Always polite Today’s visit was with a new lady dentist (sorry I couldn’t remember her name, age thing :-) It was a really pleasant visit and she along with her assistant chatted away and reassured me whilst carrying out my appointment. Negative experience: I was contacted early sept to arrange appointment for check up - earliest I was given was 10th Nov. I attended appointment and was kept waiting for 20 mins with no explanation as to why. The assistant wanted to start my appointment until the dentist was available to take over.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentistry. I've been at Leven Vale for the past 2-3 years and I've never had a problem. My dentist (Kareem Siddiqui) is great at his job. He's attentive and listens if I have a problem with my teeth. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend :)

Fantastic experience: I can’t thank Dr Bushra and Nurse Sammy enough. I have just finished my Invisalign treatment and I’m so happy with the results. Both of the ladies were so lovely and made me feel so at ease at all my appointments. Dr Bushra referred me to get my wisdom tooth taken out after taking X-rays and noticing potential future problems, she sorted my referral for me and even removed my stitches after they failed to dissolve. 10/10 I would recommend this treatment and certainly this dentist to anyone

Fantastic experience: Moneeb has been my dentist since I joined the practice and I was sad to hear he was leaving. He is the best dentist I have ever come across. Professional & personable with a very calming personality for a patient who, like me, is anxious when attending dentists. I have had a very bad experience with a past dental practice and after having treatment by Moneeb, I have total faith in him, as a dentist, and he has restored my faith with his professionalism. He will be a sad loss to your practice, that's for sure.

Fantastic experience: I had my routine 6-monthly check-up with Dr. Moneeb today. The appointment went very smoothly — he carried out a thorough examination of my teeth and gums and also removed some tartar build-up around the base of my lower teeth. I was sad to learn that Dr. Moneeb will be leaving soon, but I’m very grateful I had the opportunity to thank him in person for the excellent care and service he has provided.

Dr Moneeb Ahmad at Leven Vale is friendly and explains what he’s doing, which is very reassuring. The reception staff are also helpful and friendly. Going to the dentist will never be my favourite thing, but Leven Vale has made the experience a whole lot easier. I’d highly recommend this practice.

When I asked about moving on to a monthly plan two of the staff separately told me that, as an NHS patient, I would not have any benefit from it. I still get the same number of checkups and scale & polishes, and emergency appointments as tbe number offered by that plan. I felt very reassured by this honesty. I would definitely recommend them.
