Negative experience: Basically I didn't been happy when we out out from the cabinet becose when we spoken on the phone we ask for an extraction for kids 6 years old we let them know all the story and they answer yes we make,we travel up to their 1 hour and 10 minutes and in the end they made different service for my daughter they clean her tooth and repair in other small holes and after she said i don't have anymore time for the extraction we need to book you an a different day wich I refused becose i sow she not was sure about this extraction she always tried to reffed me to different clinic.And they charge £200 for hygiene and repair 1 tooth.And now we still need to go in a different clinic to make an extraction
Mrs. Covaci, a phone booking is a reservation, not a clinical command. Upon assessment, the doctor prioritized treating and repairing the teeth that could be saved, which is standard ethical dentistry. If the extraction was deferred or referred, it was strictly a safety decision regarding a 6-year-old child. We do not perform irreversible surgical procedures under pressure just to match a parent's travel schedule or convenience. The fee reflects the actual medical treatment your daughter received.

Fantastic experience: I had a great and positive experience with Dr Oana Chirilă with my son’s braces. Her warm, friendly and caring approach and experience made my son feel very relaxed and well looked after during his treatment. We are almost at the end of it now and my son is saying he is going to miss our trips to the dentist. I cannot thank Dr Oana enough for all the care and support provided. I highly recommend her services! I had my daughter treated by Dr Ana Vasiliu and recently I started a treatment with her and we cannot recommend her more! She is so committed and determined in providing the best treatment and care to her patients that you get to trust her straight away and you know you are in good hands. Negative experience: Good for emergencies. When it comes to teeth preservation and their salvage, not that great. Being keen on getting money from desperate patients by doing and recommending all sorts of branded implants, won’t help “the business” on long term. As a piece of advice, do not agree to get any implants in your mouth, unless it’s the last resort.
Mr. Stancu, offering public medical advice to 'avoid implants' is dangerous and irresponsible. We recommend premium solutions based on clinical necessity and X-rays, not 'business targets.' We preserve teeth whenever biologically possible, but we strictly refuse to offer cheap, compromised fixes for hopeless teeth. Our medical judgment is final and is not swayed by intimidation or distorted reviews.

Fantastic experience: Am avut o experiență excelentă la acest cabinet dentar! De la prima vizită, m-am simțit în siguranță și bine îngrijită.Atmosfera este caldă și primitoare, personalul este amabil și foarte profesionist, iar totul este curat, modern și bine organizat. Dna Doctor Ancuța, si Dna Doctor Oana au fost foarte rabdatoare, mi-au explicat fiecare pas și au avut o mână ușoară – lucru rar întâlnit! Nu am simțit nicio durere, iar rezultatul final a fost peste așteptări. Recomand cu toată încrederea tuturor celor care caută nu doar un dentist bun, ci și un om care pune suflet în ceea ce face. Eu sigur mă voi întoarce cu încredere!

Negative experience: I was seen by Dr.Ana Andreea Vasiliu on 26/09/2024 due to a tooth ache. After she carried out a CT scan and multiple x-rays, I was told that the tooth needed extracting as one of the nerves was supposedly dead and that was the reason for my pain. Due to the high quote I was given I decided to go to a different Dentist clinic for a second opion. I was given a course of antibiotics for 7 days and I am now pain free and the doctor said the tooth is fine and doesn't need extracting.
Mr. Arnăutu, we value every piece of feedback as it helps us improve our services. However, the statements in your review could potentially mislead existing and future patients of EgoDent. After interpreting the CT scan, it was determined that the tooth in question does not have a favorable prognosis for preservation. Additional details were provided during your consultation with Dr. Ana Vasiliu. Due to GDPR regulations, we cannot publicly share specific information. While antibiotic therapy may offer temporary relief, dental treatment is imperative to avoid further complications. We can provide you with the CT scan results for review by your attending physician to obtain a complete and accurate diagnosis.

The team in Walton works so damn hard to provide me with the best-quality dental outcomes possible – whether it's routine maintenance or major intervention – that I don't believe they even know how to do things any differently. They work so hard, in fact, they deserve individual mention... I'm referring to reception – a hefty organisational shoutout to Alex, Adriana and Anca... I'm talking about nursing – a smooth in-there-before-you-realise-you-need-it shoutout to all their nurses, especially Carmen... I mean periodontology – a "deep" restorative shoutout to the delicate and meticulous Ana. I'm pointing to dentistry – a HUGE confidence-boosting shoutout to the dexterously artful Anca and Georgeta (both of whom I consider my dental guardian angels by the way)... I'm talking surgical – a mahoosive maxfax quintuple high-five to the magician Stavros, whom I can't recommend highly enough... Negative experience: Posting this on behalf of my partner. She found the Invisalign treatment worked well. The problem with Egodent is the customer service. Unfortunately, appointments very rarely ran on time. The clinic often would ring to change the appointment with poor excuses/bad organisation and the change would often be close to the original appointment time. The worst case was the day before the appointment the time was changed. Then at 19:00 that evening another call to say that the reason for the appointment was not possible and instead would have to either wait around for hours or have more delays before receiving the required retainer. On top of this there has been 3 unnecessary appointments due to incompetence by the lab they used.
