Negative experience: Made booking with them. I had to reschedule, I called them with plenty of notice. My rescheduled appointment was confirmed. I called for a reminder on the day for the time. I was told my old Appointment was candled but there were no new appointments for me. If you can't do basic admin how can trust you with anything else?

Negative experience: Despite regularly waiting around for my treatments with no complaint, the one time I was ten minutes late despite having spent over an hour on public transport to get there, they decided they weren't going to see me.

I thought I would message and a week later I was seen and have a treatment plan. Amazing to find this whew it seems not possible in most places. Would highly recommend

Negative experience: Last time I went to this practice they kept me and my 3 year old waiting over an hour for our appointment. This time I can’t even book an appointment because they won’t see NHS patients after school hours on particular days. Awful service.

Negative experience: Service was not good at all. Was continually argued with by the dentist. Dentist wasn't prepared to listen to my needs and concerns. After specifically being advised by the dentist to have a denture done by a private lab not an NHS lab due to the private lab producing a better fitting denture the denture does not fit my mouth comfortably at all ( once again argued with by the dentist that it must fit properly). Dentist battled to even do an impression of my mouth and had to re do it 4 times before supposedly getting it right (dont think so though). 2 days after 3 teeth were extracted an infection set in. I contacted the dentist as i was in extreme pain and i was again treated like a second grade citizen and the practice was not prepared to see me urgently to sort the problem out. Would never recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I was very happy with the treatment that I received from Luke, the hygienist at Orchard cottage. He is knowledgable and professional.

Negative experience: Poor appointment management. Every time I visit, I wait for a minimum of 30mins, today I waited 35mins, last time I waited for 45 mins. This is not a walk in clinic or A&E to wait that long. Waiting for 10 to 15mins is acceptable. This place has ridiculous waiting period, otherwise the service is fine.

Fantastic experience: I had a very positive experience with an extraction at Orchard Cottage Dental. The entire process was handled very professionally and I experienced no pain or discomfort. Dr Vino Jesudasan kept me informed throughout and I highly recommend them.
