We have been patients of Dental Concepts for a while and the service and staff are always very friendly and helpful. The children were good and very knowledgeable asked questions and led still. The children received a sticker at the end of their appointment. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I honestly couldn’t be happier with my dentist! From the moment you walk in, the reception staff make you feel welcome—they’re so lovely and friendly. I really appreciate the reminders they send out. The dentist and dental nurse are fantastic. They really know their stuff, but what I love most is how they explain everything they’re doing and why. It makes me feel completely at ease, and they’re always happy to answer any questions I have. They’re so personable and approachable. My daughter and I go for check-ups every six months, and I genuinely feel like they take great care of us. They’re so thorough and clearly care about keeping our teeth healthy. It never feels rushed or like we’re just another name on a list, they treat us like people, and that means a lot. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a dental practice where you feel valued and looked after.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of this practice for over 30 years when it was originally Noel Davis dental surgery. Noel still takes care of my teeth, now under Dental Concepts. Clearly I’m extremely happy with the dental care I receive given the length of time I’ve been a patient, but also the team at Dental Concepts are great. Always extremely accommodating and friendly. A great dental practice, where you feel relaxed and in extremely good hands. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I have had a fear of dentists for many years and was always putting off booking an appointment, that was until 2 months ago when my tooth ache was soo bad that I had no choice really but to get it checked out. I wasn't registered with a dentist at the time and so I read reviews and rang up dental concepts and managed to get an emergency appointment that day! Now I was very anxious and apprehensive about going but as soon as I arrived my mind was put at ease! The receptionist a lovely lady called Tracy greeted me with a lovely friendly smile and reassured me straight away! The dentist I was seeing was Abbin John and I can hand on heart say that I literally no longer have a fear of dentists. Ive been 3 times now as I have needed some fillings and Abbin is so kind and patient with me and reassured me every step of the way, he will stop if I need a little break and then resume when I am ready! If anyone like me has a fear of dentists then please get yourself booked in here! Everyone really is so very lovely ! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you xx

Negative experience: Unfortunately not a good experience this morning. Firstly the Dentist arrived late. He seemed to be in a bad mood. The extraction was a bit painful.

Fantastic experience: I have always dreaded the dentist and haven’t been for years. But had to go as had really bad toothache and needed a tooth out. I’ve been there twice now and both times everyone there was really patient with me and made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend them.

Reassurance, full explanation of options, all first class. Very pleased so far. Excellent. Update: 7th August 2024. Just finished my treatment program and I can thoroughly recommend this practice. Dr Pritesh has cured my phobia of injections (and all dental treatment). For the first time in my life, I am really comfortable with going to the dentist. Seriously, if you hate having dental treatment, Pritesh is the person to go too. So pleased with everything and all the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I’m a new Client so this was my first visit. Had a consultation with Abbin who checked my teeth and gums and we discussed ideas moving forward. He also recommended a teeth clean and did it as part of the appointment. Next appointment is in 2 weeks to discuss things further with the dentist. Have to say everyone is super friendly at Dental Concepts, Southampton. I had already forewarned them that I suffer from anxiety and they made me feel so at ease.

Fantastic experience: Today, I had to have a front tooth filling. Abbin John and his nurse were amazing. I'm asthmatic and my breathing wasn't so good. They both showed care and understanding and after a couple of stops, the tooth was filled nicely. I do highly recommend Dental Concepts to everyone. I am the most nervous of patients and they are the most brilliant understanding, caring people.
