Fantastic experience: Olivia was very helpful and professional when I had a problem. She was very efficient and done her up most to make sure I was updated with the relevant information that I need on my visit. Thank you so much Olivia 10 out of 10 customer service

Negative experience: The water dispenser for rinsing your mouth has been broken for at least 6 months, it’s quite embarrassing having to spit into another cup held by the dental nurse. Surely they should fix this basic equipment?! Also, whilst waiting to be seen I witnessed a man in his 60s come in to register as a new patient but he was told by the Receptionist that he can only register online. He explained to her that he isn’t able to use the internet, so wouldn’t know how to do that and she just brushed him off and said ‘get someone to help you’. Surely medical establishments are supposed to ensure that services are accessible for all (including mainly older, isolated people that are not able or comfortable using the internet and have nobody to help them)!!?? I was really shocked, the poor guy just walked out. Really not acceptable.

Positive experience: The dental surgery and waiting rooms are clean. The dentist (Dr Khoi) snd his colleague Jack are excellent and often they make longer appointments so that small fillings etc can be done without having to make another appointment. This is very efficient and saves everybody time in avoiding another appointment. I've had an implant tooth put in: it was excellent quality and looks identical to my other teeth. I had root canal surgery and Jack and his dental assistant made me as comfortable as possible and his equipment was modern, his technique efficient and thorough. They also offer a hygienist service and safe teeth whitening private treatments (about £500). I've updated my review as I had some comments about the building and they've moved to a modern building which is conveniently wheelchair and pushchair accessible from street level. The dental surgery service is very good and I would recommend it

Negative experience: Avoid. They are all in a rush, bad mood and indifference. The treatment is more painful and careless than in other places

Negative experience: They show no respect for your time, asking you to arrive one hour earlier than your appointment.

Negative experience: Receptionist seemed unbothered about my issues and was very blunt. No emotion behind her words. She was very quick to tell me to go check other dentists although I’ve explained I’ve been with this dentist for over 15 years.

Fantastic experience: I have been an NHS patient here for over a year (since they have opened) . I have only praise for the staff and my dentist. They are polite, friendly and helpful. The phone is answered quickly. They also offer private treatments.

Fantastic experience: Partner had an emergency procedure with Dr Khoi Le and assistant Aubrey. Best team there is. Their professionalism and strong work ethic is evident in the way they treat their patients. It’s very reassuring for anxious patients and their family member like me! Highly recommend. Addendum. Nov 2024 It was my turn for a routine check-up and cleaning. Dr Le and Aubrey were incredibly friendly, professional and attentive. Dr Le was thorough in explaining every step of the process, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the appointment. The new office was bright and clean, modern and equipped with the latest technology, which made the procedure efficient and pain-free. I particularly appreciated how they took the time to address my questions and provided personalised advice for my dental care routine. If you're looking for a dentist who combines expertise with genuine care, I can't recommend Dr Le and dental assistant Aubrey enough!

Fantastic experience: An emergency visit needed. Immaculately pristine clinical space, measured through clinical examination with well explained diagnosis. Loved the ceiling distraction too. Thank you Mr Khoi Le and your assistant.

Fantastic experience: I feel very lucky to be a patient at this practice. Lovely receptionists and my dentist Dr Khoi is very kind and caring and his assistant Aubrey is absolutely lovely. It can take a while to get through on the phone but it's worth persevering

Negative experience: Extremely more than definitely disappointed Receptionists!!!. Managers should give receptionist better customer service training because there attuade stinks!! The managers should train the staff to have good manners and let people in the waiting area when there are available seats. No one loves to be waiting outside in the cold. Any customers that reads this be careful because they won't let you in or acknowledge you even though it is cold weather outside!!!! Even though I been a regular patient customer for more than over 3years I was made to stay outside in the cold regards to my appointment on the 5/12/2023. I waited near 1hour when they all nice and warm cosy seated inside their reception but. no one even acknowledged me . They old place they used to let me in so I didn't know this was how I was going to be treated at the new Dentist. Why not let let their customers know they can't come in early. If a customer comes accidentally late their would changed their customers and taken off the register so easily All the receptionist that I have been polite to all the time they have actually shown their true colours. Not one of them said hello how you doing not even a eye contact how rude and how they day I felt undervalued as a regular customer and like a bum Holmes person who lives on the street that is how I felt!!! I suffer from mental health issues and to be treated like dirt I was crying inside!!! Will they treat an old person like that I wonder!!. I'm thinking to go to a different new Dentist because my current one I rate zero customer poor service. if the customer service doesn't improve I go somewhere else for my own mental health How would they feel if I left them out in the winder, winter cold!!! Fantastic experience: Very good highly recommend

Negative experience: I keep calling and basically it takes like 3-4 attempts across different times because every time I book an appointment it's a voice messaged saying they aren't open at the moment, but I am calling during their opening hours. Stop! The Dentist's are great but whoever is on phones needs to get it together.

Positive experience: I was worried about a root canal, I shouldn’t have been. I felt no pain, the dentist was gentle and considerate, I didn’t even need a paracetamol afterwards!

Negative experience: The staff are very rude. Special reception She was cleaning her eyebrow when I was thanking to her. She did a mistake for the time of my appointment and she talked very very rude behaviour.

Negative experience: Don't waste your time here. Very very rude reception. The girl in reception give me an appointment and send confirmation to my phone by text message but she don't accept the time they set for me, so I showed her their email, but she didn't accept it with very very rude behaviour.

Fantastic experience: Was terrified of the dentist. Didnt go for 23 years, my dentist Mehreen has made me feel so at ease, seen her twice now, already booked for next visit. All the staff are lovely, girls on desk really helpful and friendly. Hygenist Prianka so lovely too.

Negative experience: I have NEVER had an issue with the clinical staff at HDC especially the hygienist of Asian heritage whom I find AMAZING and INCREDIBLY professional with IMPECCABLE dental manner. However my issue is with the NONCLINICAL staff especially one called OL#_#A; she is RUDE, BRASH and DISRESPECTFUL beyond description. Her DISGUSTING and POOR attitude overshadows the good customer service and clinical practice of majority of the staff at HDC. This individual is NOT FIT TO BE FRONT OF HOUSE or anywhere patients until she is ADEQUATELY trained. SHE IS A COMPLETE AND UTTER DISGRACE to the team!

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs. I have a partial lower denture that cost £900 and can't be used more than a couple of days at a time. The denture was adjusted by the dentist but still no good. The denture pushes on my existing teeth which courses pain on the roots plus gum sores,really not impressed. I missed my last appointment because I was rushed into hospital with heart problems now the dental clinic will have nothing to do with me. As I said if your paying private far better clinics out there.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dental practice I ever had in London. Dr Khoi and Nurse Aubrey helped me a lot with my concern. I had a problem with my composite filling because my previous dentist put the wrong colour and did not match my natural teeth. But Dr Khoi did a great job in removing and replacing the filling. My composite filling looks very natural and now I can confidently smile. Thank you Dr Khoi and Nurse Aubrey. I am very happy with the service.

Positive experience: they are one of the best dental practice I found in London. I have tried many but this one has an Asian (I dont have any other characteristics to explain, I am not a racist) doctor who explains everything to you and is very patient and she is not trying to milk you. Very happy with what they have done for me.

Negative experience: Absolutely rude and not professional. I went to get appointments as new patients after checking on Google. I have been treated like a dog no help or hello nothing just look me like they was not happy to see me. ..should be nhs medical center ? I don't think so. Just I lose my time going there. So I left this place very unhappy and sad. If don't accept new patients they should update Google. I'm very disappointed whit this kind of people avoid this dentist. Be human first then doctor

With his amazing and lovely assistant, Nurse Aubrey Vergonio. I had a major surgery yesterday and they took care of me through out the surgery and after surgery. They are very kind, friendly, patient and professional individuals. I will surely recommend Dr Khoi and Holloway Dental Centre to my family and friends. I will definitely come back for future checkup. :)

Negative experience: I would give 0 stars if I could. I took my 83 year old grandma here to get her dentures fixed as she was complaining about her dentures being so incredibly painful that she could not eat or sleep. The dentist was incredibly rude and refused to listen to me or my grandma. When I told him "my grandma says she is in a lot of pain", he repeatedly told me "no, she isn't", insinuating that my grandma was lying about being in pain? I felt extremely helpless as my grandma is very old now and it obviously really upsets me that she is in pain. I've never had such a terrible experience before and I really hope something is done about that dentist as he doesn't deserve to be one. I could tell even his assistant looked uncomfortable with the whole interaction and I feel so sorry for her to have to work with such a horrible dentist who has no compassion for others.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time at this dental centre last Saturday, I had my teeth examined and X-rayed, Dr. Khoi and Nurse Aubrey were very kind and left us with a good experience. I will definitely be going back in the future.

Fantastic experience: My dentures looked good but eating something like a steak was hard work so i got my dog to break it down for me first until it become more manageable GRR

Fantastic experience: Only had a checkup - (x-rays and mini clean) but was reassured a filling was not coming loose and that if I wanted to repair a chipped crown, could do it at a future date ie they put no pressure on me. It's not the swankiest set up, but it's clean, honest and professional. I left happy.

Negative experience: It is the most lying place I have ever known, I do not recommend it at all they charged us for a teeth cleaning and the work did not go well the most dishonest place I have visited

Negative experience: I absolutely loved the dentist and dental nurse but the receptionist is rude, muggy and I caught her lying. Since I had a confusing conversation with her at my first visit she has made life complicated. I believe she LIED about there not being any appointments for emergency and told me to call back the next day. My reasons for this is because she LIED when i rang the next day. I rang from 9:00 as instructed and noticed it was saying the surgery is closed, kept ringing a total of 15 times before the phone changed at 9:05 and when the receptionist picked up she said "there are no appointments". I said that's ridiculous I called from 9am like you said yesterday and she said "the systems were down" so I said that not right? Then she said she turned the phone on at 9:05 so I mentioned you JUST said systems where down so how are all the appointments gone at the time you turned the phones on when I got through the same time? She said there were only 2 appointments. Whilst I was saying this she was ummhmm ummhmm over me so I pulled her up on it, she then laughed and said she was listening and put me on hold to "ask" if the dentist could see me and all of a sudden came back with a time. This was also only once I got frustrated almost to the verge of tears because this toothache is so bad. This practice is phenomenal! But the reception staff are ruining it. I believe they are untrustworthy. I work for the NHS myself and would never allow personal feelings to interfere with my job EVER!

Fantastic experience: OMG!!!Hands down this is the best dentist in London!!No CAP!! if you know what I mean from when I worked in reception I had a friendly welcome it was not long ,I was on the renowned Dr SIVORAJAH (SINTHU) CHAIR who greeted me with a big smile with his dental assistant AUBREY Both of them was so friendly and professional made me feel at ease and relaxed as I had a bad experience from my previous dentist!! The Professionalism was outstanding Dentist was gentle with me which made me at ease i They where A dream team!! as AUBREY Catered to my every need cleaning after the dentist every second made me feel special and well cared for !!I was left with $1 million smile The doctor Execution was outstanding he was so passionate and I could tell he was putting his heart and soul in what he was doing which these days it’s hard to find!!!I recommend the whole of London to make a visit as they won’t be disappointed as I am a man of high standards And they take all the boxes of excellence!!This is my first ever review as never satisfy!! Positive experience: The staff were nice and friendly but the only reason I'm not giving it five stars is that I went there cause my tooth was in pain and they didn't do or prescribe anything to stop the pain they just filled in the tooth and said to come again.

Negative experience: Dentists are nice enough but its misleading what you get in an appointment and prices. Waited 8 weeks to be seen and it wasn't explained to me that you couldn't get treatment in your first appointment when I booked. I was charged £40 instead of the NHS Band A £23.80 for about 15 minutes of their time and still have another 6 week wait to maybe get treatment, 'if it's not too complicated'. Didn't appreciate the dentist suggesting going private or more expensive options when I'd been quite clear I could barely afford the NHS basic ones. I know there's a lack of NHS dentists in the area pushing up waiting times, and we're lucky to have reduced costs at all, but still a really frustrating (and painful) experience.

Fantastic experience: Holloway dental centre is far the best dental work I have ever had. Dr Sivarajah and dental nurse Aubrey were really helpful and professional they made me feel safe. The work speaks for itself I had the same procedure somewere else and it had to be corrected multiple time but not with Dr sivarajah and Aubrey nurse

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit and the reception staff, Ben Nkossi & Olivia, were very polite and helpful.

Negative experience: I used to be happy with the treatment but I have had very bad experiencies with the reception. The asked me to give them bank details including security number over the phone if I wanted to book an apointment. I was shoked. They told me that this is to avoid cancellations. I have also tried to explain to them that one of the crowns felt the week after it was put but they cut me off and just said " the next appointment is in June" like an answer machine. Very fustrated. I paid for something that didn' t work and the are giving me problems to book an appointment.

Fantastic experience: My first visit was really a good experience! The staff in the reception are really polite and friendly. Aubrey, the assistant and Dr Khoi are very friendly and accommodating and made me feel relaxed though I’m a bit scared of the injection. I didn’t even feel any pain and I didn’t expected that my tooth was extracted that quick! I am looking forward for the next visit for my dentures, highly recommended!

Negative experience: Extremely rude and unhelpful staff that will talk down to you and then gaslight you when you threaten to complain. We rely on NHS dentists to be able to take care of its users when they are in their most vulnerable state. As a patient, I came to your practice in extreme pain and seeking help to fix my teeth after having weeks of pain! What transpired today was one horrible display of inhumane behaviour and abuse of power by a member of your staff. I had to resort to the emergency line to be able to get a temporary fix on my tooth and having to deal with the pain and stress of my situation I did not need to be further aggravated.

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous person with dental visits, I get panic attacks, my dentist Jack is the only dentist I’ve felt easy with, he was very patient with me and went at my pace, and the work he does on my teeth is excellent.

Fantastic experience: I'm usually nervous at the dentist but the Dr was so lovely, friendly, informative and efficient that I was okay! (It also helped that he was very handsome). Covid measures were taken very seriously and everything was clean so 10/10.

Fantastic experience: The young Asian dentist Sindu I believe his name is an excellent dentist and good human being. Having lived in the Uk for the past 20 years and having visited different dental clinics he’s on a league of his own. He pays attention to the smallest details and treats patients with care and passion. I would highly recommend to everyone and as long as he’s there I won’t go anywhere else. Coming from a family of dentists this young man is a perfectionist in his profession. Thank you for treating me. I am forever grateful. Definitely a 5* dentist!!!!

Fantastic experience: The best years of dentistry experience...I know you're probably reading this thinking what is this person talking about, are they on gas? Lol noop I'm not, apart from the struggle I have with the staircase, once I see the reception, whose always polite, wait time isn't ever longer than 5-10mins. The hygiene assistant and Dentist J*** are my absolutely favourites. Professional and friendly, you feel relaxed and trusting that your dental care will be assessed well! I'd recommend the dental surgery to you all! (Just be mindful if you have a hidden or visible physibal dis-ability, there are loads if stairs!

Negative experience: Extremely slow service with long waits to get anywhere with anything. I was unnecessarily made to wait a week to get an urgent referral to a hospital for dental treatment.

The level of care is such that I would recommended the Holloway Dental Centre unreservedly.. Appointments are available to see a dentist quickly which can make all the difference . Both NHS full treatments and additional private options are available . Hornsey Dental Centre endeavours to preserve and in my case heroically restore teeth so many thanks for some impressive crown work . These dentists will look after your teeth ,treat all with respect and also provide full NHS care with a proper full cleaning and lots of helpful advice .
