Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom extraction today at this Clinic Dr Rama performed it, she was very professional very reassuring and did a great job! She had an assistant with her i don’t know her exact name but her assistant was so lovely she held my hand during the procedure as i was experiencing pain she was very comforting very friendly and made me less nervous about the procedure! A pleasant experience! Kind helpful staff and truly care about the patients wellbeing! Better than any other clinic i have been to for my teeth! Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Joshna at reception and the Dentist sounded very knowledgeable and expalined the whole procedure, way of treatment and the payment structure beforehand. So I was prepared already about my expectations from dentist and the appointment went very well. The Dentist was very quick to find out the root cause of the pain and suggested the treatments clearly.

I can’t really explain it they somehow managed to make me feel like it was goin to be ok when usually I would be a nervous wreck sat in that chair. They didn’t seem to judge me on the condition of my teeth. They we’re straight up and and very professional and if I’m honest I feel a lot more comfortable about goin in for my next treatment which is completely unheard of so yea I was very impressed

All the staff were warm and friendly and I found the dentist I saw compassionate, explained everything she was doing and took me through everything she had observed re the state of my teeth and gums. I can honestly saw it was the first time I've experienced such attentive treatment from a dentist. Thank you very much. Very well done and successful result. Negative experience: 18/09/25 12:20 still no response some ones on the phone, 0 stars I have experienced when attempting to contact your office and the inaccuracies in my dental records. Currently, I am on hold, listed as caller number one, and have been waiting for over 45 minutes. When I initially called, I was caller number two. I have now been on hold for 135 minutes with no response. This is not the first issue I have encountered. Some time ago, I received dental work at your practice. I was initially informed that I would receive a veneer on a specific tooth. However, during a recent holiday, I was informed by another dental professional that I had undergone a root canal on that same tooth. Your office subsequently confirmed that a root canal had been performed, but stated that it was not documented in my records and that your practice did not perform the procedure. The lack of responsiveness and the discrepancies in my dental records are deeply concerning. If your office is unable to answer the phone in a reasonable timeframe and maintain accurate patient records, it raises serious questions about the quality of care provided. Pick up the dam phone and cater to the needs of the public that pay a fortune

Negative experience: After waiting a week for my appointment and arranging child care. I received an sms that my appointment needs to be postponed. I was only given 4 hours notice. This would have been chargeable had I have cancelled a few hours beforehand

Fantastic experience: Would whole-heartedly recommend this clinic. I I had a horrible experience with my previous dental clinic and have anxiety around dentists now as a result of this. With the Manor Dental Clinic, the appointment was easy to book. The website and text alert system is straightforward, smooth and easy to use. The receptionists were so completely friendly, efficient and welcoming, and really put me at ease. Renata, the hygienist, was completely wonderful. She was so thorough and compassionate and communicated everything so clearly. Honestly my teeth looked and felt completely different. Hands down the best experience I've had at a dental clinic. Negative experience: I had an appointment with the hygienist this morning, but I woke up coughing and sneezing and with a headache so I didn’t want to infect anyone - I called the practice, and after a half hour queue the receptionist responded, only to say I’ve now lost my £47 deposit (it was a private appointment) and she didn’t book in a new appointment with me. Then she hung up on me. I sent an e-mail saying that I find this a weird policy as I specified that I shouldn’t come in due to illness as to not infect anyone else, and the receptionist called me back and told me that unless I have proof that it’s covid, I will still lose my deposit. Covid or not, I am in my peak of contagiousness at the moment, so it is ridiculous that they would rather I come in. I was just trying to do the good thing here and not be at risk of infecting anyone at the practice but clearly this is not their policy. I will be looking for other dentists, who do take illness seriously.

Fantastic experience: Renata (the Hygienist) was friendly and approachable but also extremely professional. She picked up on my anxiety for the upcoming treatment and offered local anaesthetic to help with this. her approach was 100% patient centred and I immensely appreciated her for this! I never thought I would say this... but I almost look forward to treatment round #2, as I know I will be in good hands!

Negative experience: Is there any way I can give less than 1 star I have gone there to have my dental check-up and hygiene done. dental check up with a Dentist went ok. when I asked the Receptionist regarding the cost for Dental hygiene, she said £79 and an additional £15 for airflow (if I choose). when I went to see the Hygienist , she examined and said I would need 2 separate sessions to get my hygiene done. Also, she mentioned that she has to give me anaesthesia which I have been not told before and it came a bit shock to me as I was not quite ready to have a anaesthesia. another major and worst experience I have had when I finished my first session , the receptionist told me to PAY additional £79 which I did not expect at all. neither receptionist nor hygienist told me beforehand that it is going to cost me £158 as I would or if would need 2 sessions. based on information which I have been given I have been told to pay only £79 but it was not made clear that if I would need additional appt. then it will be going to double the cost. As per my understanding assumed the total cost of oral hygiene is £79 irrespective how many sessions one need. Later , I spoke to the receptionist and raised it as a complaint, and she advised me to speak with the hygienist if she can offer me the discounts. if this my job to do??? is Manor dental clinic is paying me and hired me as an employee??? why a patient has to speak for their mistakes on their behalf after facing a major inconvenience due to their mistake ??? if I would know that I have to pay £158 , I would have NEVER EVER gone ahead with the dental hygiene. Moreover, when I asked the receptionist which hygiene procedure I have got done - normal or airflow ? she assumed and said it may be normal one if the hygienist has not mentioned me if she is not going to do airflow. may be? you team is not even sure what procedure I have got done and asked me to make a payment. on what basis? this is highly unprofessional. I will make sure to share my experience to as many people I can and not to ever go to your clinic. Now another thing, I was supposed to be having an appointment on 13th Jun at 12:15, and I have cancelled my appointment today i.e. 11th Jun at 12:12, and now I have got a long automated e mail saying that I have cancelled my appt. at short notice and I may lose my deposit if I would be cancelling the appt. in less than 48 hrs. well mathematically , I am 3 mins early to cancel my appt therefore, so I am not cancelling my appt. in less than 48 hrs. Are you guys even awake while working it is so frustrating to receive an e mail. like this. WORST WORST CLINIC AND THEIR STAFF IN MY WHOLE LIFETIME. I would like this to be escalated to the Manager asap and would need a prompt response and action to this.

Fantastic experience: Manor Dental has a wonderful dentist currently, called Rama. I had a filling replaced recently. She was careful to check the numbing had taken place and very gentle. I particularly appreciated that she calmly told me each stage she was doing. I feel like she really takes care with everything she does. A special mention also to a very friendly and competent rest of the team from the dental nurse to the young receptionist and hygienist. You are all very customer focused.

Negative experience: I was on the NHS patient list. They wrote to me to arrange a check-up, and I specifically asked in the email if it was subsidized or if I had to pay anything, to which they replied that it was subsidized. When I arrived on the day of the appointment, the receptionist told me I had to pay a certain amount for the check-up. I told her I wasn't interested then since I was expecting it to be free, just as I had been told. The receptionist, visibly annoyed by my refusal to do the check-up, told me she would then remove me from the NHS list and close my file. She refused to keep my name in case of an emergency and told me I would have to pay as a private client should one arise. I understand they're a business, but honesty and good customer service should be a priority. I won't be back, thank you.

Fantastic experience: I felt welcome and respected and I am confident that I will receive good service. My denture broke in half and the dentist understood and calmly and clearly explained the upcoming procedures and the denture will be repaired at a good laboratory in London.

Positive experience: Averaged rating over the two services I’ve had with them - 4* for Dr Parvathy, 2* for the hygienist I had seen a few weeks prior. Grateful for Dr Parvathy and the receptionists for amending the mistake of the hygienist where the hygienist forgot to complete my appointment, by providing me with dates to book in to have the service completed, and completing the service to a high standard. Would be good if the hygienist had realised her mistake and not implied it was my fault. Shame because the hygienist did provide a great service for the portion of the service she remembered to do. I think if you just confirmed with patients what service they booked in for before starting, say, at the check in time, this could all be avoided and I would give this place 5*. Thank you for leaving me with a much better impression of Manor Dental Dr Parvathy and for listening to my concerns. Happy holidays

Negative experience: Absolutely awful place, I had experience with one dentist who was patronising and lazy. Oh and she butchered me because she had to do a clean rather than the hygienist.. having found a much nicer dentist now I just want to warn others of the barbarity here!!

Negative experience: Referred here by NHS for em extraction. They did not extract. Tooth was cracked and needed to be pulled immediately. Fobbed off with antibiotics when I didnt even need them! Lied about xray results - there was no infection. Charged 28 quid for 2 mins work. Scam. Do not trust
Positive experience: Dental practice in the middle of headington. I came here for a dental checkup and a hygienist session. The hygienist session was good. She cleaned my teeth and gave me advice on how to keep my teeth in good condition and what session to book next. The general checkup was on the short side. It probably only took 10min for the dentist to examine the condition, took a X-ray scan and gave me some general feedback, when I was told it will be a 25min session with a basic cleaning included. I checked with the dentist why there isn’t a cleaning as I was told during booking. She said it will be done in the hygienist session, but I don’t think that was the case. I feel the general checkup didn’t fulfil what I was promised at a price of £86. Just be careful when you book the checkup session and maybe don’t book it together with the hygienist session and do ask for the cleaning before you leave.

Negative experience: WORST DENTAL CLINIC in OXFORDSHIRE. I made appointment on 25/4/23 to remove my tooth because my tooth is 95% broken, I am in hell pain for past 4 months. Come on time seen by European dentist lady, within 1 minute I been told go to JR hospital to get X-rays, I didn’t asked any questions I just go and get X-rays done from JR hospital 20 minutes walk each way. When i came back with X-ray then European dentist seen me for another 20/30 seconds that’s all, told me she will refer me to specialist, she didn’t even look at my other tooth’s. I told her there is another tooth is painful she angry said, you booked emergency appointment, that emergency appointment is for less then 2 minutes. So is this clinic worth for money? They take full fees in advance, and this was my first and last visit to manor dental clinic. I will write to GMC for checking their license records. PLEASE DON’T GO TO MANOR DENTAL CLINIC. They don’t have X-RAYS machines, their attitude will make you feel more ill. GO TO ANY OTHER DENTIST YOU WILL GET BETTER SERVICE.

Negative experience: I had a really negative experience with Manor Dentals clinic. Despite paying a significant amount of money, I lost a tooth due to the dental professional's negligence. This has caused me physical pain and emotional distress. I would caution anyone considering this clinic for their dental needs to do their research thoroughly and consider other options. Losing a tooth due to poor care is unacceptable, and I am disappointed with the level of service I received.

Fantastic experience: As of March 2023, they still accept NHS patients, making this dentist a local unicorn. Dr Rama is lovely - so friendly infact, makes me want to floss just so she can be proud of me every 6 months Jokes aside - it’s a really nice clean dentist and you should 100% sign up here

Negative experience: Asked about dental implants had t get scan done privately at a cost of £80 that was in October 22 waited as waited come December still nothing despite being told that I would have them done before Christmas Found another dentist now having treatment asked Manor Dentist for refund but they would not SO BE WARNED THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY Would not use again a load of robbers
