N13 Dental Clinic

Negative experience: I attended N13 Dental Clinic earlier this year for treatment that has since caused me ongoing problems. During the procedure I experienced sudden, severe pain and physical discomfort, which I reported immediately and again at the follow‑up appointment in front of the dental assistant. Despite this, my concerns were not acknowledged in the clinical notes or subsequent correspondence. Specialist scans later confirmed the issue was dental and nerve‑related, requiring further treatment elsewhere. This has meant months of discomfort, additional medical appointments and significant disruption. When I raised these points with the practice, the responses I received were defensive and dismissive, repeatedly denying what had happened and reducing the matter to a token refund of £100. While I accepted this refund to close the correspondence, it does not reflect the seriousness of the situation or the impact it has had. In their public reply to my review, the clinic claimed that I had refused necessary treatment and sought financial gain. This is untrue. I did not attempt to obtain any financial reward, and another dentist has since corrected the problems caused here. On the contrary, I have undergone additional treatment elsewhere, which only became necessary because of the poor treatment I received at N13 Dental Clinic. The £100 refund was accepted purely to conclude correspondence, not because it resolved the issue. It is also important to note that Dr Pegah diagnosed a cavity on another tooth (a wisdom tooth) and even referred me for extraction. Two independent dentists have since confirmed there was and is no cavity. If I had accepted her diagnosis, I would have lost a perfectly healthy tooth for no (!) reason. This misdiagnosis further illustrates the lack of care and accuracy I experienced. My review is based on documented symptoms, scans, and correspondence. The clinic’s defensive reply misrepresents my actions and motives, but readers can judge for themselves. Patients considering this clinic should be aware of how concerns are handled and weigh that carefully when making their decision. In my experience, this doctor appeared more focused on financial gain than on the patient care they claim to provide.

Fantastic experience: I was a patient at N13 dental clinic for over 16 years before I moved out of the area. I always received a friendly and reliable service - both for NHS treatment/prevention, and the private "extras" (white fillings, hygienist, etc.). When I moved to a new dentist (because of moving house), he was complementary about the state of my teeth and gums, which I feel is a reflection of the good care I've received in the hands of Dr Pegah and team over the years.

Fantastic experience: Grate services. Most amazing about the service on Friday, the 20 April Easter holidays, Bank Holiday weekend. I phoned in at 10 am reception said will call me in 1 hour if the can see me or not?" The reception called me after 1hour said will see me ?" " but no guarantee if they will remove my wilson teeth but said the will do exlays . Once the done the exlays, I was in pain, and the nurse decided to remove my wilson teeth she done an amazing job, and I thought I was gonna be in pain during the weekend but thanks God no pain . The most amazing part on Sunday today I received a text message from reception asking if I have any pain, etc I falt so proud of this dentist clinic provided . I'll give them 10 star

Negative experience: A little bit disappointed, it’s hard to register here. Called them many times ages ago but they kept saying I have to wait and will call back if there is available slot to be register (NHS patient) in this clinic but until now haven’t heard from them. We live just across the road. I hope they can register us in their clinic as we really needed it.

All my front teeth had very worn enamel and they were starting to chip. I felt very self conscious about them, I didn't realise how much until they were fixed. The dentist rebuilt the worn areas so skillfully, with the repairs matched perfectly to my teeth. They look amazing and it makes such a difference to how I feel when I'm talking to people, smiling etc. Also saw the hygienist and she was lovely and it was a no pain appointment. Can't recommend the practice highly enough.

From the receptionists to the hygienists and the doctors, everyone is extremely friendly and professional. I have had a sensitive tooth for a while and after only one visit the doctor fixed it. I had a great experience where they talked me through the process and made me feel relaxed all the way through. The reception staff were friendly and very welcoming. Negative experience: Lead dentist is rude and not welcoming, both on the phone and in person. The receptionist is nice. Did not find any support here, rather fairly cold interactions, had to move to a private clinic in Central London when this one is minutes away from my home. Would not recommend.

Negative experience: My daughter and I have visited this dentist a few times for dental fillings. During our last visit, there was a strong smell of food, and I saw somethings that I do not wish to mention as it was not hygienic. My daughter and I decided to leave this place. Additionally, when they take the initial payment, they also charge fifty percent of your next visit. I am not sure if this is in accordance with the law, but neither my daughter nor I were able to get back the fifty percent we paid, We are still sending emails to get this money.. Moreover, the filling they did fell out after three days.

Negative experience: Been going to my dentist for years , he is quite far tho but I have always been happy and grateful with the service I receive and basically my oral hygiene have always been outstanding .Recently had my filling fell down ( no pain or discomfort at all )decided to try with n13 dental clinic as it’s just right the corner from me .Sadly realised those people gently want to ripp you off as I was told by the dentist the new filling is gonna cost £200 ( single small filling,not root treatment or anything else ) .Was also advised first to see hygienist( guess for anothe £ 100 ,I have barely a tooth tartar ,I am non smoker ,don’t even drink alcohol or cofee) Anyway glad I didn’t book further appointment with them as today got two fillings done and tooth tartar removed by my regular dentist for £300 by just one phone call and single appointment.No long waiting /wasting time for making me stupid on how bad my mouth hygiene is . I am not saying the dentist wasn’t professional, this is her price list obviously,I am saying that when I book appointment for particular issue as my lost filling I expect to be done straight away or they definitely need to Charge me £55 for initial assessment and then everything else .sounds ridiculous to me or I just been spoiled by really good Eastern European dentist Best Iskra Nikolaeva

This dental surgery at the corner of Powy's lane is a hidden gem in the area and is becoming a corner stone of the community in Bounds Green. Negative experience: i’ve been blocked after giving my experience?? this is unacceptable and will be looked into being taken further… profanity & abuse LOOOOLLL…. babes it’s giving racism at the end of the day, as soon as i walked in attitude… all that was said was she’s acting dumb as she corrected me unnecessarily (when i was on the phone to my mom) i said “Interview“ when i meant “appointment” (on my way out, so don’t make it seem as if it was the whole appointment). personally, that’s asking to start problems at ur big age lmaoo… which i have a witness that recorded the phone convo it could happily be played.. Negative experience: i’m not one to leave reviews.. but the service today at N13dental clinic was atrocious (this doesn’t include the receptionist, he was nice and friendly)… pegah ziahosseini is the person this is directed at! her unprofessionalism, attitude, lack of patience and people skills are quite alarming and a scary thing to have as a dentist working with several age groups. the lack of patience to explain in more detail, i was accused of lying to her about which tooth hurts? she told me to film as if i don’t know which tooth is hurting me and remembering wrong when i did, she flipped and went to take my phone as if she’s important enough to be in it.. then cancelled my appointment saying im rude…. how are you telling me which tooth is hurting and getting this angry… i also asked for her name she was writing a PEE paragraph for me to sign but i couldn’t read or take a picture of it? i would like to inform people of her (pegah ziahosseini) as this is unacceptable and the disrespect i felt from her and the helper was unbelievable.. stay clear of this place especially if you have kids SHE HAS NO PEOPLE SKILLS WHATSOEVER xxx

Fantastic experience: It is really important to me as to who takes care of my teeth. The aim is to have these until, and beyond when I leave this mortal coil. After moved to the UK from the US in 2018, it was important that my dentist be at least on par with my US dentist whom I trusted immensely with my teeth and oral hygiene, I was fortunate to find N13 Dental Clinic who have taken care of my teeth since that time. The experience and care has been exceptional and very much on par with my US dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency and they saw me straight away. The receptionist was full of knowledge and was able to support me with my emergency. He booked me an appointment for the same day and I was treated quickly by the very professional dentist. She was an angel!!! She also called me the next day to check on how I was feeling and if I was in any further pain (which I wasn't thanks to her treatment). Excellent service by both the dentist and the receptionist.

Fantastic experience: I had not seen or had a dentist in over 4 years and knew I had some issues. This place got me into their clinic very quickly and helped me out. The dentist pegah is truly amazing and a very nice lady. Very reassuring but also professional . I felt very comfortable in her care and happy with my results. Negative experience: Overpriced, was told I need 2 fillings (for £700!), went to another dentist for a second opinion and they said I didn’t need any at all! Avoid if you want to avoid being overcharged drastically

Fantastic experience: Pegah at N13 Dental Clinic was absolutely amazing. I am not a London resident, but due to a tooth ache found myself having to visit the dentist during my stay in the city. Pegah did a thorough examination - she was calming and very friendly, explaining what she was doing and why throughout the entire process. She made me feel completely at ease. She gave me some good advice on how to easen the tooth ache, and she had a few tips on things to discuss with my dentist back home in Sweden as well. I was very happy with the care I got. The fact that I was probably just a one time patient and not a returning one did not seem to matter - I felt seen and validated, and my tooth ache went away with Pegah's advice. I would 100% recommend Pegah and N13 Dental Clinic.

Even before attending this Practice as a patient I have had a number of dental issues over the years. I got to the stage when I wanted to do something a bit more permanent about the state of my teeth. The works (and I mean works!!) on my teeth took a number of visits, some of which took a few hours. But the work was professionally undertaken, it was painless, and all the staff made me feel completely comfortable every time I attended. I also have been treated by Priya in the past, and have a lot of praise for her in how she has tackled my problems at the various times. I used to attend the Clinic before the current practitioners took over. I was happy then, and I'm more than happy now. Pegah is quite simply a brilliant dentist, who I cannot recommend highly enough. She combines clinical expertise with warmth and empathy - putting me at ease, whilst explaining the options clearly. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful, communication regarding appointments has been very clear and emails are answered quickly. Dr Ziahosseini, the dentist I have been seeing, is very nice, efficient and diligent. She found some problems for me to work on and the filling she recently gave me works well.
