Fantastic experience: Mum (90) had been previously disappointed with her NHS dentist, Eurodental are a refreshing change for the better. Not only are the appointments quick and easy, the practitioners both Dentist and Hygienist, were very kind and professional in the advice offered, the receptionist so friendly and helpful it was like a trip back in time to those good old days when the Customer was king. A Follow up appointment was offered in days. The steep stairs are a slight downside but we managed, and came home very satisfied.

Recently, my wife and I had a hygienist appointment with Dr. Sibi Valsan, and our experience was excellent. She was very professional, efficient, and gentle throughout the treatment. We felt no discomfort at all, and at the end she also shared helpful oral hygiene tips. Overall, we’re very satisfied with the care at EuroDental services and their hygienist treatments.

Fantastic experience: Everyone prefers the bad news first, right? But there is a happy ending! I’ve been a patient for over two years now and I am very happy with the service. My first appointment didn’t go so well and I walked away unhappy, but I still had to go back because there was no other surgery to go to. My unhappiness started when I was removed from my old surgery, after Covid lockdowns, and due to my dentist retiring, they didn’t move me over to another dentist, so I was removed without warning. It took me 3 YEARS to find another to take me on. Which, after endless phone calls like going through the yellow pages, ended up being Eurodental in Headingron. My first appointment left me feeling awful. I was criticised about the state of my teeth and told a wisdom tooth needed extracting. I was told off like a child. It’s true, my teeth were pretty bad, stained with plaque build up after 3 years without any routine hygienist appointments. However, that is no way to speak to a middle age woman, let alone a new patient. Swiftly moving along to better appointments… since my teeth are now more satisfactory, as I now go regularly, I couldn't be happier! I want to pass on my greatest gratitude to Sibi Valsan, my new hygienist.. wow, what an absolute gem! She is patient, kind, supportive and friendly. I am a nervous patient and suffer with very, very sensitive teeth. She gave me numbing gel, which worked a treat and she went at my own pace. I’m so impressed with her skills and “bedside” manner that I will now be registering my young son. If you or your child are nervous patients please, please book in with Sibi! I’ve never been blessed with such a nice hygienist in all my life, honestly. She is worth her weight in Gold! I just pray to God she doesn't leave lol. Oh, and the receptionists are wonderful too! I miss Emmy the most, but the new ladies covering her maternity are also very nice and friendly. Over all I do highly recommend them… we all have bad days sometimes so I will forgive my first bad experience, that was the only one.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Eurodental for a short time, and felt comfortable with Dr. Ghada at once. Which is very important for me. I have not been pressured into any course of treatment that I wasn't happy with, but listened to and carrying out my wishes. With Dr. Ghada's help and excellent advice, I have changed my whole brushing routine and care of my teeth and gums, to see and feel a much better result. The hygienist and staff, all very professional, friendly and polite. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at EuroDental today - I was able to book on day emergency and got the bad tooth removed immediately. Dr. Ghada and her assistant made me feel they would take good care of me and they actually did! Three hours after the tooth being removed, I was still bleeding and went back to the clinic. Dr. Ghada treated it right away without letting me wait. Thank you, EuroDental!

Fantastic experience: I have had three visits to this practice and each time the experience has been excellent. I first went for a scaling and hygiene session and I have never had such a thorough clean. On my second visit I was again treated by Ms Kalia (hygienist/therapist) who gave me two fillings in awkwardly located spots in my front teeth. I experienced minimal discomfort and the work was carried out very professionally. On my final visit I had a check up and X rays with Dr Garda who made me feel that I was in very experienced and capable hands. Everything was explained very clearly to me and at no point did I get the impression I was being sold anything or pressured into any course of treatment.

Negative experience: Never realised how bad the service was until I changed dentists, the appointments were always rushed and the dentist barely spend enough time on your case before moving to the next patient. The hygienist appointments weren’t any better as they said I’m good to go after 5 min without any actual work done. *this review has nothing to do with not being an NHS patient anymore as the reply makes it seem ..I decided to leave**

Positive experience: Mass market attitude to customers. My first appointment was delayed for 40 minutes. The dentist allowed only limited amount of time for my case, and did not even notice a gum problem. We set up another appointment for the other day, at 8:30, I came, but the place was closed ‍♀️I waited a little and just left. What is the reason to set up an appointment at 8:30, if at 8:30 even the business is not open. No respect to customers time.

Negative experience: Can't speak for the dental care as I didn't get past the rude receptionist on the phone. Refused to listen to me and instead demanded I pay for an appointment if I want to discuss treatment plans. Why should I have to pay just to ask a question?

Fantastic experience: Efficient and options explained well. I had a check-up, and small cavity was identified. The dentist gave me a clear explanation of the options (metal vs white) and why the white couldn't be covered by NHS for this particular cavity. When it came to the filling, was done quickly and professionally - was given the choice of anaesthetic or not and they gave a clear explanation of what was going on during the procedure.

Fantastic experience: I was visiting Oxford to see a friend when my Wisdom tooth became infected. Not only did they kindly let me go to them despite not being registered with them but they got me in on the same day. They were all super lovely and their prices are some of the lowest I’ve seen in a while! Thank you so much for taking care of me on such short notice.

Negative experience: Lowest standard and quality of care I have seen at any dentist so far, also tried to coerce my partner to do a treatment that wasn’t required in any way. Bad style of communication about the matter. Appointment extremely short, no thorough check up, and found evidence for the fabrication of notes, which wasn‘t taken seriously. I would seriously suggest trying to find another dentist!

Fantastic experience: I come here every few months for my dentist checkup and it’s always a great experience. The hygienist always do a great job despite my initial fears of pain. Huge thanks to the receptionist Emi as well for being so kind and helpful when I needed help checking in.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional attention, a very arrogant attitude, I paid £70 for a service that lasted 3 days and came back and told me that I didn't take care of my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I've been to Eurodental a few times now and have been consistently impressed. Everyone is very good there, from the reception team to the dentists and dental assistants, everyone is very professional. Emi and other members of the reception team are always very helpful with appointment bookings which is very useful when you have an emergency. Dr. Ghada is always excellent. Dr. Barrientos is also great, as are all the dental assistants who are all very friendly. Very good place.

Negative experience: They want money only, they threaten me！ I have been taken off from NHS list Thank you for your arrogant attitude in telling me that I have to pay an unreasonable fee for rearranging appointments! Not any email and texts was told me that I have to pay same day rearrange fee English is not our mother tongue. I hope you will stop discriminating against us.

Negative experience: I have had the unfortunate experience of visiting many dentists and hygienists in my life. So I have some acquired tastes. The professionals at EuroDental are nice, but I was not pleased with the service. The dentistry checkup was very rushed, and I didn’t get clear guidance on how to deal with my issue. Only a “we don’t do that here” response before leaving the room. I also had a hygienist visit, which was more unpleasant than usual and that left me with hurting gums for a few days after. I was also annoyed by their policy regarding appointments. If you book your next appointment on the spot, you get a discount. on your next one. I was caught by surprise and took it, paying for it by credit card. However, I called the following day to cancel it, since I noticed I wasn’t able to attend the appointment. I requested a refund, but got all sorts of excuses about it. Finally I was asked to go in person on a specific day so that “the manager could give me the refund”. A credit card refund is usually a nonissue anywhere else. It seemed very unprofessional.

Dr Marin Marinov is very good, very efficient and the rest of the staff are always very kind, especially the receptionist with short blonde hair I am sorry I don't know your name.

Negative experience: Avoid this dental practice. They might appear to be nice at first just to scam you later on. They’ll lie about accepting the NHS patients “soon” and convince you to join the practice while you are waiting to have hygienist appointments, for example. I’ve had one hygienist appointment, then booked another in half a year and paid(!) for it. When I decided I don’t want to proceed with this practice after months of waiting to become an NHS patient, I cancelled the appointment but NEVER GOT A REFUND. They know I’m pregnant but still rip me off 50 pounds, just disgusting.
