Fantastic experience: Nobody I know likes dentists. Whatever they do in your mouth tastes disgusting. But if you have to go, can’t think of a better place to take your teeth. Efficient and friendly. Sixth visit in five years. Still no complaints at all.

Fantastic experience: During a holiday in Whitstable, I experienced a sudden and severe toothache. I contacted the Dental Centre on a Saturday at 11:00 AM, shortly before their weekend closure. The dental center accommodated my urgent request and provided professional treatment for my dental issue.

Negative experience: I an a disabled 78yr old. I postponed an appointment during the heatwave. The next week I postponed because we had a water outage for 3 days. I had already paid. The dentist fined me £100 of that payment. With the help of my MP I got them to withdraw fine. They then re credited my money and told me not to come back.

Fantastic experience: I am a super anxious patient and everyone was so kind. My dentist Aoife Brouder and her assistant (I’m so sorry that I don’t know your name) were so patient with me and made me feel so comfortable. You are both AMAZING! It makes such a big difference when you’re terrified by having people that are calm and caring. Aoife is an asset to the industry! Thank you again.

Negative experience: FAR FROM A PRIVATE DENTIST... I have recently moved to Whitstable and needed a new dentist so called up and asked are you a private dentist which they told me yes. I arrived at the dentist for my first check up / appointment and it was absolutely grim mould on the walls and all the draws in the room (where you get your teeth done) had all rusty handles and really old out dated equipment and from what I saw they can't offer the same degree of quality a private clinic could but they wanted to charge me private money. The dentist really lacked confidence and when I asked the prices of my treatments he made them up on the spot. This would be something I would expect to see in a third world country not in Whitstable in 2024 claiming to be a private clinic... absolutely grim....

Fantastic experience: Been a patient at Whitstable dental surgery for over 15 years. So thankful to the people who work there. The receptionists are so polite, helpful, and kind; they go out of their way to help you. As for the dentist, they are very experienced and professional.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentist especially if you are a nervous patient which l was . I was made to feel comfortable in the dentist chair and gradually the stress and anxiety has gone. The receptionists are very pleasant and helpful l would definitely recommend this dental practice.

Negative experience: Worst dentist I have ever seen.... after trying for over a year to get an NHS appt, finally got an emergency appt with them via the NHS dental line. When I informed the dentist he went into a tirade about how everybody blames the system and lies to be seen by the dentist. The most arrogant man I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. When I asked about the possibility of him pulling the tooth, his response was... ‘what If something goes wrong?’ Didn’t fill me with any confidence. They were more concerned with receiving payment than they were doing their work. Plus the room seem dirty and smelled. Apart from Lauren who was helpful, the rest of the staff were rather rude, and the assistant smelled awful!. Avoid at all costs.... after leaving this review, i tested positive for covid, and they were the only people i had interaction with all week, also i believe that the dentist in question, Dr Mohammed Rizwan Jamaluddin, was either drunk or high and should be tested for this, he was a disgrace

Fantastic experience: Javi Hart my dentist is really good. Quiet and efficient and really puts you at your ease. I've had some really bad dentists in the past and am so glad to have found Javi. All the staff are very polite and kind.

Negative experience: I was told I couldn’t have a new dentist appointment for my 5 year old when we missed our scheduled appointment. No text reminder was received and clearly I had missed the details emailed . Wow to be human and show some kindness ! Tall Order for this company .A friend of mine also Confirmed that she had been treated badly by this company .

Positive experience: Apart from a bit of a wait at reception for the receptionist to complete whatever it was she was typing, I found the rest of my experience at Whitstable Dental Centre to be very good. My dentist and assistant went right of their way to make me feel comfortable and supported. My dentist showed me the x-rays and explained things clearly. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: After many other Practices wouldn't help me, but I was referred to here. I couldn't be happier with the results. I have severe bruxism and the back tooth was difficult and broken with root showing, but after dealing with the pain for years , he when out of his way to help me even tho it was difficult, unlike others I couldn't thank him enough. They are nice professional people who care, there's not much more else I can say but thank you for helping me be pain free, highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff team, needed urgent treatment for a toothache. Was able to obtain an emergency appointment the same day. Treatment was described to me and a treatment plan was agreed. Outcome was I am now pain free again and able to live and enjoy food

Fantastic experience: The receptionist always gives a very warm welcome which is great when a nervous patient like me. The whole surgery is spotless. The dentist is the best one I've ever seen I am petrified yet had 3 fillings, with his reassurance and calm nature. He has restored my trust in seeing a dentist and next time I will call to see him rather than avoid till hurting . If your scared of the dentist this is the place to go.

Positive experience: Staff friendly, waiting room spacy, but not yet perfect as water fountain for staff and not for patient and nothing to read in the waiting room. One big issue is the lack of communication when they need to change the appointment date. the first time was OK as I was luckily available on the second date but when I came to instal a temporary crown, I had already asked my boss for a day off on the 18/11. On the day, I was told there will be a change to install the permanent crown. It was changed from 18/11 to 05/12. As I am a private patient and in good mood, I paid on the day the full treatment. Did have completed my treatment for a new crown and am very happy with the level of care provided by Eoine and her colleague who were very professional in their dealings with me. They did their best to keep the level of pain to the minimum and to make me feel welcome. I will certainly return to the dental centre in the future.

Fantastic experience: Great Hygenist who keeps my teeth in good shape so, touch wood, I only see the Dentist for routine check ups! Gentle, friendly and always extremely chatty which assists you to relax. And we cannot forget the receptionists. They are outstanding and go over and above to help. They are all a shining credit to the practice.
