At 68 it became clear my dental health had deteriorated to the point where I was looking at a future of careful eating to avoid further tooth loss. Fantastic experience: Chris (and the team at clear dentistry) are very proactive with a combination of monitoring and recording emerging issues (using high quality photography for example to monitor tooth wear) and helping with mouth hygiene. All my previous dentists were less proactive and you can probably tell. I’d far rather know the options available to me and have some evidence of what is going on inside my mouth to help make an informed decision. Dental Interventions are expensive and it’s not always possible to just do everything you need instantly, but I feel that Chris gives me the information I need to make an informed decision on whether or not to have a certain treatment.

Positive experience: I have moved to Clear Dentistry recently. I was recommended by several friends in Alresford. I have just had one appointment in which Luke reassured me about upcoming treatments I will need. He was welcoming and seemed to remember I was formerly one of his patients. He was able to give me a very clear report after examining my teeth. He is also very aware how expensive dentistry is but I note the prices on his website look less than I have been paying. Overall Luke has renewed my faith in dentists and I trust future dentistry for me will be appropriate at the time and expertly carried out. The process of changing dentists was done in a very friendly no hassle sort of way by the receptionists.

Fantastic experience: Clear Dentistry is on another level, compared to any other surgery I have visited. Three main areas set them apart in my mind: Patient engagement: photos and scans shown on a screen in the room show the patient what is going on in their mouth, and provide justification for the treatment recommended. Use of modern techniques: the dental dam used during procedures is a game changer. Makes the whole experience much more pleasant. Almost every other device used is a more up to date version, and therefore less intrusive and faster. Preventative treatment: other practices leave issues until they escalate to treat. Clear Dentistry advise treating minor issues before they become major ones. Overall, I can’t recommend them more.

Fantastic experience: I attended the clinic with some trepidation as the screw for my implant had sheered off. Chris very quickly put me at ease. He was highly professional, explained each step he was going to take and reassured me he’d fix this, which of course he did. The letter he sent to my dentist explained fully what had been done, what the next step needed to be and made some recommendations to perhaps avoid a reoccurrence. I was impressed the minute I walked in to reception. Very modern and very business like while everyone I met showed appropriate care and consideration. I can’t recommend Clear Dentistry enough.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Invisalign plan & service to fix a problem with my front teeth wearing each other out. The alternative would have been very expensive & time consuming treatment by an orthodontist. I was in awe of the fantastic technology perfectly executed and well explained by Dr. Leigh Knowles. The final step was for Leigh to fix some broken & chipped front teeth which he did very well. Fantastic experience: After many years of dental issues and pain accumulating , but not being resolved with my NHS dentist i gave up , and asked Dr Chris Leech if he could help. I write this review 18 months after our first meeting. Chris was able to see me the day after my initial call, and did a comprehensive review of my situation, utilising tools technologies and expertise, just not available to me within the NHS. Within a couple of hour's I’d had CT scans X-rays and photography which confirmed issues i could see myself, with every single tooth in my mouth . These ranged from badly fitting fillings and crowns, a cross bite that was putting undue pressure on my teeth, to abscesses under the teeth in 3 of the 4 quadrants of my mouth. The following day I was emailed a step by step plan of what could be done to resolve each problem, together with timescales and costs. I was immediately relieved that someone was finally taking a holistic view of the whole job and not just reacting to apparently unrelated issues as i had previously been used to. What followed was 6 months of major functional dental surgery , with many hours in the chair. The outcome not only solved my significant pain problems, but also has had a big cosmetic improvement as a sideline. I cannot thank Chris and the whole team enough for the care they have shown me, and the results achieved. It’s now 12 months after completion of that intensive work, i am still overjoyed by the outcome. My visit to Clear Dentistry this week was to see the Hygienist , catch up with the wonderful reception team, and of course Chris for my check up. Unsurprisingly i have no issues to report whatsoever . Thank you so much to each and every one of you, i look forward to seeing you again in 6 months time.

I was very nervous about the damage I had done but after an x-ray and check with Luke I was reassured that the damage was repairable. The reception team are always so helpful.
