Fantastic experience: Amazing service. Starting from the receptionist, kind, polite and super understanding, always trying her best to accommodate me even in their busiest schedule, so helpful. And even though I am petrified of dentists, MANI is the best! Dentist with capital D. His expertise and amazing experience is so reassuring for someone who is afraid, like me . He is not scared of any complications and always gets the work done, fast, professionally and almost painless He goes out and beyond, always trying to find the best and quickest routes to get the things done. And the dental assistant that works with him is so lovely and compassionate too. The whole team always look after me the best they can and I am so grateful for such an amazing service they providing. Negative experience: Since I my first appointment with this dentist my pain has got increasingly worse, I have been hospitalized 3 Times with pain which only my dentist can treat as it’s dental pain, everyday I have to take oral morphine, naproxen, paracetomol evey 4 hours for the last 6 weeks (morphine, because every other pain killer does not work anymore) due to the m the delay of treatment and also botched treatments, I have had ulcers im my stomach due to the amount of ibruprofen I have been taking everyday for a year nearly, i come to this service July last year 2024, its April 2025 and im still in agony, I have have had so many appointments due to pain this dentist told me I can not keep booking appointments because I am a NHS patient (knowing how much pain I have been in) basically telling me to pay if I want my pain gone!! Thedental practice has traumatized my life and given me so much physical and mental pain PLEASE LISTEN TO 1 STAR COMMENTS BECAUSE THE 5 STAR COMMENTS ARE FROM PEOPLE WHO PAY PRIVATELY *AVOID AT ALL COSTS* HOSPITAL LETTER ATTACHED

She explained my treatment plan extensively and always made me feel at ease. Thank you for your wonderful care and expertise!

Negative experience: I have been going to this practice for about 4 years and I have recently changed to another dentist who in comparison are excellent THE reason for me leaving Tower Bridge dentists is the receptionist practice manager is really rude and the most obnoxious woman I have ever encountered I wish I had changed dentists sooner The nurse assistants are really nice Dental work is bad THE female dentists are very good I don't recommend this practice

Fantastic experience: From the first point of contact, I have experienced excellent care. The receptionist was very caring and conscientious, and the same applies to the dentist and dental nurse I saw who also made me feel safe during a procedure and like my concerns were heard. Updated for 2025: I still feel like my care here is top notch. It is very patient-centred and competent. The staff are all still lovely, too. I feel safe in Dr. Nuta's care, and I often get nervous about somehow not breathing correctly during cleanings but the Dental Nurses have all been super and 'on-it' with the suction so I feel more secure in the chair!

Fantastic experience: Had chipped a tooth, which was causing some discomfort , called my regular dentist who could not see until next week. Called multiple other practices with no luck. As soon as I called this practice and explained my situation the receptionist, managed to squeeze me in on the same day. Was seen on time and issue sorted within 10min, now my tooth is fixed and no pain. Thank you to Mani my dentist and the receptionist (sorry I didnt catch her name ). Im now moving my whole family over to this dentist.

Fantastic experience: The dentists and nurses here are absolutely wonderful but Dr. Irene is most definitely the best dentist ever without a doubt. Under old management, I felt extremely uncomfortable due to the receptionist there for the last decade, which lead to me avoiding going to the dentist unless I was experiencing severe pain. This meant that a lot of my dental and oral problems worsened severely and with my financial situation it is hard to afford treatment, but today I felt absolutely comfortable for the first time in 10 years and everyone is lovely. I highly recommend this practice to anyone, and also they’re taking new patients under NHS right now too! :)

Fantastic experience: I cannot express just how brilliant Tower Bridge Road Dental is .I have lots of health problems and I would not go anywhere else.The extra care and attention I get is so reassuring and I completely trust my Dentist Irena Nuta, she's so professional I literally feel like I'm having a private service she is so thorough she even picked up my Lymph nodes were swollen which turned out to be invaluable. Her knowledge and expertise is so comforting and reassuring. The Reception staff are really on the ball too .I even had another Dentist at the practice see me during his lunch break as I had a problem. I rarely leave a review but am so happy with my Dentist and I know how hard they are to find .

Negative experience: I had two cavities filled here. I was charged hundreds for this. I had issues with the work done and tried to get in touch. I couldn’t get ahold of them so I then had to go to another dentist to fix the work that had been done. Waste of time & money, and a lot of pain could have been avoided

I’ve been while pregnant & they were really supportive & then since I’ve been in and all the staff helped looking after my baby while I had my work done. I couldnt recommend them more really.

She ensure you’re ok at all times and it’s my very first time with a dentists that I can relax while she does the procedures. And also Aura is amazing. Negative experience: I was in for an appointment today which I was asked to pay a deposit for in advance in order to book the 10am slot with the doctor (deposit being half the price of the service) and I did. When I arrived at 9:45am I was told that the doctor is still with a patient and would take a while and I was happy to wait a couple of minutes, since I was early anyway. I ended up waiting for a whole hour and got seen by the doctor at 11am!!! What I don’t understand is why I was asked to pay a deposit to reserve the time if I was told to wait an hour! I had to go to the office at 11am which I was delayed for (and got a telling off). I asked to be compensated for the wait time and the receptionist was extremely rude saying ‘we don’t do compensations here and can’t ask customers to get out of the chair when their being looked at’. So then compensate me for your lack of judgement of the time duration for the previous appointment!! Why should I have to bear the inconvenience of your fault?! This is absolutely unfair. P.s the doctor was really nice and empathetic but the receptionist was the one who was being irrational.

Negative experience: IF YOU LIKE YOUR PEACE DO NOT GO TO THE DENTAL SURGERY. THE LADY that owns the surgery IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND HAS UNNECESSARY ATTITUDE. SHE KICKED ME AND MY CHILD OUT OF THE SURGERY WITHOUT HER BEING SEEN BECAUSE SHE HAD AN ISSUE WITH A CHILD TAKING LEAFLETS AND READING THEM IN THE SURGERY. SHE DEFINITELY HAS ISSUES BECAUSE THOSE LEAFLETS ARE THERE TO READ SO IT DOESNT MAKE SENSE AND THE ONLY REASON THERES EVEN 1 star is because of the reception lady that’s always so lovely to us. . I’ll definitely be making a formal complaint also

She threw back my DWP letter to confirm that I was on benefits and told me to go elsewhere! Do NOT use this dentist surgery. They have NO customer care or respect!!

Negative experience: the worst dental surgery i have ever been they kept me on the hook for over 4 months for a single crown and finally i got a root canal infection i took tons of antibiotics and strong painkillers to get an extraction and they wont even give me a refund … stay away for your own safety!!! i paid about £300 to have a missing tooth in my mouth!!! bad bad bad!!!

Fantastic experience: I received my dental treatment from a dentist named Irene and an excellent dental nurse (whose name I can’t recall, apologies) i have only good things to say about the treatment I received. I had a number of different procedures including fillings and a dental bridge. Irene is an excellent and very skilled dentist who was ably and competently assisted by her colleague. They were poised, professional, personable and very patient focused. Irene takes pride in her work and strives to ensure the patient is satisfied with the end result. As a pharmacist working in the NHS it’s very encouraging to come across such professionalism. The receptionists were always pleasant and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending this dental practice. Excellent service!

Fantastic experience: Had a super good experience. Called and asked for an appointment and she said none were available but told me to come anyways. I got there 20 min later and was seen straightaway. The dentist was super nice and gave me great advice on my filling. Chatted about the anaesthetic and made me feel much more comfortable about the injections
