Fantastic experience: Very happy with service. Lee is an awesome dentist. Each time he explained everything and answered every single one question (because had a bad experience elsewhere - i had a lot of them). He makes sure that you do understand the process and you are happy with it. He really look after his patients ( my partner and myself are really happy with the service). He gave me a few options to sort my problem out and gave me recommendations. So if your budget is smaller, he will advise what you can do aswell. If you want the top service and can afford it - he will provide it too. His attitude and approach is amazing. Very friendly atmosphere in dentist room (? Sorry). Ladies in reception are friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Attended the clinic for a new patient check up appointment. My experience from start to finish was wonderful. I had a warm greeting from the lovely receptionist before being welcomed in for my appointment. Everything was explained to me in detail, with a walk through of my xrays showing what everything is. I feel I'll be well looked after here!

Fantastic experience: After our previous Dentist retired, we had the job of finding another dental surgery who offered the same kind and gentle dental treatment we were used to! After reading the wonderful reviews about Impressions Dental Surgery in Kimberley we decided to book an appointment. We were welcomed on reception by Lynn who was super friendly! As a family we saw Lee and Keelan who were both kind, caring and extremely thorough and explained everything. I needed a small filling, which was quick and completely painless. Keelan made sure I was in no pain and gave breaks during the treatment to make sure I was comfortable. The nursing staff were also friendly, reassuring and caring. Please don't hesitate booking an appointment if you're looking for a new Dentist. Private treatment and fair pricing. Wouldn't now go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Had a wobble about attending my usual appointment at the beginning of this year due to my teeth’s sensitivity. Finally plucked up the courage to attend October and due to Lee’s continued advice and guidance have just had a second tooth out plus a full clean …. The care to make sure it was all pain free has been greatly appreciated. It makes the whole experience totally different and nothing to feel anxious about. Fantastic experience: Friendly and professional staff. Been going for many years now. Went very recently for chat on replacement of two front teeth with crowns. One tooth had needed replacement filling after part breaking and after a few repairs over the years I decided with advice from my dentist to replace. Received excellent help plus x-ray to make sure crowns were suitable and am going ahead.

Fantastic experience: Had a clean with Julie the hygienist. She is so gentle and gives you great advice to tweak your cleaning regime to keep your teeth in tip top condition. Then my check up with Lee. I usually see Sam, so this is the first time with Lee and what a fabulous experience! A friendly genuinely nice guy. He totally put at ease and offered lots of advice should I need it. I actually felt quite pampered walking back to my car. Lovely environment as soon as you step through the door to a lovely welcome from the friendly reception team. I honestly can’t recommend them enough, especially if you are a dental phone, you won’t be once these guys have worked their magic…..promise.

Fantastic experience: This is my first experience of a privately run dentist. My checkup was very thorough, I was shown X-rays and advised on what treatments were needed including a filling, my treatment finished with a clean and polish. I was advised on toothbrushes, toothpaste and method of cleaning at home. My teeth were quite stained and was delighted with the first results. I cannot recommend ‘Impressions’ highly enough. Thank you to the lovely staff.

Fantastic experience: I attended the dentist on 18 of June for a six monthly check- up. The dentist, Keilan, put me at my ease as did his nurse. The receptionist at the desk provided a welcoming atmosphere and I would recommend Impressions Dental Care.

I've had extractions, regular hygienist appointments, X-rays, and consultations, all delivered with a high level of skill and professionalism. The dental plan I follow is detailed and regularly updated, and I'm always given practical, easy-to-follow tips to improve my dental hygiene – thanks to the experienced and knowledgeable hygienist, Julie. The tips sound almost too good to be true, but they genuinely work! The quality of treatment is outstanding – from pain-free fillings to smooth extractions, everything is carried out with expert technique and a clear focus on patient comfort and swift recovery. The pricing is also competitive, offering great value for the standard of care provided. A special mention has to go to the front-of-house team – they're fun, friendly, funny, and professional. You can tell they genuinely enjoy working at Impressions, and their welcoming attitude makes you feel right at home the moment you step through the door. It’s a great atmosphere that helps put any dental nerves at ease. My only flaw as a patient is that I always forget to thank everyone for the treatment – so I hope this review helps me say what I should have said in person: thank you all. William huskinson

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with impressions for several years after needing surgery under sedation and a two year nhs wait on top of dental phobia. Op was easy and done at a weekend and after care second to none and since then I’ve gone every 3 months religiously ( Denplan) receptionists are lovely, kind and helpful the surgery itself has had extensive work and is pristine and the dentists and hygienist are always happy smiley patient and kind. Not having to worry about a dentist phobic or otherwise is priceless!

I have to drive 45 Minutes to get to see Sam and past about 6 other dentist but i honestly wouldn't want my family or i going to any one else.

Fantastic experience: On Saturday the first stage of my molar implant was carried out by the team at Impressions Dental Care. At every stage of the process I felt that the service was impeccable. The advance information that was provided to me meant that I knew exactly what to expect when I arrived so that I was mentally prepared for what was going to happen. The whole process took about 45minutes and I was made to feel comfortable throughout. The dental surgeons (Rob and Sam) made me feel very relaxed and explained each step of the procedure while it was being carried out. The dental assistant (Adele) was highly proficient, The support that I was offered after the surgery included explanation of how I might feel post surgery and relevant guidance regarding pain relief if required as well as follow up phone calls to check I was alright. I cannot recommend Impressions Dental Care highly enough.
