Fantastic experience: My experience at Leytonstone dental was superb. The receptionist is always friendly and helpful and has knowledge of the procedures and is able to answer questions related to the treatments. I was treated by Dr Wilma for my root canal who was very honest and helpful and made the procedure as comfortable as possible. Then I had a crown fitted for the tooth by Dr Victoria and she was also very professional and trustworthy. The dental assistants were competent and friendly. It is always scary spending lots of money on dental care, and getting the injections and drilling, but the staff at Leytonstone dental have made it less scary and very worthwhile. I would trust them with my future dental needs. Thank you Lithuanian (I think) Queens!

Fantastic experience: Great place with amazing doctors. Cant believe how much time I saved by coming here instead of my normal NHS doctor. My doctor Antonina was very gentle and professional throughout the entire appointment and guided me through the different options and steps. Saved two of my teeth that my NHS doctor said had to be removed as they can not be recovered. Would highly recommend :) .

Negative experience: Very rude and offensive dental hygienist I am in shock. Avoid! So firstly they made us wait 20 mins before appointment and then there was this dental hygienist who had Eastern European accent, (mid age woman with blonde hair). When I wanted to support my partner while teeth cleaning (he is afraid of it) she said “wait outside, he is not a baby, don’t need you here”. I explained he was afraid of it, she said she wasn’t pulling teeth. Very insensitive way of client communication imo. Afterwards, she told her assistant off who was trying to show him a piece of tool to explain what kind of machine they were using. She said “I didn’t ask you to show that. We are talking now!” Did we go to see a dominatrix or a dental hygienist? Was hard to tell…Being in dentist is already hard for most people, you don’t need this extra stress from a bad attitude of a dental hygienist. I am really sorry for the assistant, hope she will get another job soon.

Negative experience: I'm really disappointed with this dental office. I didn't receive a proper examination or x-ray before they attempted to extract teeth. Halfway through, they claimed surgery was needed, which was shocking. Now, im in severe pain and can't even open my mouth, and my face is swollen. It's hard to believe they are licensed to practice. I strongly advise against visiting this place. They discharged me without addressing the necessary surgery, leaving in a terrible situation.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience in this clinic. Viktorija took such a great care of my teeth, I thought that it might be needed 3-4 visits to fix my problem, but she did it all in one time (the problem at the end turned out to be smaller), and she did fantastic hygienic cleaning of all teeth. Negative experience: Per 15min istrauke 2dantis. Ir paeme 390puond.cia normalu? Nors rasoma kaina 120 uz danti. Jokiu ipjovu, jokiu siuvimu nebuvo. I pulled out 2 teeth in 15 minutes. And we take 390 pounds. Is this normal? Although the price is 120 per tooth. There was no cutting, no sewing.

Fantastic experience: I can't thank Dr. Antonina and her assistant enough! I came in with a horrible toothache and was ready to have the tooth extracted. However, after mentioning my plans for an All-on-4 procedure, Dr. Antonina advised against extraction, explaining that saving the tooth might make future treatment easier. I’m so glad I listened to her! She treated the tooth with exceptional care and professionalism, and now the pain is completely gone. They were incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. On top of that, the treatment was very affordable, which was a huge relief.

The dentist and her assistant were patient with me and fully explained what they were going to do,which made me feel at ease. From March I wait my deposit back from them and are telling me they can't gave me my money back because is passing one year and I was cancelling my appointment more than one time what is not true.They was cancelled my appointment second time. Negative experience: Had to get an emergency appointment here yesterday instead of my (booked up) usual dentist. The temporary filling seems fine so far, but I was nor treated well otherwise. The dentist and her nurse spoke constantly to each other throughout my treatment in a language I do not speak. Other than short commands barked at me such as "open more" I was ignored. Normally my dentist would give me a few respites, but at this dentist it didn't happen. I felt like a piece of meat. Only go here if you like being treated with utter contempt.
