Staff are kind and friendly always there to support if needed and happy to reschedule as long as you tell them in a timely manner. I have had 6 sessions now and the hair barely grows which keeps me looking fresh all the time normally I would have to do it every 2/ 3 days has saved me a lot of time and hassle. Would definitely recommend looking at lazer hair removal and other products they have.

Fantastic experience: I honestly can’t recommend AC enough. I see him regularly for laser hair removal on my cheeks and neck to keep my beard line sharp, and he always goes above and beyond. One time I turned up late and my skin was flared up from eczema. Instead of just doing the treatment, he told me it was better to reschedule until my skin healed. He even said not to worry about cancellation fees since I’m a regular, and kept moving the booking for me over the next couple of weeks with no problem at all. When it finally came to my appointment, he actually rang me before to confirm the time — lucky he did, because I had it down wrong and would’ve been late again. Thanks to that call, I got there on time. The treatment itself was spot on as always, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. Proper professional, honest, and someone you can trust. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
