Fantastic experience: I am a new patient at Forever Dental and Skin, as they were highly recommended. Dr Pratt made a really thorough examination of my teeth including a 3D scan and told me about a number of my teeth and the treatment I had received over many years, and options for the future none of which I had mentioned, which really impressive.

Fantastic experience: A wonderful dental practice. I have just completed my teeth straightening journey with Dr Murray. The whole practice is lovely, always beautifully clean, and always ready for your appointment on time. The staff are so lovely and some of the tech they have there makes the whole experience even smoother. End to end it's been a good experience, and I've felt confident that if I'd experienced any issues they would have been resolved swiftly.

Fantastic experience: I have been with the practice for a number of years now and, in addition to regular check ups, have had an implant, a crown and a replacement filling. All have been successful. Both Murray and Mary give clear explanations of the options and their expertise is backed up with good modern technology. My wife has now also transfefed to Forever Dental. I am very happy with the service and don't hesitate to recommend.

Very professional but also very friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and comfortable. Both Mary and Murray explain everything during treatment so you always know exactly what's going on. The dental nurses are also fantastic - very friendly and will always give you a hand to hold if you need it, as are the receptionists. It's a very clean modern surgery that offers many procedures and I'm always able to get an appointment easily. I would highly recommend Forever Dental & Skin.

Fantastic experience: I found Forever Dental last year when having a bit of a dental crisis. Dr Pratt was fantastic at managing an extraction and root-canal. I have never been the most comfortable dental patient but from the moment you walk through the door, the calmness of the surgery and warm welcome from reception helps to calm any unease. Fantastic experience: I had to have a tooth taken out recently. I was a bit apprehensive. However the dentist carefully talked me through the procedure beforehand and, in the end the only discomfort was the minor one from an injection. It is now fine

Fantastic experience: Best decision I made to come to Dr Murray Pratt for all my dental work. I knew I was in good hands with Murray who reassured me through every step and being a nervous patient this is essential. The equipment used is modern high tech. This practice is 5 star. Murray is the most skilled dentist I have ever experienced. He has a superb support team including Amanda the receptionist and Anya his dental nurse.

The procedure and after care were explained in detail and not rushed and they called me the next day to check in on me. The procedure itself was swift and painless with no painful after effects. Fantastic experience: What can I say, except AMAZING! I’ve been seeing Mary at Forever Dental since my local NHS dentist didn’t have the capacity to perform a filling replacement and a root canal treatment. Amanda on reception makes my day every time I see or talk to her. The surgery is clean, calm and modern. The appointments are on time, you’re not rushed, and the technology for taking images of your teeth (and the X-ray machine) is fast and mind-blowing. The team are great at dealing with my nerves relating to needles. I now also take my ‘high-energy’ 8 year old daughter for checkups and hygiene appointments. Mary and her team are incredible with her - managing to get my daughter to undergo the checkup and hygiene appointment with the help of Disney songs on the tv screen, and by talking her through every step and showing her the equipment with patience and kindness. Thank you Forever Dental for being a great team!

The clinic itself is decorated very nicely, and is very clean and modern. The receptionist Amanda is a credit to the company and always made me feel welcome. Amanda and the lovely team even looked after my daughter for me on a couple of occasions whilst having treatment. I was a patient here for 2 years and it was a positive experience for the whole duration. My treatment included the removal of my top wisdom teeth, Invisalign treatment, composite bonding and whitening. Forever dental and skin was not local for me, but i felt that the great customer service, beautiful clinic and expertise really stood out compared to other orthodontists I'd seen beforehand and was totally worth the trips to appointments. I feel so happy with my smile makeover, I hated my crooked teeth for a long time, and it's made such a difference to my self-esteem. I now feel confident smiling in photos! It was worth every penny, I just wish I had done sooner.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Murray Pratt is an absolutely fantastic dentist - he and his team are beyond 5 star! He is extremely skilled, very gentle and caring. He totally transformed my smile (which had terrible broken and stained teeth) into one I am now totally confident of - using Emax Crowns and Whitening (in-surgery and at home). He and his assistants, and Amanda his receptionist, are all so kind and welcoming - they instantly put me at my ease, especially as I was nervous as I have bad neck and jaw pain. I especially appreciate that I was given a very clear, detailed, up-front plan of appointments and costs, which I considered was of excellent value. It is not an over - statement to say that Dr. Pratt has totally changed my life for the better - Thank you - I remain so grateful to you all!

Positive experience: Friendly service. appointments on time. Implant seems well done.

Negative experience: I had to book an appointment for my son to check his gum and they charged me £50 for not even 5 minutes consultation to say everything was fine. I don’t think they were fair as I had similar experiences in other dentists who didn’t change me a thing. I won’t be returning and don’t recommend.

Their technology is the state of the art and having a need for some specialist dentistry I just wanted to feel I was in safe hands. My treatment includes Invisalign and implants. I experienced severe dental trauma due to a car accident and I was able to immediately arrange an emergency appointment. The treatment I received was of the highest quality and provided with extreme level of care (given my injuries and emotional trauma). I've since had follow up appointments and I truly cannot recommend this clinic and team enough! Fantastic experience: I called in as an emergency having been unable to get an appointment at my NHS dentist…I was seen the same day, had x-rays, photos and given expert advice. Returned the following week for removal of filling and a replacement which has been most successful and I am now pain free. I have recommended others to the Practice and cannot speak highly enough of the treatment I received and the very efficient and pleasant staff.
