Fantastic experience: ⭐ A truly exceptional dental practice – The Courtyard Clinic ⭐ I cannot thank The Courtyard enough for the incredible care I’ve received over the past few months. I went in originally feeling extremely nervous — I’ve always struggled with anxiety, and I was dealing with an infection and generally bad teeth. They saw me straight away and, before anything else, took the time just to sit and talk with me. That alone made such a difference. From that first visit, they have been nothing short of amazing. They created a clear plan to help improve my teeth, and every step has been handled with so much kindness, patience, and professionalism. What truly makes this place unique is how they make you feel: safe, calm, and genuinely cared for. If you’re a nervous patient, this is absolutely the place you want to be. Their support goes far beyond the appointments. They even have a WhatsApp service where you can reach out anytime — even at weekends — and they always respond with reassurance and guidance. I recently had a tooth extracted, something that would usually terrify me, but thanks to the team at The Courtyard I honestly didn’t feel the fear I normally would. They talked me through everything, kept me calm, gave me a stress ball, put Friends on in the background — and it didn’t hurt at all. Everyone there is truly special. They make time for you, they never rush you, and they treat you as a whole person, not just a set of teeth. A huge shoutout to Claire, Emma, and Alison for being absolute stars. I’m so grateful to have found this practice. If you're hesitatin, feeling anxious or embarrassed about your teeth like i was, look them up right now - you won't regret it!! Highly, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had a really great experience at The Courtyard Clinic. Claire did whitening and a crown fitting for me – I was a particularly tricky case as the tooth I was covering was grey, but they did an amazing job at making it super natural. Was really impressed with the quality. (In a routine visit to my orthodontist, he commented on what a great job they had done!) I also go to Kate for my hygienist appointments and she’s absolutely wonderful. Would recommend her to everyone! One of the bonuses of going to The Courtyard Clinic is how easy it is to communicate with the receptionists, dentists and nurses prior to and following appointments if you have any questions/concerns. They are really attentive and reply so quickly via WhatsApp – it makes for a very smooth and personal experience.

However I went with a friend to see Claire and explained how she would do it, which would give me the results I want. So far I am SO pleased with it and do different to how it's turned out before! x

Fantastic experience: I really recommend The Courtyard Clinic. I became a patient four months ago and was very very nervous having avoided dentists for years! Everyone at The Courtyard are so lovely, understanding and reassuring. I have now had quite a bit of treatment and I really have felt looked after. Dr Clare, Dr Andrew and Dr Niraj are all really expert dentists and lovely, and during all my treatments they made sure I was pain free and comfortable. Alison the Practice Manager checked up on me regularly after appointments and Emma and the other nurses are friendly, smiley and offer lots of support. The hygienist was brilliant too! My teeth look and feel really good now, they will definitely be seeing me regularly going forward

Took the time to give advice on what I could do to maintain better health, thank you so much!! Got Vivera retainers too from Dr Claire, was so caring and thorough too. Priced so well, less than half of the amount quoted by other dentists!!! Retainers fit so well and snug. Absolute gem of a place hidden in Chertsey!

The reception staff are welcoming and friendly and always on hand to help. I see Niraj and he is incredible, calm, patient and friendly, I instantly felt at ease. My children see Claire and Beena and they are equally as warm and friendly and absolutely brilliant with my children. The dental nurses are friendly and knowledgeable and always welcoming with a smile. I can’t leave a review without mentioning Kate, the amazing hygienist. Kate is absolutely brilliant and instantly made my children and myself feel at ease, her friendly and gentle demeanour is reassuring and calming. Thank you Courtyard for always looking after us.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I entered the staff were welcoming and made me feel at ease knowing I was a very nervous patient who was dreading my tooth extraction. Andrew and the lovely dental nurse made me feel so comfortable with how the procedure was going to feel and talked to me through the whole thing which was over in mere minutes and I left elated and in less pain then when I went! And with a huge smile on my face. I have another treatment IV been putting off and now have no worries or anxieties about coming back. Would recommend this dentists to anyone whether your nervous or not, if you want top notch, caring professionals, this is the place to come.

Fantastic experience: I returned to the Courtyard Clinic after some time away for various reasons. From my first contact with them (via email) to their immediate response (via email and WhatsApp), the support has been impeccable, and they managed to arrange an appointment with both the dentist and hygienist the same week. When I arrived and during the visit, the team completely put my mind at rest, and we've agreed on a treatment plan. I even received a follow-up message to check how everything went. Fantastic experience: Claire is an absolute miracle worker! I suffer with TMJ and she's always really patient with me. She suggested getting a splint due to grinding and Botox in my masseter to try and relieve some pressure and help ease my chronic migraines. Honestly did not expect it to work after the last 20 years of having them, but I haven't had a single one since the treatment 3 months ago! If you suffer with migraines, go and see Claire!

Fantastic experience: It was great to see Andrew the other day - I hadn't been to rhe dentist for a very long time and was a little embarrassed to be honest. However, I shouldn't have worried he made me very welcome and wasn't at all judgemental. He talked me through all my treatment options and costs and said we would make a decision together as to how we move forward. I have finally found a dentist I feel I can trust. Fantastic experience: Visited the courtyard clinic as a referral from my dentist for a tooth extraction. I’m a very nervous patient but through the whole process from booking to the procedure everyone i spoke to and met were extremely friendly, kind and calming putting me at complete ease? Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at The Courtyard Clinic Chertsey for 17 years and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for my dental care. As I get older the chance of dental issues grows and it gives me great comfort knowing whatever my problem is the team at the Courtyard have the knowledge, experience and professionalism to make me feel at ease, and confident that they can provide a solution in house as quickly as possible. I recently needed a dental implant and as a nervous patient and needle phobic this was quite daunting. The whole process was explained by Dr Bhavin who gave me the confidence to go ahead with the implant. I was absolutely amazed that I didn't even feel the injection never mind the tooth extraction and insertion of the titanium implant into bone. I didn't even need an aspirin once the anaesthetic wore off, although strong painkillers were available if necessary. The standard of dentistry at the Courtyard is exceptionally high, with all specialist treatments available without having to be referred outside, the support team are knowledgeable and caring and the ambience makes patients calm and comfortable. I would and do recommend the practice to friends.

Fantastic experience: The dentists here actually have magic hands and have been very patient with me. I'll write a further review once all the work is complete. Update. Being terrified of even the thought of dentists it was becoming a problem. Once I found these guys I can get through that count down to my appointment day and time without having to worry. Root canal treatment was catered for. Various fills and that lovely week end hygienist has become more of a day out rather then crippling fear and anxiety. A big thank you to the team.

I can truly say that everyone at Courtyard Clinic have been so friendly, knowledgeable, professional and genuinely take care of their patients. Fantastic experience: Beena and Claire have been brilliant with my daughter. She had little top incisors, one of which was badly rotated, so has had Invisalign to move her teeth in to the right places, and is getting composites to build up the teeth (and also repair some damaged ones). We travel all the way up from Surrey and it is completely worth it. We could not find anywhere in Surrey where orthodontistry and restorative dentistry could be done alongside one another in the same place, where we felt comfortable that they knew exactly what they were talking about, and with lovely dentists who completely put my daughter at ease. She is absolutely delighted with her teeth now. I highly recommend The Courtyard Clinic.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to a dentist for many years as I’ve always been afraid and very nervous. From the moment I spoke with the receptionist I felt at ease. I then met the dentist and his nurse and again they couldn’t have been nicer. My treatment for a broken tooth was carried out without me feeling a thing. They reassured me constantly. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and I have already made a follow up appointment to correct the damage caused by years of unnecessary fear and neglect.

Fantastic experience: Initially went to get my teeth whitened but after a thorough check-up by Dr Claire, she found some cavities, gum disease, and that I grind my teeth at night for which I need a mouth guard. She also suggested Invisalign to correct my deep bite and separate my front and bottom teeth which could also be used to whiten my teeth in a single package. I didn't feel pressured to get any treatment she suggested so that was great. I ended up getting fillings with her for my cavities and she did a masterful job. I also had an appointment with Kate the hygienist and that was great too. I would have gone for the full treatment she suggested if it were not for the fact that I'm moving away. However, I felt comfortable and in good hands with the entire team, so I can safely recommend them!

She had been highly recommended to me by several of my friends who have been coming to see her for a few years. My experience has so far been brilliant. Fantastic experience: FANTASTIC I drove 2 hours to the clinic and over 3 hours home after treatment and it was completely worth it. The treatment was for my 11 year old son, they put a massive smile back on his face after receiving bullying due to white spots on his front teeth. Fantastic experience: I have had quite a bit of treatment since joining the clinic in 2020, with Claire, Bhavin and Beena. The treatment includes, white fillings, a crown replacement, an inlay, gum grafting and Invisalign. Now I am happy to smile showing my teeth again. A lovely friendly and skilled clinic, that I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Had a long overdue tooth removed today by Dr Sa'ada Ladan, I never leave reviews but I have to say she is a really lovely lady and she made me feel so at ease. Thorough and caring, of course it was an uncomfortable experience but her being so lovely was definitely a help. Will be back for more dental work soon. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Can't fault the Courtyard Clinic. I've moved areas but had to keep them as my go-to dental practice, even if it's a bit of a drive now. Very thorough, caring and attention to the detail! I always look forward to my appointments.

Fantastic experience: I had roughly 1 year of Invisalign and then onto composite edge bonding with Beena and I have just left with my new smile. Beena was absolutely fantastic throughout, her level of attention to detail is second to none and she has honestly made my teeth look amazing. They look so natural! Beena has been great throughout at providing help when needed and giving advice. Wendy who assists Beena has always been very kind and welcoming and the pair of them together work so well - I couldn’t recommend them both enough. The team that work on reception (Allison and Paige) have always been so welcoming and responsive via text and have always followed up to make sure everything was going well. The team at The Courtyard Clinic are really amazing and I feel blessed to have had such a fantastic experience with them! Thank you again to Beena and Wendy for changing my smile - I am now wedding day ready! If anybody is thinking about Invisalign and bonding I would just say to do it and most definitely with The Courtyard Clinic!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend the Courtyard Clinic to anyone seeking private dental treatment. They were recommended to me following a tooth breaking down and the service received was exceptional. I was offered an initial consultation for free which outlined my various treatment options. I then saw Dr Andrew Gough for my extraction and couldn't have asked for a better service - he was professional, reassuring and efficient making sure that I was comfortable at all stages of the procedure. I was given detailed follow up advice and they even checked in with me the following day to make sure everything was okay. Definitely a five star service

Fantastic experience: The Courtyard Clinic team are fab, everyone I have interacted with are always so friendly and helpful. Love that you can just WhatsApp them - they always respond so quickly, and also check in post-appt. I’ve had regular general check ups, and hygienist appts which are always seamless. I’m also doing Invisalign with them, Beena and the team have been great throughout my journey so far, setting realistic expectations, providing support, quick responses to scans, and I definitely feel the price paid has been more than worthwhile considering the level of service and care provided. Would certainly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic...fantastic...FANTASTIC! Staff are caring and considerate and always willing to help in any way they can. I am an incredibly nervous patient all stemming from childhood and this has seriously affected my visits to the dentist. I have never found a dentist who makes you feel at ease and actually enjoy the whole dental experience. I have at The Courtyard Clinic. All the way from Alison the manager, through to Andrew and Emma, the dental team who have been caring for me and my teeth. They have all been amazing. As a young adult, I can safely say that I enjoy going to the dentist! I never thought I'd be saying those words. I have needed quite a bit of work done on my teeth but Andrew and Emma are the dream team and have made my dental visits so comfortable. I sit in the chair and actually laugh, it's feels like friends meeting up! It is so refreshing to find a dental team who actually listen to your worries and find a way to make the experience comfortable and pain free. I will never go anywhere else.
