Fantastic experience: All I can say is wow!! Went for an extraction of a broken tooth. Had it numbed, quick chat with Dentist and was getting out of chair to go to waiting room for 10-15 mins and she asked where I was going. Quick check to see if the injection had taken effect. Bit of pressure as you'd expect and it was out. Never been in and out of a dentist so quick.All in all 15 mins tops

Negative experience: booked an appointment for a tooth to be extracted lovely dentist but she wasn't told that the tooth needed extracted? and apologised she couldn't do it, appointment made over 2 weeks ago.

Fantastic experience: The beautiful dentist (Rajni Prasad) that saw myself and my children today is amazing good advice supportive and makes our time at the dentist a positive experience ( I suffer with anxiety) so this lady and her assistant are on point.

Fantastic experience: A huge thanks to Fozia, Sidra and Subhana for all the help they gave when I attended the practice with the worst abscess I have ever experienced on Monday 31st October They totally put themselves out to look after my welfare and insuring an ambulance was called. Fantastic experience: First time using this practice, been on a waiting list with other places for years and got nothing back, these guys had me on the nhs list no more than 6 months and I had my first appointment with them today, great staff, the dentist Alina is a lovely welcoming person, I wasn’t expecting any work doing with it been a checkup but she sorted me out with the work I needed doing. Would definitely recommend this practice.

The whole team is welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. Receptionists are very friendly. Dentist Marufa Afreen always takes the time to explain everything and makes sure I’m comfortable during every visit. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or a more involved procedure, I always feel like I’m in great hands. Thank you for making every dental visit a positive experience!

Fantastic experience: A new dentist Kanka Uddin is lovely and repaired my tooth while i wait for extraction perfectly done and now no pain. Lovely all round. Previous visit for my Eldest son needed a tooth repair-He normally hates the dentist. Dr Tufan & Nurse Anika had peaceful music playing calmly in the background-They talked him through what would be done. Our eldest had abit of a phobia with injections-He didn't feel a thing which surprised me. I wouldn't trust another dentist with my babies they look after all of us. The dentist even showed me the work after and extremely delicate work which was perfect! Thanks again...

Fantastic experience: After terrible toothache, I rung the surgery and was given an appointment the following day. I needed two teeth removed and this was done professionally, with extreme care. It was all explained before the procedure, during and after. I received the best of care and although it was an unpleasant experience, it was made so much better with the way the dentist and the nurse cared for me. Thank you to both and the receptionist who made this possible and made the experience all the better. All in all I could not have received any better care.

Positive experience: Much better experience with the new dentist at genix on lady pit lane still very hard getting an appointment tho takes 2 to 3 months and my teeth are do bad they need to be worked on quickly because they are falling to bits between appointment..... I will say I am happy with the new dentist there........ But I'm extremely unhappy how the dentist there kept changing for nearly two years were you never even got chance to be comfortable with the dentist and then they'd change them again I've been at lady pit lane since it was, bergian family dentists (may have misspelt that) but the practice hadn't been the same since unfortunately but let hope they keep the dentist they have now, I feel comfortable with the new dentist and I'm very happy with my treatment
