Receptionists are always willing to help, where they can(including baby entertainment when needed) Amber is such a professional dentist, she puts me at ease and is brilliantly calm and patient when doing treatment. The service is always warm and friendly, and the quality of dental care — from checkups to hygiene appointments — is absolutely first-rate. Tim, our dentist, is fantastic. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and never recommends anything unless it’s truly necessary. I really appreciate how patient and understanding he is, especially as I have a bit of a phobia when it comes to dental work — it makes such a difference to feel in safe hands. Caz and Jackie on reception are always beyond helpful — friendly, organised, and just genuinely lovely people. It’s a brilliant team all around!

Eddie my dentist has been great in trying to rectify a problem tooth. He is a good dentist and always explains things to me. I’m happy with the service provided.

Negative experience: I went into the practice to see if I could make an appointment with a dentist for a tooth abscess to be told by a rather obnoxious and indifferent receptionist that because I was not registered with them, it would cost me £90 and any treatment would be private.

Fantastic experience: This is a great dental practice. The staff are all very friendly and I feel fortunate that I have been fitted in for emergency appointments on several occasions. Eddie is a terrific dentist - he diagnosed a major problem I had with a wisdom tooth which had gone unnoticed by previous dentists and required surgery. For the first time I have complete faith in my dentist!

The dentist and hygienist are both equally friendly and explain what they're going to do, keep you informed during the examination and what they have done at the end of it. I would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Recently moved to the area and my daughter in Aucherader recommended Infinityblu - I am chuffed to bits with the whole setup and embarrassed at the same time because I am rubbish with names - however I will say from reception, a warm and informative welcome, which encouraged us to join the practice in Crieff, onto the dental care so far and that's having visited both the dentist and the oral hygienist, just brilliant and so professional, thank you all. I will add, I was also offered an NHS option but the waiting list simply ruled that out in my case; which is a pity and I look forward to both parties having capacity to handle all aspects of dental care as it's such a vital part of overall health

Negative experience: Was in the middle of getting some dental work done, had some issues with cancellations where I turned up and my appointments had been cancelled I fell pregnant with my son so after he was born I called to see if I could schedule to get my work finished only to be told they deregistered me as a patient so now iv got to try and find a dentist that will finish the work that was started!!

Fantastic experience: I use the dentist in Crieff and I have always found the level of service exceptional. The reception team are always very helpful and friendly and go out of their way to try and accommodate any requests. The level of expertise from the dentists is also excellent. I have recently decided to get Invisalign treatment to close a gap between two of my teeth and it has all been done very quickly and efficiently. I would also like to add that my daughter who was still at school at the time but was looking to choose dentistry has her chosen career, contacted the Infinity Blu in Auchterarder and they allowed her to spend time with their dentists to observe and gain vital knowledge in her pursuit to become a dentist. This experience was invaluable and she has now been accepted at Dundee School of Dentistry.

No treatment needed X-rays taken to check the health of back molars just a little plaque which was swiftly removed. Advice give to try and use tooth picks and got them at reception. Fantastic experience: Absolutely superb service despite the problems regarding NHS treatment. Okay, my annual inspection gets pushed back occasionally, but when it's an emergency or I just need a temporary filling, they are great. 10 out of 10 for Crieff!
