Negative experience: So disappointed with regard's to the customer service. Booked a appt for 3:30 pm for my Daugther and they cancelled and rebooked it for 20mins later and did not tell us. When we approached them they laughed in my face. Honestly will never go back again. The staff need to go back and learn how to speak to their customers.

She is incredibly friendly and patient, always taking the time to make sure my dad feels comfortable and fully understands what’s happening, which means a lot, as he is partially deaf and partially sighted. Dr. Huma goes above and beyond to explain every step of the treatment clearly and gently, ensuring he feels reassured throughout. She also takes exceptional care to prevent any pain or discomfort, which made the whole experience much easier for him. Negative experience: I have to say that this time around I am very disappointed in the service I have received. I paid for an assessment and to have some lab work done. I was told I would be contacted. It has been over 2 weeks and I have heard nothing l. Tried chasing and I keep getting fobbed off. You have my money yet you are failing to fulfil your end of the service. Why am I still chasing you. I expect an update immediately . Two weeks is just not good enough with miscommunication.

Positive experience: I found Mr Bilal extremely helpful and very professional. He has an excellent caring nature and so good with me as a patient. He did an impression of my teeth and within two days had my denture, and I was back at the dental practice and the denture all fitted. I would highly recommend Mr Bilal especially to any patient who may feel uneasy with visiting a dentist.

I was very nervous, for my first appointment back in April they both put me at ease. Negative experience: The dentist I am currently seeing at this practice does not explain the pros and cons of the options, pressures you to make a decision and discourages the patient asking clarification questions in order to make an informed decision. Seems profit has priority over patient care. This has occurred on more than one instance that I have seen this dentist.

Fantastic experience: i’ve been having my treatment with dentist Archana Kannaiyam and assistant Camelia, they have been extremely lovely and accommodating to me making my visits as comfortable as possible, as a person with disabilities they’ve been extremely understanding and supportive and have created a safe environment for me, they’re incredibly patient and hardworking and i couldn’t praise them enough, thank you ladies for the amazing service always, i appreciate it a lot!

Negative experience: I recevied really pthetic nd bad experience today from the lady with glasses who sitting on the front desk...before the girls was so good and treat u very nicely...today i was looking on my phone to check the date which was fit for me for next appointmnt and she told ne excuse me and she pushed my bag on the side nd give a call for next person..that was so rude the way she pushed me...i think m looking to change my dentist as well now...but that lady should need to change the attitude othrwise u guys will loose ur customers..

Negative experience: Reported to the General Dental Council. Charged almost £600 for treatment that never completed. Treatment in itself was not explained properly and all efforts to communicate with management futile.

Negative experience: Took my teen to a hygienist appointment and we arrived 5-10 mins ahead of the 13:30 appointment. We were called in at 13:38 and out by 13:50! I used the rest room then went to Reception to pay where I overheard that the hygienist had put a child payment through as adult, by the time this was adjusted and we made payment it was 2pm. I asked how long the appointment slot was and the lovely Receptionist lady said 30 mins then asked why. I said my own appointments are usually a full 30mins treatment time so she replied that is for adults but a child appointment is only approx 20 mins. We certainly didn't get 20 mins. 10 to 15mins at tops and that would include a quick check up and mouth rinsing. Was it worth the £40 payment?? Not at all! Very disappointing, I've been going here for years and slim chances of now going back! I had to ask the hygienist about aftercare! It was just a hi and bye! Lack of professionalism and care for patient especially when I had told her this was my child's first hygienist appointment. We were interrupted twice by colleagues which seemed like a convo on how the hygienist had still not taken her lunch break and was waiting for relief. I'm sure this could have waited till after we had left! So did my child get a proper treatment? Not at all!

Negative experience: I have to say The staff at reception are rude A call came in by a mother of 2 children and she got the date of birth mixed up as us mums do at times and the Asian looking receptionist with black hair and glasses mocked with the receptionist who was on the call They were laughing at the women who got dates mixed up. Utterly disrespectful

Negative experience: I went for a routine check up and the dentist told me that she would be taking imprints of my teeth and will be ordering a night guard for me to wear at night. No forms were signed. No consent forms. No information about charges were provided and no PR form. As a normal patient trusting the dentist I thought okay she knows what she’s doing. Collected the night guard after few days and received a letter from NHS asking for £319.00 for BAND 3 treatment plus the penalty. KAREN LOUISE WENT (practice manager) told me “Do not worry about it, I deal with this every single day. You won’t be paying anything as it’s not my fault”. But I kept receiving letters, emails, calls and messages from NHS and debt collectors. I started to chase Karen but my emails were ignored and on calls she was always in a “meeting”. Calls were ignored and never returned so I decided to visit the surgery but was told she’s in a meeting so I told the receptionist Aleena (the line manager) I will wait. I waited more than 2 hours before asking again and finally Karen appeared and told me she’s dealing with this. I started to receive more and more calls, letters and emails but Karen ignored every single call and email. Today I had to wait 3 hours before seeing her for 5 minutes. Heated conversation as I was fed up of the lies. Karen told me in the end “It is up to her wether to remove charges or not and she’s NOT going to” so to that I reminded her that they have no paperwork or treatment plan for me which clearly shows that it’s your practice’s fault for not giving any information to me and she will have to prove that in court to which she said “well this isn’t going to court” and I said it will be going to court. Karen shamelessly told me that she will see me in court then. Unbelievable behaviour by Karen and her staff who were all lying while she was sitting in her office. And now she also owes me £40 for my Dental Hygiene appointment. Lets see how long it’ll take me to get my deposit back. I am very Disappointed and will not tolerate this unfair behaviour by anyone. Negative experience: Worst dental place and THE WORST MANAGEMENT including Manager It does not matter what kind of issue you have they don't give a crap about their NHS patient. The only customers they care about, their private customers who Who get full attention from the management and the manager

Negative experience: I would not give it a one star and just review. Rude receptionist considering I knew her before. Giving me judgemental looks all the time when I know her religion states not to judge and yet she thought im stupid. Still I pray for her soul. One dental nurse I heard muttered under her breath that same day saying ‘come on’ thinking I didn't hear her as my my son dropped something and it took a few seconds to give to him yet still complained, why work if you failed to learn patience. Lets hope she doesnt have kids. Its rude. After that, my spirit told me to not trust anyone working here as who knows what that receptionist said to her coworkers. I dont like to judge anyone as what goes around come back around, and with my faith, God decided it was time for me to change this horrible environment. They seem to be the type of people to throw stones and then hide them afterwards.

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience at Langley Dental Care. I booked for a one-hour appointment, but the receptionists only scheduled me for 15 minutes. The dentist offered me an appointment for the following morning, however I was told by the front desk no available slots until the following week. There's a fair amount of miscommunication and it feels the receptionists are disorganized.

Negative experience: Absolute disgrace of a surgery avoid at all cost practice manager will not even come to the phone to speak with me over an issue that is extremely serious. I now have debt collector emails daily saying I owe them over £200 which is an absolute lie. Negative experience: Took my grandma here for the last time and after the surgeon called her name, the surgeon said quietly, thinking i could not hear her 'oh come on'. After this, i have registered at another dentist for my grandma. The receptionist with long black hair, asian looking, always looks moody and barely smiles. Makes the atmosphere cold. My grandma said she could not trust there either because of the comment i heard and receptionist always looking glum. Unprofessional and gives the good surgeons a bad name. Definitely recommend going elsewhere.

Negative experience: Waste of time. Arrived at 9:35 for a 9:45 appointment. Sat patiently until 10:20am. Asked reception how long it would be, they went to check.. then came back and advised the dentist had not turned up for work today. Was advised i could reschedule for another day.

Negative experience: Dental care Langley Writing on behalf of my husband :Mr Patel extracted my molar on Thursday at 12pm. I am a dialysis patient who is also Severely anaemic. I came home and the bleeding didn’t stop. Mr Patel told me to come in again. I went in and he stopped the bleeding with gauze. It was ok Friday, but stared bleeding Saturday early morning. The clot that was forming came out. Has continued to bleed. Spoke to the receptionist Saturday at 11 am she said no one was able to see me at the Surgery today. This is after having spent £350 on the extraction. The receptionist was curt and rude and said go to A&E. I told her I was a home dialysis patient and do dialysis Every 4 hours. I’m not sure now if the tooth needed to be Extracted as the issues were with inflamed Gums. Mr Patel gave me amoxyllin but told me not to take it yet. If there was an infection shouldn’t that have been treated first with antibiotics. NOW I AM TOLD NO ONE IS ABLE TO SEE ME AND NO DENTISTS ARE THERE. My understanding is they are open 9-4pm Saturday so there will be dentists.Extremely unprofessional and no empathy at all . The reception staff need to learn customer service skills . Staff and Dr B.PATEL An update on my condition After being told by your staff to go to A&E as apparently you had no dentists on site to see me; I went to an emergency dentist In Slough ; SMILE. The dentist saw I had Developed a huge blood clot and said I had to be seen by an oral surgeon and Sent me to Wexham A&E. The emergency doctor trimmed the clot and stemmed the bleeding. I am now back home after 6 hours. I’m afraid to say my experience with the reception staff has been uncompromising. I spent £75 as a private patient to see the dentist which I had to pay upfront ; whereas in the past I paid after treatment. The extraction cost an additional £275. As a severely anaemic patient on dialysis I am now not sure the extraction was necessary; seemed a very gung ho approach. Maybe the infection should have been treated first with antibiotics. Anyway I would like recompense for such a bad experience and I will definitely not be coming back with my custom. I have a good mind to complain to the BDA. Mr. Sangherl Further update. It is 6am Sunday. The area around the extraction is still trying to clot. In hindsight maybe Dr. Patel should have taken a second Opinion before removing my tooth due to my health issues. As I’m talking the blood clot has again dislodged and come out. I’m now going to the royal Berkshire hospital reading A&E as advised where they have a maxi facial (oral surgery ) dept. I would like someone to call me from the surgery preferably Dr. Patel and let me know how they will compensate me for all the as I am afraid removing it without getting a second opinion was a very cavalier approach. Negative experience: The worst receptionists ever! Absolutely rude and ridiculous! They just sit there whilst the phone rings for hours! The owner of the practice either needs to get rid of their receptionists or train them to be more professional!

Negative experience: I have never had any problems at this practice before until this weekend! Recieved a phone from a very hostile and rude receptionist who proceeded to tell my husband he had to pay an outstanding balance over the phone there amd then or she will be taking it further. She them hung up on him, I rang to make sure the phone call was genuine to then be spoken to so rudely stating "have you rang up for me to be rude to you too" she then hung up on me twice and refused to give her name so I could take it further! All the staff are usually very friendly and the dentists lovely. But due to this my whole family will not be returning! I have never been spoken to in such a way by someone who is supposed to be representing a company VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Negative experience: Poor customer service and receptionist was very passive aggressive when I explained I was unable to make my appointment due to an emergency with my baby being very unwell. When receiving treatment during my pregnancy I was told I have to pay privately for a filling at £60 when infact this was eligible under the NHS and I was breastfeeding. I wouldn't recommend this dental care as they have no integrity

Negative experience: My father had a hygiene appt today and he paid £65 for a 15 minute hygiene he questioned the reception to only be told that it is their “policy”.I went on the website and there was no such thing as this policy as the lady said.I was rushed and felt like the hygienist just wanted to go home.The reception did not want to give the email address for the practice manager (Caroline).I want to be refunded half my money for the half job that was done !!!! I have been trying to get my refund back for 3 months and they will not give it back just keep coming with the same excuses that their manager is busy or will look into it.I am so disgusted a practice will hang on to a deposit for so long and take full payment of a hygiene appt my father had without providing the full service.Been three months since we have been waiting for a phone call from the manager.Absolutely terrible!!!!

Fantastic experience: When I first visited this Dentist, I was feeling very distraught from a previous nightmare, dental experience, which left me with half a tooth, having also been charged a fortune for their screw-up. Anyhow, needless to say, I was extremely apprehensive and dubious about approaching, or, stepping foot into another Dental Practice, it took me another 6mths to get over it, before being advised to try this Practice. However, not only was I pleasantly surprised by the professional approach of Alex Ross (Dentalcare Langley Dentist), I felt reassured, knowing that he had my "teeth" and their best interest at heart; it was not about the money, or, any up-sell, not at all, it was genuinely dealing with what was best for my teeth. Finally, after 50yrs of being on the planet, I come across a Professional Dentist, who clearly knows his trade very well, but also, treats you with respect and consults you as he goes along, so you are kept informed of what work is being carried out on your teeth. After 25yrs of avoiding any dentist chair, due to concerns around trust issues, as most of them in my humble opinion are Charlatans; money comes first and they can actually end up causing more damage to your teeth. Well, low and behold, miracles do happen; I was absolutely delighted with my treatment and visit to this dental practice and will now continue to visit on a regular basis, with the confidence of knowing, that my teeth are in expert hands and there is a rare, professional `Gem' of a Dentist, giving me the best advice at no additional expense. I am truly grateful to Alex for fixing my tooth and for restoring my faith in the purpose behind visiting a Dentist; I consider him a "rare find" within the dental industry; highly recommended, to anyone who shares the same opinion I once did and people who may be struggling to find a real, genuine Pro.

Fantastic experience: I went to my appointment concerned about having to wo der about different treatments I might have to hVe, due to a lose front tooth. It turned out that the tooth was actually a crown, where, in fact, the cement, holding g the tooth in place, had broken. My wonderful dentist remedies yjis fairly easily and at much lower cost than I was expecting. I was very happy for a number of different reasons.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Dentists...Dr Amir was so professional and friendly as was the Nurse/Technician. Repaired my missing filling and added a small crown over a missing tooth, no injections and no pain. Almost a pleasure to go to the dentist! Thank you again!

Fantastic experience: Just had my hygienist appointment with Maryam and Jandra. Just wanted to share I was really impressed with how thorough and gentle they were. My teeth feel so much better. I was also given really useful advice regarding maintenance of my teeth. They were both very friendly and reassuring throughout my treatment. Thank you both very much. Will definitely book with you again.

Negative experience: Private visit scheduled for 5:30pm, then the reception lady at 6pm asks what am I waiting for. What's more, the lady from the reception desk asking the other lady if she was the one who registered me, explaining that someone forgot about me, we heard "it's not our problem" Incompetent staff, incorrect information about the price of the procedure, which we are explaining with the manager, the dentist laughing for no reason, which makes me feel uncomfortable. It's not my first visit, Ms. Sabina (former dentist) was great, but after the last visit I will definitely not go again.

Negative experience: When I most needed them this practise let me down horribly. I was in need of antibiotics for a very painful infection. I was on the phone waiting for receptionists to answer my call for over 45 mins. During that time I was number one in the queue. It seems the reception team just ignore requests when they feel like it. No reflection on Bhav. He is a good dentist. The receptionist was called Alina Khan. I asked her how it was possible that I was number one in the queue for almost an hour in total. She replied “we have had lots of calls and I am alone” But the mgmt let the receptionists do as they please. I will be moving practise. Very poor customer service.
