.

Fantastic experience: My dentist is Sam Jones. Sam is such a good dentist! After having really bad experiences with my two previous dentists I had no confidence or trust. Sam is amazing, so efficient, and very patient! And my teeth are lovely! I would recommend this practice to anyone! Especially Sam. Reception staff are lovely, as are the dental nurses.
