Fantastic experience: Dr. Bahader Panesar is a rare and incredible dentist. He is one if the very few dentists in the country to be using Biomimetic approach to dental surgery. This approach is really about dentistry at the cutting edge of skill and technology. It is also about dentists who marvel and are interested in the natural structures of teeth and understand how to preserve and replicate that in the mouth, if and when it becomes necessary. I feel really grateful to have met Bahader and know that his masterpiece "gems" of fillings he has placed in my mouth can last a lifetime if I look after them. This is simply not the case with other forms if dentistry. Post House Dental should be the gold standard of what dentistry should be aiming for, rather than a refuge from incompetent practices that it is at the moment.Thank you so much to Bahader, all his dental staff and lovely receptionists.

Fantastic experience: We always have such a positive experience at Post House dental but I wanted to share a great experience with hygienist Nikema Greenway who cleaned my son's teeth this weekend. She greeted my son with real warmth, remembered him from last year, and gave him the extra encouragement he needed. My son is autistic and has ADHD, and Nikema adapted her approach so thoughtfully – explaining each step calmly, giving him time to adjust, and making sure he felt comfortable throughout. Her kindness and sensitivity made the appointment a very positive experience. Such a great example of inclusive, patient-centred care.

Fantastic experience: I came to Post House with several problems that made eating a chore and that had not been sorted out by other dentists. Bahadar took a CBCT scan, a laser scan and X-rays and explained that his approach was not just to repair the immediate problems but to consider the mouth as a whole and to try to predict how it would evolve with time. Thus avoiding making changes that could make future treatment more difficult. I felt very comfortable with this approach - quite different from other dentists I had experienced. After considering the scans he sent me an e-mail detailing the problem areas and the options for treating each one, with a ball-park estimate of costs. At the next visit we discussed how to proceed and treatment followed over the following eighteen months - allowing time for each implant to achieve strength. The building is elegant, the atmosphere serene, the staff friendly and caring. And at the end of it all I have a mouth that works and is pain-free. Can't recommend this practice too highly !

Dr Debjit was phenomenal! He didn’t just listen he heard me and I felt like I could trust him. I managed to have implants done! Positive experience: UPDATE - 21/1/25. My dentist spoke to me about this. She explained that she went on maternity leave and then, regrettably, her replacement also went on maternity leave. This led to a bit of a backlog of NHS patients. She said it SHOULD have been possible to be offered another dentist, but that's definitely not what reception told me. It was made clear that as an NHS patient, I had to wait. However, these things happen. I am happy to RAISE my rating as I appreciate my dentist taking time to respond. Happily, they also will text if people cancel. AND once you see a dentist here, the care is 100%. Old review. Appalling treatment of their NHS patients. I had to cancel a routine check up appointment for Weds 16th October. I call up and the next available appointment is SEVEN months away. Yep, it would be May 2025 for what is a 15 minute routine check-up! But you've guessed it... The receptionist tells me if I took a PRIVATE appointment I could be seen much sooner. They appear to have a very odd system where NHS Patients have to stick with the same dentist. You cannot be seen by a different one and therefore have to wait.. However, I must agree with the other reviews. When you do get to see a dentist, the standard of care is wonderful. I was with the the Weybridge Dental Practice before this and things were never this bad. Just unacceptable.

It is clear that Dr Panesar's treatment is based on what is best for the patient and not what is most expensive having cross referenced treatment across a number of well regarded dentists. His precision, attention to detail, gentle hands and consideration for patients shines through. I travel far to see him but it is worth doing so for an elite dental experience.

Fantastic experience: I've always been anxious going to the dentist because of bad experiences growing up, and I was so nervous for my first treatment at Post House Dental. My nerves were entirely unnecessary. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warmest welcome from the staff at the front desk, who also eased my nerves. Dr Bahader Panesar was so attentive, patient and incredibly caring and considerate of my nerves and previous experiences—something I’d never experienced from a dentist before. He took the time to walk me through my treatment and answered all my questions. I never felt like I was being rushed. Throughout the treatment, Dr Panesar checked in with me multiple times to make sure I was ok. I felt like he genuinely cared about making sure I was ok and giving my teeth the best care possible—another thing I’d never experienced from other dentists before. During the treatment, I was waiting to feel pain and discomfort, but thanks to the advance equipment and technology that Post House Dental uses, I was left waiting as the whole treatment was pain-free, comfortable and easy. So much so that I had absolutely no nerves going back for my second treatment, where I was so relaxed and taken care of that I almost fell asleep during treatment! If you’re in need of dental care, don’t think twice about going anywhere other than Post House Dental, it’ll change the way you feel about going to the dentist, particularly if you’re a nervous patient! Fantastic experience: For a medic who is terrified of dentists, Dr Panesar is incredibly lovely, very reassuring to scared patients, unbelievably knowledgeable, anlways honest (in an away that’s easy to accept) and has produced an excellent result. He placed an implant in a gap of over 10yrs and a crown. The receptionists, nursing staff and Dr Panesar have been amazing. If you have fear of the dentist from awful childhood experiences, come see him- he’s amazing and will work wonders.

Fantastic experience: Over the past two years I have undergone extensive treatment, including orthodontic manipulation, all overseen by Dr Debjit Mukherjee. His approach is very reassuring, which was needed by a patient like me. He fully explained all the stages that I'd have to go through, and why they were needed. I've had some terrible dentistry, and dentists in the past, but now I feel very comfortable being treated by Debjit. So far I'm very happy with the work that has taken place so far, and although I still have some more work to be done (I did say it was extensive!) I'm confident that I will have a smile that I never had before, and a lot less problems with my teeth than before.

Brilliant hygienist teeth clean with Hannah, I have a few sensitive teeth/areas but Hannah was so careful and it wasn’t painful at all and teeth super nice and clean :) and great advice on brushing and flossing. Amazing Crown replacement from Dr Debjit Mukherjee and his assistant, first an emergency appointment to fit a temporary covering then 2 appointments to clean and sort and prep the tooth and then one to fit the new crown, all done immaculately in a friendly and professional manner. Easily the best dentist and dentist practice I've ever been to 10 stars!!! Also fantastic hygienist teeth clean treatment last year with Huan Leo Sim, he carefully listened to the areas I said could be sensitive and did a fantastic very comfortable treatment, he also gave great advice. It is in an historic building, pristinely refurbished and fitted out with state of the art equipment. My appointment was arranged efficiently (online) and confirmed. The diagnosis was made and a surgery appointment made for the same day. I cannot fault the care and prompt attention of Dr Lily Hariri and her team who made the experience as pleasant as it could be, in the circumstances. Negative experience: I had an appointment with Safia Mir for which I arrived 30 minutes early, unfortunately she was about 30 minutes late. When I was finally called in, I was understandably annoyed by the delay. Safia then went ahead and refused to see me, stating that she could not recommend treatment while I was upset with her lack of clinical management. Following this incident, I left a review on Google. Bahader S. Panesar, the practice owner, contacted me two weeks ago (yesterday) and assured me he would speak to the dentist and get back to me. Unfortunately, I have not received any further communication since then.

The treatment I received, upgrading failing old composite bonding to porcelain veneers, was completed with incredible precision. Remarkably, I never experienced any pain or discomfort during the procedure. The practice boasts state-of-the-art equipment, allowing them to perform a wide range of procedures on-site, eliminating the need for referrals. The aftercare was equally exceptional.
