Fantastic experience: Frays Dental Uxbridge’s was excellent, the lady dentist who did my tooth extraction was quick, efficient and most importantly it’s was painless. Of course I had an injection to numb my tooth, but felt no discomfort at all. Felt no tugs or pulling. Normally I dislike visiting dentist. However this was really good.

Fantastic experience: I had my tooth extracted today, I was very nervous, however I was made to feel comfortable. It was over in seconds and I didn’t feel a thing. The dental practice has a very clean environment and is welcoming. All staff including the receptionist were very friendly. A very good experience overall. Shivane the dental specialist and her nurse was very kind, friendly, helpful,reassuring and very patient. Shivane explained every step of my treatment :) which was clear and concise. Although Google only offered up to a 5 star rating, I would give 10 stars and some!! :) strongly recommended!

He was incredibly gentle, professional, and calm throughout the entire process. he explained every step with kindness and care, and made me feel completely safe. His hands are magic! I didn’t even feel the injection or the extraction. Highly recommended – one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. Ellie the dental nurse was so kind and supportive throughout the appointment. Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to a dentist for years, I was in so much pain I made an emergency appt at Frays. I hadn’t been there before. I was seen by Mr Panesar. I have to admit I was petrified. Mr Panesar and all the staff are amazing. I always thought it would cost thousands to be able to smile, talk to people without feeling embarrassed about my teeth. I discussed with Mr Panesar my budget and what I would like to achieve, he was so understanding and kind. Now I am happy to have my picture taken and SMILE. I am in my 60s, I hadn’t been to a dentist for 15 yrs because of the terrible treatment I had received. When I first went to Frays I used to shake when I sat in the chair, thanks to Mr Panesar and his amazing assistants I now look forward to going.

Fantastic experience: I had the root of my tooth removed this morning! Pooja is an amazing surgeon she took my tooth out in seconds after me panicking for 10 minutes before Pooja & elisa calmed me down, they was so calm and I’m so glad they did because it was seconds! Thank you so much!❤️

Whilst waiting for anesthetic to kick in both surgeon and dental nurse made me feel at ease and answered any questions I had -the extraction was finished in no time at all! First class service and would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Excellent First Visit to Fray's Dental Clinic This was my first time at Fray's dental clinic, referred by my regular practice for a tooth extraction, and it was a genuinely positive experience. I was brought in on time, and the staff were welcoming and professional, with a comfortable waiting area which had coffee and water – a nice touch. Dr. Ian Jenkyn, who performed my extraction, was outstanding. He thoroughly explained the process beforehand, clearly outlining what to expect, which helped me feel prepared and at ease. The actual discomfort during the procedure aligned precisely with what he had described, making the whole experience far less intimidating. A special mention to his colleague (apologies for forgetting the name) who assisted during the procedure, providing calm support that added to the positive atmosphere. The clinic itself is well-maintained, and the view from the chair through the glass façade, looking out onto the beautifully kept grounds, was surprisingly calming. Overall, a great first impression. I’m looking forward to my follow-up visit in a few weeks.

Fantastic experience: Frays Dental - had a tooth extracted today. Absolutely first class. From start to finish the staff and doctors were so good

Negative experience: Had to cancel an appointment due to a bereavement and the response I got was “thanks for letting us know”. Nothing even remotely close to “sorry to hear that”. Then for the rescheduled appointment I waited for 20 minutes and no one came out to let me know how long it might be or that they’re running late so I just left. I left as I’ve had a few small issues in the past which I previously let slide but it all compounded so I won’t be returning as you definitely don’t get what you pay for at Frays. One of the smaller things I let slide was being given tooth paste to use in preparation for whitening then only when it came to paying I was told that it was £15?! Only good thing about the practise is the hygienist, Sanjeet Dhillon.

My dentist, Mr Aggarwal, hygienist Sanjeet and their support team are awesome. Hitesh and Sanjeet always give great advice to keep my teeth in tip top condition. The two gold crowns Hitesh fitted over 10 years ago have never given me any issues. I have recommended Frays to my neighbour and they are now a regular attendee too. I would highly recommend the superb team at Frays Dental Centre to take care of all your dental needs.

Negative experience: I have been going to this dentist since 2020.The dentist that has done all the work on my teeth has now left the practice. I wasn't given a reason as to why he left but after paying 13.500 pounds in the las4 years plus paying a yearly charge for the hygiene plan which went up almost every year. I have come away from visiting the the dentist to have my teeth cleaned and although the regular lady was there she allowed a new woman to do this cleaning for me . I've come away after this new person has cleaned my teeth. She had no idea how to use the equipment has brocken one of my bottom tooth and I've been told that ther is hundred and 62 pounds owing on my account. I know my bill was paid every time I left this dentist so it's not possible that this balance is correct and after this last session of getting my teeth cleaned and suffering from a broken bottom front tooth it has left me very dissatisfied with the treatment I have had at Frays Dental centre in Uxbridge. I am going to complain about this treatment. The regular hygienist is very good at her job and a caring person but I'm afraid I have had to sought out another dentist for my future treatment. I'm very disappointed with Frays Dentist.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic top class dentists and hygienists, I've been a patient of frays for 13 years and they are honestly the best dentist I have ever visited. Professional, compassionate, caring, forward planning. Their commitment to preventative dentistry is what stands out, gold standard and definitely the way forward from a patients perspective. I look forward to my visits and even when needing treatment (which I have due to history of dental problems prior to joining the practice) I have peace of mind knowing I'm in the safest of hands.

The Dentist is lovely and I would recommend him if you are nervous, regular checks you are ok and explanation of what's going on. Negative experience: My elderly neighbour came in today to have a tooth removed. £270 for a 15 minute procedure. He pays a monthly subscription that he has had no service for since 2019 and had no refund or service provided during the pandemic and there after could not get anyone to return a call for a check up. I cannot believe he had to pay for this procedure. To be sure I will be encouraging him to cancel any further subscription fee. I had a tooth removed this past month and the same procedure cost me £75 in an NHS dentist. He is an 86 year old pensioner and would have actually gotten this procedure for free. I have consent to act on the behalf of the customer. But it’s not just this customer. He has family that have equally paid their subscription and not received anything for it since Covid. They are elderly and I personally feel they are being taken advantage of.

On greeting he was friendly and made me feel totally at ease. He took the time to ask me lots of pertinent questions related to my dental hygiene and history. He took time during my appointment to examine my teeth in detail and very importantly spent time discussing things with me afterwards , with plenty of opportunity for me to ask questions.
