Fantastic experience: I took my 82-year-old mum to Lancaster Dental Practice today and she was cared for by Dentist John and “Big Mama,” the nurse. They were absolutely outstanding. They made my mum feel safe, supported and completely at ease. Their professionalism, kindness and friendly approach genuinely amazed me. They looked after her so well from start to finish. I can’t recommend them highly enough — if I didn’t live so far away, I’d join the practice myself. Outstanding team!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Lancaster house for a tooth extraction on Friday and I am a massive baby when it comes to anything dental related - Dr Khalid Bagneni was my surgeon and this is the 1st time i have ever been compelled to write a review for something / someone i'm so afraid of. He was so lovely, so calming and seemed to know exactly how to keep me distracted while he removed the tooth! The ladies assisting were also really lovely. If I lived nearer I would want him as my dentist full time. Really grateful for how they looked after me and didn't make me feel remotely silly even though i'm a grown woman

I have always been very impressed by the treatment I have recieved especially when I had root canal treatment which required specialist equipment and thanks to Dr Yogesh Patel has been completely successful. Fantastic experience: Firstly, my apologies for the delayed review. My appointment with Dr John Duker on 31/07/2025 at 11:50. Wow! Wow!! Wow!! So I would normally have 5-6 injections to numb up, with that went private to overcome it as 2 at most would do the job. Wellllllllll I was referred to Lancaster house and already had my back up, anxiety through the roof & sooooo didn’t want to be there. Arrived on time, receptionists was welcoming ✔️ Nurse who called for me was friendly welcoming and reassuring and explained the process, do’s, don’ts, what will happen before, during and after… ✔️ by this time I had to gather my thoughts if I was really at a dentist. Dr John Duker introduced himself warmly with a smile also advising of the process and totally dismissing any concerns regarding pain. ✔️ True to his word only the injection itself was a tense moment - then with a deep breath and blink of an eye one nurse supported my head and another with suction & then those words raise your hand if your in pain or want us to stop! Have them thumbs up, took a deep breath, eyes closed and squeezing the heck out of the arm rest… All done, how are you feeling Wait! What!! Let me see the tooth you extracted… your all done, that’s it!?! Yes, all done and please follow the aftercare we advised you . Faultless, 1st class & 2nd to none - if there’s a practice to visit this is it, standards are very high in every area. Thank you for making my experience stress free, comfortable and quick 5⭐️

Fantastic experience: Had a tooth removed and I’m a scaredy cat when it comes to the dentist but they were amazing! Let me play music in my headphones as loud as I needed. Talking me though the process and let me ask all the questions I had. The helper was amazing. Even held my hand when she was I was getting stressed / upset. Absolutely amazing.

Fantastic experience: I was treated by Dr Khalid Bageyn twice and his assistants Zion & Sanna. One of the best experiences to date. They were so wonderful and reassuring. Very patient and accommodating despite me being absolute scared. I’ve never met a dentist who’s actually so passionate about what they do and a genuine nice person and cares about his patients. Thank you Dr Khalid & his assistants, I recommend everyone to go to him especially if you’re scared about an extraction.

Fantastic experience: My second visit for extractions was as excellent as the first. Dr. Khaled Bagegni and Nurse Zion Bisurgu were fantastic. Dr. Bagegni is a consummate expert at his job and performed two totally painless extractions in ten minutes, all done with good humour an excellent advice both in the surgery and for after care. Although he advised use of painkillers afterwards I had no need whatsover to take any. Congratulations to you both for superb pain-free service.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to say a big thank you to Dr Khaled Bageryn and his team Simran & Faith. I attended the Practice on the 10th March 2025 to have an extraction. I was quite nervous about this and disclosed to the team. Immediately, Simran was very sympathetic and assured me that it would be fine and relayed my doubts to Faith & Dr Khaled. All 3 of them help me me feel better by talking through the process, advising what I could expect and during the extraction, all 3 of them advised the progress, asked if I was fine and told me I was doing very well. In the end, the procedure really was not as bad as I thought it would be. I wanted to take the opportunity to thank everyone for their support and would highly recommend this practice. Fantastic experience: I had to have a tooth out yesterday (Monday 3rd March) I was extremely nervous as it was quite a difficult tooth to take out. I didn’t express this as I think I was just frozen with fear but the two dental nurses I had. Simran and I think the other woman was Oana, please forgive me if I’m wrong. They were so kind to me comforting me after the procedure and really helped me. I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and making my experience better. You both are amazing, thank you

Fantastic experience: Referred here by my usual dentist in purley for an implant. I felt a lot of apprehension on the process and as it was a front tooth, it was especially sensitive. Dr Kalsi immediately put me at ease, he clearly evidenced his experience in handling tricky cases such as this and even with some stumbling blocks which were entirely out of his control, I was reassured and he rectified them as soon as possible. I am beyond happy with the results and it’s been hugely impactful on my self esteem as a whole and I really have Dr Kalsi to thank for that. I am so appreciative of the care that I have received. From the very first interaction, Dr. C Margarson displayed a level of patience, understanding, and kindness that truly set her apart. When it came time for the dental extraction, what could have been a stressful and emotional experience was handled with incredible smoothness. I’m beyond impressed with her professionalism and her genuine care for her patients. It’s not often you find someone who can make such a lasting impact, especially on a child who had difficulty trusting medical professionals before. Fantastic experience: I did the Invisalign treatment and it was a very smooth process with easy communication with Dr Kalsi and his team. Answered all queries through phone calls and in his surgery.

Fantastic experience: I was referred here by my dentist, in Purley, for an extraction of an old root which could no longer play host to a crown. A bit of a treck but, my goodness, it was worth the trip. The reception staff were delightful - really friendly and accomodating. Dr Onanuga (name according to the text I received) and his team were absolutely amazing. Really pleasant and, dare I say, fun. I'm quite pathetic in these situations but they really did make it bearable. The job was done before I knew it. Thank you all very much indeed.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to doctor john by my local nhs dentist, once I got in the chair the nurse was excellent at talking me through the aftercare then dr john told me exactly what he was going to do before asking any questions. I was nervous initially but he reassured me everything would be fine. I was in and out of the chair within 5 minutes. Job done no pain and I was so happy i shook his hand. Amazing thanks guys

Fantastic experience: Fast but very methodical, solid 10/10! Dr Khaled Bagegni is very skilled at making yourself at ease and very jolly, but when it comes to the action it delivers with no doubts. It's been a pleasure to meet him. Big shout out for Sharna and Sahaa that were there for my little requests and questions too, also providing x-rays in perfect sync and timing. It takes a solid fast and hard-working team in the background and this didn't went unnoticed, especially during a busy day! Including explanations, questions, entry form and procedure I was out in less than 30 minutes, but it didn't feel like rushing at all! Capital T for this great Team!

Fantastic experience: Dr Khaled Bagneni’s skill at making me relaxed before a tooth extraction was quite remarkable. He introduced humour laced with comforting assurances in equal measure. Careful to discuss and apply the correct amount of anaesthetic made the whole process quick, relatively painless whilst reducing the impact on the rest of my day. He made a grim procedure about as comforting as it could get!

Fantastic experience: Dr Khaled Bagneni is an excellent surgeon, with a professional, empathic and Humble nature. He and his team were able to successfully complete the procedure within 20 mins and their reassurance made it much more relaxing. God bless you Doc!

Negative experience: I would honestly avoid this place. The dentist forces you into paying private prices all the time and makes you feel that nhs isn’t an option even when you’re a nhs patient. The dentist said he will refer me to kings for a certain tricky root canal treatment and made out like I might not get accepted and said it could be a 12 week wait to hear, and by then I could be in more pain just to wait for a rejection letter - literally trying to make me pay for private treatment which I refuse to do - I may add I’m on maternity leave (which he was aware about) and already have been pressured into pay thousands to to this dentist in the past. No joke he quoted me around £4K for this treatment!!! Fast forward 10 months I’ve heard nothing from kings so I’ve called then and NO REFERRAL WAS EVEN SENT TO THEM!!! Disgusting behaviour. I am now with the family dental practice down the road who’s kindly sent the referral without any pressure or bullying me into pay private prices. The only plus is that the reception team are nice but the actual dentist is a con artist Just to edit to make the review fair as all the dentist in this practice may not be same I am referring to Dr Patel. Which funnily enough now reading through already issued reviews he’s done this to women on maternity exemption before!!!!

Fantastic experience: Great service! I went for a tooth extraction. I was so scared, I was ready to go home so I didn't have to do the tooth extraction but Dr Khaid Bagegni and nurse Faith really helped me to feel comfortable and set my mind at ease. They were so inviting and spoke to me like we knew each other from before. When it came to the extraction, I didn't feel a thing and it was over before I knew it. If you're looking for a professional that knows what they're doing for you treatment I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: today I was dreading going to the Dentist, as I needed to have a tooth extraction and I have a fear of Needles, however my fear and anxiety were addressed by the surgeon, who made me feel at ease and no sooner after he applied numbing cream, I didn't even feel the needle going into my gum and within minutes my tooth was extracted and i hardly felt a thing. the surgeon then explained to me about the aftercare he demonstrated how to insert my temporary denture, how to keep it clean etc. Overall , despite waiting 20 minutes over my appointment time ill still give a 5 star service .

Negative experience: If you have a mental health impairment I would highly recommend not going to this dentist. Staff NEED to be trained in dealing with mentally impaired patients as well as dentists understanding their patients mental health. They even ignore your calls when ringing to make the complaint in question or to speak to management. Disgusting service, wish I never went at all! They have made my mental health worse! I called back 4times to be ignored by your reception.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience with my Invisalign treatment at Lancaster house dental practice. From the initial inquiry at their Invisalign open day, the staff were incredibly helpful and took the time to explain the entire process. Every question I had was answered with patience and clarity. Throughout the treatment, from the first tray to the last, Dr Kalsi provided exceptional care. His expertise and dedication played a pivotal role in transforming my teeth, and I'm thrilled with the results. I now have the perfect smile I've always wanted. Highly recommend this practice for Invisalign treatments.

Fantastic experience: Today 29th November 2023 had my appointment for an tooth extraction, to say I was nervous would be a BIG understatement but Dr K Begegin had the patience 2 explain everything to me without rushing the whole process, within a few minutes the whole process was done and dusted and I was left feeling why I was so nervous, this was due to the worst possible experience I had many years ago at a dental practice which left me in hospital, very glad I attended this practice I'm so happy now my advice to anyone when you find a great Dentist stay with them Thank you Lancaster House Dental Practice

Negative experience: I called on 16 November 2023 at 11.15 to book and appointment. Extremely rude receptionist, she told me I am not the patient of the dental clinic, but they way she spoke it was unacceptable, when I asked her name she hung up on me.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this practice by my dentist for two extractions. Pre visit very efficient communication, friendly welcome by reception staff giving information about managing pain and looking after the socket area post extraction. The Dentist Mr Khalid Bagegni was polite and got on with the job in hand . He explained what was happening and very efficiently removed my teeth.I suffered little if any pain . If ever I need an extraction I would hope that Mr B would do it. Great practice great staff great dentist Thank you

Fantastic experience: My wife and I been referred to this dentist for extraction (NHS). I had 2 teeth out, and my wife had 4 (in two visits)! From beginning to the end everything was great the ladys at the reception very friendly and welcoming. Dentist: Mr K Bagegni was very gentle and made us feel comfortable! No pain what so ever! Negative experience: This place is terrrible. I am new in this country and do not know much about dentist treatment. I went there when I was in my exempt for baby delivery after giving birth. First of all they said that I can’t get free treatment and I need to pay, but I can get free treatment I know that later. Unfortunately I trust them. I got root canal from one of the dentist and at the same time I am having issue in my another tooth from long time. On my first visit and even till the I did not pay them they said that they can do my another tooth in that same payment. However when my root canal and other fillings was done. I asked them to do my tooth in which I am feeling issue. They said on the last day that sorry they can’t do that here. It is the NHS treatment. I was surprised. I told them that please do it because as you explained me but they said that they will refer me to the NHS. I said that please then refer me as quickly as possible. Now that day is gone still they did not refer me anywhere. I then visit to another dentist she refer me in month. Also now I am having issue in root canal as well. Another thing I already paid them more than half of the amount before the treatment. And one time I forgot my card at home. They just cancelled my appointment because of the payment. The name of the dentist is yogesh Patel. Please be aware from this place. They just care about money but not for your health. Find another dentist who will take care of the patient health.

Negative experience: Tried calling this dental service this morning, according to Google and their human chat service they are open 9-1. Unfortunately their "new receptionist" wasn't intelligent enough to turn off their closed message for the four house they were open. Despite speaking with a human on their chat service, and being told that they would contact this "new receptionist" to turn the message off so that their phone could be answered it never happened. If someone isn't intelligent enough to figure out why the phone isn't ringing at work then maybe you shouldn't entrust them to be your receptionist?

Fantastic experience: Nice and trustworthy clinic, I've seen Dr Stott a few times and warmly recommend her. She does a thorough job and takes the time to discuss and explain your treatment plan and answer any questions.

Negative experience: I’ve used this dental practice with my whole family for many years without any issues, however over a year ago after having treatment I paid in cash which I’ve done many times, the two receptionist ladies were probably in the lates 50s English,. They had said no problem will put it on the system. Paid them cash as I was travelling the next day.After making payment and having treatment no problem. Six months later I received a letter that I had not made payment, so I went in spoke to a white English guy described who I had made the payment to he said awe they’ve left but it’s not a problem we have found it. My response was phew. Another 6/8 months later I received another letter saying he was a Mr Patel and I had not paid for my dental treatment!!. Very dissatisfied with how I’ve been treated.

Shame the practice is a distance from home otherwise i would sign up with them because they were so good.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this dental clinic by my dentist for a wisdom tooth extraction. Due to the nature of such a procedure I was expecting pain during and after the extraction and was a little bit nervous. I was very pleased by the care Dr. Khalid and Ivana provided. They both reassured me, were very kind, polite and professional and made the experience a pleasant one, which is not something I expected from a wisdom tooth extraction. I actually left the dental clinic amazed at how seamless and pain free it was. Many thanks to Dr. Khalid and Ivana for the great care provided. If only all professionals were like them.

Fantastic experience: Mr Kalsi at Lancaster House is an expert in his field, he takes great care informing his patients regarding their treatment, the procedure is structured to reduce the risk of infection and indeed was completely painless. I also found the costs for this treatment very reasonable. I cannot recommend this service highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I would never describe going to the dentist as "fun" until today. Katie is not only a very gentle and confident hygienist but also has a great sense of humour which I just wasn't expecting. If only all hygienists were like this, there would be less gum disease I'm sure. So I left with lovely clean teeth and no pain ....Please don't leave Katie!! .

Negative experience: Dentists are good however, they had two receptionest and they always ask for payments up front no problem despite paying them they eat my money and asked for more. Not trust worthy dentists. On one occupation I paid them in cash.

This is the best dental experience I have ever had and I am very grateful to Dr Marshall, Faith and the rest of the team. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I want to say a huge thank you to Dr John Duker and the two nurses that helped during the procedure that I had to remove a wisdom tooth. You guys are awesome. Funny enough that was quick and I didn't spend more than 10mins and am good to go. Cheers and thank you for making me feel better.

Fantastic experience: A big thank to Khalid, Ivana & Khanssa. My recent visit to the practice was a very comfortable one. I am deathly petrified of dentists due to horrible experiences in the past but Khalid and the team made me feel so welcome and comfortable. They explained everything in great detail and how the procedure would go. Both of my widom teeth were removed without a hitch thanks to the team and their amazing skill. Thank you guys I am very pleased with my experiences and I will be returning for future check ups :)

Positive experience: Lancaster House is a brilliant practice--everyone I've interacted with here (bar one) has been incredible in how kind, friendly and competent they are. This makes a massive difference for someone like me who is scared to death about dental work! Dr Hannah Stott deserves a special shout out for how patient and skilled she is and for the way she has set me right at ease when I was at her chair with her bedside manner and clear and open communication. The only thing holding me from giving 5 stars is the dental hygienist I had the misfortune of seeing here. She was skilled enough, but both judgemental and with this odd superiority complex, she made what's already an unpleasant process that much worse. Nonetheless, everyone else at the practice from the receptionists to nurses to the doctors are amazing and I feel that I am in good hands whenever I go in. As long as it is not for dental cleaning, I cannot recommend Lancaster House enough.

Dr Marshall was very patience to explain what is going on to my tooth, how and what should we do next in a simple way. He is a very thoughtful person and put great effort to save my tooth from not being remove. A very good experience and highly recommend to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Specialist surgeon who preforms tooth extractions DR Khalid Bagegni was absolutely amazing. I was extremely nervous but he put me at ease and answered all my questions. You can tell he enjoys his work and takes pride in what he does Hopefully I won’t need to see him again :-)

It had been a trying time for me the past few months, with chemotherapy and other treatments due to cancer, and my dental problems did not help. But Dr. Stott made me feel comfortable, and the assurance she has given me, helped a lot. She has done a fantastic job with my dental issues, and has gone beyond with the care and attention, even when treatment was finish. . I cannot recommend her enough. Fantastic experience: I recommend this dental practice especially to anyone who is usually nervous about visiting the dentist. My family and I have had a fantastic experience seeing the dentist called Dr. S Marshall and Alina (dental nurse) The reception right through explaining every step of procedures and how they talk to patients is phenomenal!
