Fantastic experience: I have recently become a new patient at ribbleton dentist. I am ever so greatful to them . I had a crown fit at my old dentist 12 months ago and it broke i was ever so upset as it was a visible tooth that was now missing But after joining Ribbleton dental within 4 weeks i have dentures and the missing tooth is no more. The whole team from receptionists to the dental team they are . amazing. I collected my dentures today Friday 12th December and the lady i think she is canadian was so good making sure that they fit and were comfortable and i was able to put them in and remove myself . Thank you from the bottom of my heart . I feel i can smile again without worrying how i look.

Fantastic experience: The dentist Faisal was exceptional with my daughter at her dental appointment for a filling. Faisal explained in detail what he was doing at each stage of filling. My daughter has a fear of needles but Faisal was patience and empathic. I feel that it so important and helps to make my daughter feel more positive and confident about seeing the dentist. Faisal is a credit to his profession and my daughter is lucky to have such an amazing dentist. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Faisal his dental nurse for the caring and compassionate treatment given to my daughter today.

Positive experience: Called today with a freind to have a tooth removed, had to pay up front but they had no change to give back and would not sign the paper to say it was owed, on looking at the reception area it needs some money spending on it,the floor is lifting up,needs painting and the lights sorting out not looking very hygenic for a dentist,however the dentist who done the treatment was very nice and polite and put her patient at ease

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience getting a filling done by Nikhil and Isbah. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and welcome. The procedure itself was quick and surprisingly easy – I barely felt a thing. Nikhil and Isbah were calm and reassuring and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Really happy with the result and would recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Went today to have a root removed after my tooth broke off. From a person who is very anxious about going to the dentist this experience was great. I was so nervous but honestly the staff were so friendly and put me at ease. I explained I had never had an injection before and the dentist spoke me through it all and made me feel calm throughout. The whole procedure only took 10mins. I would definitely recommend anyone going here.

He is the best dentist & works professionally & Efficient, good team work and excellent communication skills, given comfort when anxious but that all went away how gentle he was and shocked I actually relaxed. Fantastic experience: A few weeks ago Dr Rabia fitted porcelain veneers to my upper teeth and I’m really happy with them I’d been unsure what course of action I wanted to take, but she took the time over several weeks to go through many different options and their pros and cons. She put my mind at rest when it came to the day of fitting and took care and time fitting them. A couple of weeks later she made a few alterations (which is to be expected after living with them for a while) and now I don’t even know they’re there! Great service and result. I would definitely recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I have been with this surgery for over a decade now and I am happy with their reliability and ability to provide appointments. The receptionists are always friendly and their service is always straight forward. I unfortunately had to have a root canal treatment today :( but Dr Rabia was amazing! She was very personable and professional, she talked me through everything and I had no pain at all! Even though I had to have a root canal treatment, I think this is probably the best experience I've ever had at the dentist. Thank you for your continued efforts to provide a good service :)

Fantastic experience: I attended the Ribbleton Clinic this morning to have 4 fillings. Visiting the dentist has never been one of my favourite things to do but I have to say that Nikhil and Liam were fantastic with me this morning. I was very anxious after having an awful experience with another dentist. Nikhil was patient with me and helped me relax about the whole experience, and he has done an amazing job! I really hope both Liam and Nikhil get to extend their stay at the practice. Thank you both for understanding my anxiety and working with me ☺️

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend this practice more! Their level of NHS dentistry is top-notch. I got signed on as an NHS patient only 5 days after applying. Nikhil and his assistants did wonderful things for my teeth! Gave me beautiful white fillings and were so patient and understanding with me. The receptionists are also amazing and extremely helpful. I can say with confidence that I got very lucky with my NHS dentist!

Negative experience: My mum has tried and tried to post this review, Google Maps seem not to post it DO NOT TRUST THESE REVIEWS!! STAFF POST FAKE ONES!! It took me a long time to get my family to other NHS practices, the damage they did to all our teeth so we had to keep returning for treatment was unreal, even had to file a case to the integrated care board (ICB), which is responsible for NHS dental services. And they still have the cheek to barrage us all with text messages??? Our family was registered with this practice for over 20 years, originally on Grafton st (round the corner), the original owner retired and passed on the practice to the present operation. Within 6 months ALL DENTISTS, ASSISTANTS & RECEPTIONISTS LEFT, especially the best one Jacqueline Adjerty. No dentist with a conscience stays due to the poor treatment and bad practices that occur, from... charges before treatment, unnecessary extra treatment, constant appointment cancellations 'VIA TXT MSG', un-contactable by the listed phone number, failing to offer emergency treatment on arrival to the premises even though its their negligence and failing to receive the call on the emergency out of hours number, ended up having to go to A&E. When reading a review highlighting a specific person, ITS THEMSELVES posting it!! Previous receptionist assistants were encouraged to undertake this (Check out Facebook). One star given, ONLY to make this post possible. If you value what happens to your teeth, take note!! YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED

We had a very good experience with the Dental Therapist Mr. Nikhil who examined my child’s condition and provided excellent care. Thanks to Nikhil and the team of Ribbleton Dental Centre. Yesterday my money was worth coz last time I paid £60 but after cleaning my teeth it was almost like same and it was waste of money but tanx to Nikhil and Ashwin they did a great job

Negative experience: My complaint against this practice and company is now in the hands of the authorities. The dentist and practice have made a catalogue of errors and compromised my health. If you care about your dental health, mental health, data security and money then I advise you to look elsewhere. The NHS must share my concerns as they recently stopped FIVE Northwest Smart Dental practices from treating NHS patients due to their appalling standards. Google it and see for yourself. Waited SEVEN weeks for an appointment as a new patient, despite being in pain and paying for the treatment. The problems began immediately. First they registered me as the wrong sex at the wrong address and then later claimed I had a wife. I’m not married. The dentist somehow missed 3 of 5 decayed teeth in need of urgent extraction (they claimed I only had two decayed teeth). They tried to charge me £10 an image for X-rays which were supposed to be included in the examination cost. I was prescribed antibiotics I did not require and told to pay the receptionist £10 for stamping it. Another patient there complained his two fillings had fallen out after a fortnight. He asked why he was being charged to fix it and why he had been prescribed antibiotics. Was offered a refund by Smart Dental but still haven’t received it. My appointment was in June. If you wish to see your records and data you can serve the practice or company with an SAR. They have to comply within 30 days. Just visit the ICO website for details. I received the SAR results and was shocked to see that the dentist couldn’t even map my teeth correctly. According to her I now have two teeth I never had before. She claims I have a high sugar intake and discussed this with me. But I’m not allowed sugar. Half the report was false and the dentist then made a libellous remark about me. The ‘Essentials’ scheme is in my opinion a complete rip-off and the practice is a disgrace. Avoid.

From the warm welcome to the attentive and calming approach, the experience was seamless and stress-free. Nurse Depthi’s patience and kindness, combined with Dr. Siham’s professionalism and gentle manner, ensured my children felt comfortable and well cared for throughout. I truly appreciate the effort and empathy shown by the entire team.

Fantastic experience: This has been a good experience for my Dad getting his new dentures. The dentist Siham Saad was excellent and explained each step of the process in fitting Dad's dentures, checking for comfort and correct fit and giving any information needed. Both Siham and her assistant were lovely courteous and helpful dealing with my Dad. Thankyou.

Negative experience: Terribly dangerous! He put the filling in the hole in my tooth, on top of the dirty! Which was tall and cut my tongue! The doctor said we are ready! Terrible charlatan! I talk everyone out of it! Stay away!

Fantastic experience: I have had the BIGGEST fear of the dentist for 20+ years since having some bad dental work as a child at another dental practice in Preston. I explained this to my new dentist here who over a few appointments has been so gentle and understanding with me. Even though I’ve been streaming with tears through getting work done my dentist has been so very considerate and gentle every time and now nearly solved all my dental issues. I can’t recommend them enough because of the way the whole team there has been with me. Thank you all in the biggest way possible. Thank you for giving me a glowing white smile again. :)
