Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic service. I have been going to Blueberry for years for my dental needs and am shocked every visit with how high the standards are. From lovely Sophie on reception to having any work done, the standards never drop from the moment you enter. I recently had some work done by Dr Vibhu Bali with Betty and Miyah also helping; each of them making me feel in safe hands and comfortable throughout. The dentist can be a daunting place but at Blueberry they explained everything which allows me to keep my peace of mind. All them fantastic. I also see the Hygienist every six months, and have done for a while now. I see Jo and Julia; both are ridiculously good at what they do. The hygienist used to be something I would dread, but since having my work done here, I feel so much more comfortable due to the high standards of work from everyone who works there. I would absolutely recommend Blueberry to anyone (and have done) fantastic place for any and all dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Blueberry Dental enough. I first reached out in pain & desperation at 11pm on 23rd December, not expecting a response, but they replied by 11:18pm & had me booked in for a 9am appointment on Christmas Eve. At the check-up the next day, I mentioned how surprised I was to receive such a quick reply so late at night & the owner explained that they wouldn’t normally respond at that time; however, he saw my email & wanted to give me certainty that the problem could be fixed so I could sleep that night. That meant so much. From the very first check-up, the care has been absolutely incredible. I was assessed quickly & X-rays were done using the most impressive, modern equipment (no awkward holding plates or uncomfortable positioning - just a simple scan that moves around your head) It’s very clear that this practice takes pride in being clinically up to date & holds itself to high standards. Everything was clearly explained, including treatment options, estimates & costs, which were very reasonable & transparent throughout. My wisdom tooth was coming through & had become infected; antibiotics were prescribed straight away, which really helped ease my pain. I felt so reassured by the team throughout. They later removed my wisdom tooth & again the level of care was outstanding. From reception, to the nurses, to the dentist, every single person was compassionate, reassuring & professional. I genuinely felt looked after at every step. As a result of this emergency treatment & the care I received, I’ve decided to stay with Blueberry Dental & have already booked a full general check-up in a couple of weeks’ time. I’m so grateful for the kindness, efficiency & support I received, especially at such a stressful time of year as an emergency non client. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Blueberry Dental to anyone. Fantastic experience: I am a semi-retired dentist and have known Bob for over 15 years. Recently, I needed a second opinion regarding one of my own teeth and went to see Dr. Bob. He also kindly carried out a very thorough examination, which in my professional opinion was outstanding. I would personally recommend Bob as a dentist; he is highly knowledgeable and consistently keeps both his clinical skills and equipment up to date.

Fantastic experience: As a very nervous patient and someone who has had a few bad experiences with NHS dentists in the past. I came to blueberry dental surgery in hope they could help. From the initial phone call with the lovely reception staff, to meeting Dr Bob, his hygienists & nurses. I have been blown away by the passion, understanding, commitment and honesty that has been shown. I have a long dental plan ahead but I can confidently say I have now found my dentist practice and would highly recommend to any one especially those with a fear of dentists. Normally I would have chosen sedation to have work completed but not anymore! Finally there is a dentist and team who has managed to build my confidence, worked on trust and got to know me and my fears. My experience so far has been nothing short of exceptional. Fantastic experience: Dr "Bob" To has been my dentist for my entire life (I'm now 25) and I absoloutely cannot fault the quality of care I have received from everyone I have seen at Blueberry Dental over the years. The whole team including receptionists, hygienists, dentists and assistants are fantastic at what they do and make the whole experience a real pleasure. I've always had confidence my teeth have been well looked after with the single cavity I've had filled in my life (over 10 years ago) being detected and sorted before I even knew it was there, and the quality of the filling is such that I couldn't even tell you which tooth it was! Bob also recommended preventative sealant over my molars when I was a teenager and I really do believe this helped prevent further caveties which I think is testament to the fact they do really think proactively over the health of your teeth. The team always discusses and explains treatment options with you in detail so you are able to understand at all times exactly what is going on & what the goals are so this allows you to make informed decisions on your own treatment. When I had a cycling accident that knocked a few front teeth out several years ago which required bone grafting to sort out ready for eventual implants, I was referred to a periodontist well known for being an expert in the field. Other referrals made to an orthodontist and a denture technician have also been absolutely 10/10 so you can really be confident that when care needs to be passed onto a specialist Blueberry Dental will put you in touch with other professionals who are brilliant at what they do. We have also recommended Blueberry dental to a family member who has previously been afraid of dentists and at Blueberry they're truly compassionate and understanding of these problems, striving to make treatment as comfortable as possible, and now she has no problems at all visiting regularly. I think the reviews you can see here are a true testament to all this and I'm certain you will not regret it if you choose to go with Blueberry Dental!

Fantastic experience: Receptionist Belinda, Dr. Anh Ky (Bob) To, Dental Nurse Kinga all provided PHENOMENAL service! close friend recommended I go to Dr. Anh Ky (Bob)'s dental practice and I was both relieved and ecstatic to finally have proper dental/oral care. From the moment I contacted the practice the receptionist Belinda, was amazing! I told her that I was coming from very, very South West UK and provided me with a late afternoon appointment in the event of any travel disruptions. She was extremely polite and accommodating and I was provided with costs for set treatments (initial examination, x-rays, basic fillings) made budgeting for the treatment a lot more manageable. On the appointment day, prior to the physical exam and x-rays Dr. Bob and Kinga made me feel incredibly welcomed, safe and valued. Dr. Bob took the time to explain what he was doing and why every step of the way. The entire appointment was person-centred, thorough, and affordable! I nearly almost burst into tears when they both offered to stay after time to fix a tooth that would've ended up infected. Yes, they still got paid, but they also didn't have to stay over time - but they knew I was coming from the deep South West and Dr. Bob gave me the choice as to whether or not I wanted treatment on the day. My tooth look brand new by the time Dental Nurse Kinga and Dr. Bob and had finished the treatment. I felt so relieved because I couldn't eat a tomato(or anything else super acidic) before seeing the team - thank you so much Nurse Kinga and Dr. Anh Ky (Bob)!!! The total cost (minus £50 appointment deposit) for all of this: new patient consultation, clinic colour photographs, white filling, x-rays, etc. was £233. I would have had to pay hundreds of pounds more through my NHS dentist, for one of these services alone! And to top that off, as the reception staff had left for the day, at the end of my appointment, I was told by Dr. Bob that as the admin team had gone for the day, I would receive a link the next day where I could pay online / through a QR code. I was astonished! What I also loved about the people working within the practice is, that not one person including Dr. Bob tried to offer me anything I didn't need and they took the time to truly LISTEN to what MY concerns were - which was all about preventative dental care - which was in alignment with Dr. Bob and the entire practice's ethos! :). Everyone was mindful of how far I travelled and took into consideration what I could financially afford, while still receiving what needed to be done. I highly recommend the professionals in this entire practice to anyone! MASSIVE THANK YOU TO NURSE KINGA, RECEPTIONIST BELINDA AND DR. ANH KY (BOB) TO for treating me so compassionately and providing excellent and quality service to me and countless others!

Fantastic experience: I can’t speak highly enough of this dental practice. I’m not a big fan of going to the dentist but it’s nice to walk in and feel at ease from the very beginning thanks to the receptionist (Sophie) who is very kind and helpful. The actual dentist (Vibhu) is also brilliant. His attention to detail and professionalism is top class and it’s obvious that he truly cares about what he does. A special mention has to go to the dental nurse Noor. She does her job unbelievably well whilst also bringing a personality to the job that has helped me feel at ease every time I’ve been.

Fantastic experience: This is the second year I've been coming to Blueberry and I'm very happy with everything they do here! I've always been very choosey about the dentist I see, having seen an exceptional dentist for many years until I moved away from that area. I have to say that the folks at Blueberry are really good at what they do, from the receptionists to the hygienists and the dentists. I can say that the care I've been given at Blueberry is as good as I received at my previous long-term dentist. Dr. Bate has carried out each of my checkups and she mentioned something that was wrong with my brushing technique. Making that change definitely helped me keep my teeth cleaner than they were before. She also gives other very useful advice, as do the hygienists. Dr. Bali did a great job repairing a gap between my tooth and gum, caused by brushing too hard. They have never advised, or offered, any unnecessary treatment. Seeing all reviews as five-star might make people rather suspicious, but in my experience the Blueberry team definitely deserve them! Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: I rarely write reviews but I want to shout out a truly, heartfelt and massive THANK YOU to Vibhu Bali & Noor Shouman. With only two working days before Christmas (!), I had to find a dentist after smugly swerving them for years. From greeting me at reception (it’s the little touches that make the difference), Vibhu quickly put me at my ease & the level of care, quality of communication and the work/skill he applied throughout my treatment was nothing short of excellent. Total recognition for Vibhu’s ability in leading me on the journey from apprehension to looking forward to & enjoying the next appointment, where even to my surprise I found myself drifting off, content in the knowledge that I was being looked after. Vibhu and Noor are a total credit to the Blueberry practice. Fantastic experience: After a life long avoidance of dentists and doctors I had a severe bout of toothache that led me to the doors of Blueberry Dental Surgery. To be honest, I was in such pain that I did not check any reviews or ratings as any treatment was better than what I was going through. So I considered myself very lucky to have found the team at Blueberry. I was so fearful when I came in that Dr. To probably found it quite hard to get me to focus and follow his basic instructions when he first examined me. He took time to go through all the issues that I currently have, explain the root of the problems and come up with a step by step treatment plan that would best suit my circumstances. Throughout the significant duration of the 1st treatment session (around 5 hours), everything was thoroughly explained and my reactions carefully observed to minimised discomfort and panic. The whole team could not be more gentle and skillful while treating me. I ended up having 9 fillings and some preparatory work for the root filling done on the day and the only thing that I felt was a little prickle at the time of the first anesthetic injection. I was actually able to have some normal food rather than another bowl of soup that evening. A few days later I came back to complete the root filling, this time a lot more assured and calm. The work was done in about three hours and the team was exemplary in their execution of the treatment. I went away with a clear understanding of what the team can do for me and what I need to do myself to correct the issues and prevent a recurrence. All in all, I am extremely thankful to have landed at Blueberry for this emergency. Because of the team's considerate and skillful treatment I am now cure of my irrational fear of dentists. I will soon be back for my regular oral care from now on:)

Fantastic experience: I never thought I would find myself recommending a dental surgery! But here I am, with not a bad word to say about the team at Blueberry. When I first needed emergency dental treatment about 5years ago, Blueberry dental surgery came highly recommended for nervous patients. I remember crying down the phone to the receptionist, and she was so incredibly supportive. When I arrived at the surgery she could see I was distressed and reassured me as best as she possibly could. I then met Bob, who listened to each and every one of my fears whilst I sat on a chair at the side of the room - he didn’t expect me to sit in the chair of doom at all! I allowed him to examine me, and he talked me through each and every step, showing me the tools that he was using and explaining what they would be used for - there would be nothing that caused pain, and Bob was true to his word. I unfortunately needed an extraction, which Bob undertook professionally but sympathetically. Fast forward a couple of years of avoiding the dentist, I revisited Blueberry and nothing has changed. The reception staff were so friendly, Liz who I had my initial examination with gave me so much wonderful advice, not just for me but for my little boy too, and put together a thorough treatment plan, and then of course Bob, with the support of Kinga, worked through my treatment plan across two visits and made sure I was so well looked after and offered endless reassurance. I finished my treatment yesterday, and had a phone call from the surgery this morning checking in to make sure I was okay, which was just such a lovely touch and really does show how much they care. I cannot thank Blueberry enough for how well they have looked after me over the years, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone

Fantastic experience: I am very impressed with the practice because when I couldn't get an emergency appointment for 4 days with my own dentist when my crown broke I was recommended to go to Blueberry Dental Surgery. I was given an appointment straight away. I was welcomed into the surgery first of all by the receptionists. Then by the dentist, who introduced himself as Bob. He explained everything he was doing and fixed my crown. I would recommend this surgery to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Firstly just to say Bob is a dental genius ! The customer care is exceptional from everyone in the practice. Along the way of an extensive treatment programme to restore great dental health, an older vaneer fell off and broke . On an evening this week a new replacement tooth was fashioned and fitted, just outstanding work and customer support . I want to give Blueberry Dental Surgery 6 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I recently registered at the Blueberry dental surgery having not been to a dentist for a while. I have been very impressed by the care I’ve received over several months of treatment. Everyone is very kind, considerate and professional. Each procedure is explained to you and so you know what is going on and what to expect. I was phoned after all the major work to check if everything was ok. I have not previously received such good service from a dental practice. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental practice. Dr Bob is superb at what he does, really takes the time to explain things to you and generally have a chat with you about things. He also really takes an interest in you as a person and always remembers to ask you about things personal to you. I also see Julia for hygienist and she is also fantastic. Very personable and chatty, and really puts you at ease. I used to hate going to the dentist but changing to Blueberry Dental a few years ago has been great and really changed my opinion of what is worth paying for when it comes to good oral health! Would recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Blueberry for a few months now and i'm very happy with the work they have carried out. They were able to take me on quickly when I had an emergency and fix it with the greatest of care. Anita is my dentist and she is amazing! She always makes me feel comfortable and explains exactly what she is doing. They have the latest technology and can show you exactly what they're doing at every step of the way. I have had nothing but amazing service from this lovely team and at a time of fear getting my two wisdom teeth taken out I had every bit of confidence in Bob. He made me feel relaxed and took all the fear away, it was 100% pain free, I did not have any doubt what so ever, this was such a gentle quick treatment I was so happy with it.
