Fantastic experience: I have been Dr Michel's patient for nearly 10 years and would like to say that after living in England for over 30 years and going to many different dentists, he is definitely the best. I believe he is someone who loves his profession and works with perfection. I would also like to thank the reception team who are very polite, friendly and efficient.

Fantastic experience: I had a very positive experience at this dental clinic. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional, which makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The dentist is excellent skilled, attentive, and caring. Even though the dentist has recently changed, the quality of care remains at a very high level. I would definitely recommend this clinic and dentist.

Recently had an incident during the night and after dropping a message to the clinic I received a call from the amazing, polite and respectful staff straight away in the morning who managed to fit me in even during this busy festive period. The dentist was very polite and even do I needed extensive work on my tooth she took her time and done a brilliant job. I am also a nervous dentist goer but once I started attending this clinic I am at ease from the moment I walk in. Definitely recommended!!!

Negative experience: I had a lot of work done in this clinic about 7 years ago! Lost all the teeth they fixed, spend like 10 grand with a supposed was gonna last a life time! Started losing teeth a couple of years later, today had the last tooth extracted the was fixed. Every dentist that worked my mouth couldn’t believe the mess they did! Avoid at all cost this clinic, gonna take your money destroy your health and blame on you, wish I had collected the proof of mis practice so I could take them to courts The put crowns on teeth that needed root canal, implant failure, outdated cheap materials! They fixed 7 teeth and 7 teeth extracted!

Negative experience: Let me be clear about the experience with this clinic: I spent 10K to fix my mouth and 10 years after I am still having to re-do everything because of this dentist. I just had a crown that fell and my new dentist in Italy said: I cant believe I am seeing this .... this technique they used hasnt been used in so many years. They use old techniques they ruined my mouth with the implants, and did a terrible job. do not use this place

Negative experience: I have used many dentists in London, private and NHS but I have never been treated with such a disrespect before. I had an appointment set to have my front tooth replaced so pretty important. I have mistaken the times of my appointment and thought it was 12:30 not 12.00. I received the call from the receptionist who was very unpleasant at 12:05. When I explained I am already on my way ( i live 15 from the surgery( I always leave much earlier for dentist app) and that I ' ve mistaken the time she was rude and unapologetic and told me its already too late ( apparently they don't take you in when you're more then 10 min late!) I told her I was very unwell today and as mentioned I can be there in 10 min. She remained rigid and unpleasant and told me they don't take anyone after 10 min being late... On the end of our conversation I tried to turn off my Google map as it was on and talking while we spoke, I said to receptionist..."just give me second" and tried to switch off the map, but managed to disconnect our conversation as well, I have called straight after twice...she didn't pick up. I had my doubts coming there after seeing reviews from other clients stating they were treated very rudely and racist, now I know God was preventing me from going there. I don't know how can you be so inprofessional. I am reporting this to NHS.

I ended up seeing a dentist who was extremely rude and racist, telling me that my teeth could be removed just because I have tartar on them!! Fantastic experience: I have been visiting this dentist for over a year now with my 3 children and can honestly this dentist goes above and beyond for their patients. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. The lovely receptionist even plays with my children (if she is free) while I see the dentist! Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: I had a bad experience here. The dentist didn’t inform me of what she was going to do before starting; I thought it was just a check-up, but she began drilling in my mouth, and I couldn’t say anything since the procedure had already started. This happened multiple times. That wasn’t even the worst part. The worst part is that after this expensive treatment, my tooth still isn’t functioning properly. Even after 3-4 months, it hurts whenever I bite. I suspect the filling was cut too deep, as there’s a noticeable difference in depth and pattern between the treated tooth and my healthy one. When I explained this to the dentist, the only response I got was, ‘’That’s just me, not a problem with the operation”. I tried to communicate with the dentist to at least get a partial refund (spent 900£ on a very small broken part filling)in order to cover my cost to redo it elsewhere (since I didn’t trust the dentist anymore I wanted to redo it elsewhere which would be extra costs) It’s been over 8 months now, and my tooth still hurts when I bite. I know it won’t ever fully recover to how it was before. I suggest anyone considering coming here for a dental treatment think carefully.

Fantastic experience: Been going to Dr Sheri for years now and honestly, the only dentist I look forward visiting. She is very much a no-fuss, no hassle dentist. All I do is show her my insurance policy and she’ll advise me on what’s the best options for me within my insurance coverage. Calm, assuring and full of integrity. Fantastic experience: What a fantastic dental surgery! I was in a lot of pain after having a filling done at a different dental practice. I picked up a gum infection whilst having the filling, and was in constant pain with my tooth. Dr Sheri was fantastic! She realised that my tooth needed to be filed down to stop the pressure on the tooth. She also looked at lots of different ways to treat my gums. Dr Sheri is a very experienced dentist and really cares about her patients. She's the best dentist I've ever been to, thank you Dr Sheri.

Negative experience: ❗️❗️WARNING ⛳️ This clinic will treat you with no respect and care, they will do whatever they want with your teeth without asking your permission. After they do whatever is quicker & easier they will they to convince you that it’s ok. This what happened to me: Came for one front porcelain crown. On the day of preparation doctor started reshaping my other front teeth for no medical reasons and without my permission , I said I wasn’t comfortable with that 2 weeks later came for the fit, everything was fast in a bad way, doctor did not show the crown and how it will look before permanently fixing it. The crown was too big so she decided to reshape my healthy teeth and now it’s shorter and narrower. During the appointment I tried stopping her unfortunately she managed to remove quite a bit. She claims it’s for harmony ‍♀️ unfortunately me and my partner do not agree as now my front teeth all of different shape, size, length. They cannot explain reasonableness apart from “harmony” They said that did nothing wrong but refusing to send me all photos before and after. Now they using threatening techniques to stop me from requesting my photos.

Fantastic experience: I signed up earlier this year to HPDC and recently had an appointment with Dr Sukhi and have to say - this man is wonderful. I was nervous about my situation / treatment that might be needed / costs etc but my mind was put at ease from the moment I walked in. His manner, explanations, ability to put you at ease is first class. A truly brilliant medical professional and great person. The rest of the team are all great too - booking is easy, always a friendly welcome - highly recommended

Negative experience: Extremely unreliable and I feel treated with no respect. I feel as if my politeness and patience has been taken for a joke. I first attended the clinic in early March for a scale and polish, and to be referred to a hospital for orthodontic treatment. When I followed up with Hyde Park in July chasing up the referral as I hadn’t heard back anything from the Hospital yet, they told me that the waiting times can be up to 24 months. However, when I contacted the Hospital to confirm if they received my referral, the Hospital informed me that they told Hyde Park the very same day that my referral was sent that they couldn’t accept me. I think it is completely unacceptable that this was missed by Hyde Park and would not have been noticed if I did not follow up directly with the Hospital myself - I have lost months in waiting time for much needed orthodontic treatment through absolutely no fault of my own. It is dangerous and very concerning that this was missed by Hyde Park. On July 18th, I sent a politely worded email letting Hyde Park know of the situation and that I am upset over losing months’ of time, and if they can please advise on next steps. It has been 9 days since that email has been sent and I have had absolutely no confirmation of receipt let alone any answers on how next I am meant to seek the orthodontic treatment that I require. This is an absolutely sad way to treat a patient who has invested time, money and most importantly faith in your services. I feel very unfairly treated in this situation and being ignored by the clinic is very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: I am visiting from the US and broke my front tooth. The staff was so kind and fit me in on the day I phoned, at the end of their work day. I was so thankful for their kindness. Dr Sheri Naghibi was amazing. She knew exactly what to do and was very professional and caring. I wish I lived in London as she would be my dentist!

Negative experience: Honestly not the best at all. They somehow didnt send my referal in time (gave me wrong hospital name that I ended up chasing for them to tell me it was never them and had to contact NhS directly), tried to charge me 50quid for a cancellation that was given 21h instead of 24h before (because apparently didnt read my email for full day next day and saw it only 30min before rdv per receptionist) and didnt take me when I was in horrible pain from the 2 roots canal they messed up the referal for. Honestly you will find better

Fantastic experience: Extremely positive experience. Amazing customer service from every department at the clinic. The receptionist, Thayse, is always so friendly and helpful when setting up appointments whether it’s on the phone or at the clinic. I was able to get an appointment on the same day when I called with Dr. Filipa who was extremely friendly and competent. She explained everything she was doing in a way that was easy to understand and it was all done quickly. If you need any kind of work done on your teeth, I highly recommend Hyde Park Dental Clinic.

Negative experience: I have been using the clinic services for around seven years and I have to say the reception staff does let down. The price list in the website describes a scale and polish from £90, scale and polish with air polish from £115 and it does not specify who will perform the service, I have always used the services of an amazing Dentist Dr Michel and I have always paid £90 for that service. Now the receptionist says the price is £150 for the dentist to perform the scale and polish, when I question her she says that this has always been the price. She then checks my records and confirms that I have paid last time £90, but prices went up since the last time I was there, even though website prices don’t match what she wants to charge and website description doesn’t match what she is saying (she says £90 is the price charged by the hygienist). I have to say I feel very uncomfortable and disappointed with the reception service. It’s a shame that after all those years I am now looking for a new clinic when the dentistry service is excellent. Update (I’m writing this three weeks later): I have been contacted by the clinic the very next day after I posted the review, they have apologised but very discreetly suggested that I misread the price list, they said I didn’t see the pricing correctly because I probably used a mobile to check prices, I wrote the review on my phone and have double checked the website to make sure I wasn’t being unfair and yes you can see the pricing in a mobile phone or laptop the same. Their website pricing clearly has been updated and the new prices do say how much a hygienist or a dentist will charge.

Fantastic experience: We are visiting from the states and our daughter had tooth pain. We were worried she had an infection. We were able to make a same day appointment. The staff and dentist were very accommodating and knowledgeable. The space was clean and easily accessible. We paid for the exam fee over the phone. This is normal if you are curious so please be mindful of that if you are traveling from another country. Thank you to the staff and Doctor for being available, friendly and thorough during our visit.

Negative experience: feel like a mug going there, spent over £1600 for treatment temporary fillings which i wasnt even told at the time would only last two months, barely two months and one pretty much shattered while having lunch, when i spoke to the lady on the phone was only told pretty much tough luck its a temporary fillings and they are designed to only last two months and we cant do anything about it. refused refund on a filling that was not done (after the above happend I was not really going to return to get an extraction done) still had credit on my account with them which they have now said does not exist didnt have one tooth done on the day as was told that there is no point in putting a filling in as the tooth is to wobbly and it would be better using the money paid for the filling on extraction (£180 paid for filling) didnt get the filling and said i would think about the extraction and use money towards that whole experience felt like i have been scammed (stick with your local dentist or NHS dentist)

Negative experience: I thought I’d found a great dentist at first and was happy with their service albeit they charged £180 for a standard clean. I went there because my inlay fell out. They stuck it back in twice and didn’t charge me the second time which I was happy about. However it fell out again and I’ve had a temporary glass filling put in. 2 weeks later this fell out and they have said it is a temporary filling despite it only being 2 weeks! Makes me not want to spend £750 on a filling (their price) if they just fall out!! FOLLOW UP: The practice sent me a message (below) asking me where I got these prices from (!) Sheri quoted me £180. This number was not plucked from thin air. Where was the £90 option when I was treated? Also, I was NEVER made aware of a £150 white filling when I enquired. I I guess only some people benefit from their lower prices then. Their reply below is an example of gaslighting, hence why I've reduced my review by a star.

Fantastic experience: I needed a super huge treatment on my teeth, 2 of them they were basically destroyed and I started a root canal treatment with the doctor Jacqueline Jacobs and she did such an amazing job, she let my smile perfect again, she was tender and careful with me. Even the receptionist, Thais, she was lovely and informed me of everything all the time. A great team, 100% recommendable.

Negative experience: The dentist was friendly and knowledgeable, but the clinic was let down by the other staff. My initial interaction with the receptionists was curt and unwelcoming, and I was given no indication that my appointment would then be 15 mins late. I feel like I was forced to pay more money through underhanded sophistry; the pricing structure is opaque and almost deliberately confusing. It was not explained to me adequately beforehand or even afterward. The receptionists come across as incompetent and pretentious; not a good combination. I will not be coming back here.

Fantastic experience: I usually don't post reviews but we I most appreciate the good services I received. Everything about this practice is excellent 5 stars really. Great hospitality! From the moment I walked into reception Fernando and Thayse always made me feel comfortable and welcome. My dentist Michel Furtado is very special, caring and highly professional. He explained everything in detail beforehand. I have to say I'm a very nervous patient as I'm allergic to anaesthesia but I was made to feel really at ease during my treatment thanks to Dr Michel and the very kind Nurse. I had my implant today and it feels just like my natural tooth. I can't be happier. I highly recommend this dental clinic.

Negative experience: This practice they only like to charge you extra for every thing. It’s all about money And the receptionist ask you to pay extra than the dentist told you so always double check with dentist then pay the receptionist. Thanx god I don’t go there anymore I’m with new practice they are very nice staff and dentist

Fantastic experience: We all agree that a shop’s window display is the trigger to make us go inside the shop. Taking the same analogy, what does makes you go to a specific dental practice? They don’t have window displays to charm us in. In my view, the person who picks up our call is crucial to connect with us and make us go further to book an appointment. I must confess my case was very tricky. I have an elderly mother (86 years old) who has mobility and mental health issues. On top of all that she misplaced her denture which had a major impact on her overall wellbeing and mine too as she stopped eating most things. Thayse from Hyde Park Dental Clinic picked up my call and instantly connected with me and my tricky situation. It was one of those rare occasions in which you feel so lonely because nobody can truly understand how difficulty your situation is looking after an elderly person who can’t live independently anymore and then you meet someone who does know exactly what you are going through. While sharing her attention to other patients/clients in person, Thayse managed not just to listen to me over the phone, but to really understand my situation. With her vast knowledge of the practice she laid out all the options I had regarding the Brazilian dentists and, therefore, helped me to make an informed choice of whom my mother should see. This was not the end of it, I was able to see in person how versatile and efficient Thayse is with patients and dentists. I was so impressed with her professional performance that I even thought if she could be the Project Manager in my wedding! My mum has been seen by Dr Jacqueline Jacobs who so far has been wonderful. When my mum’s case is complete I will make a review separately.
