Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to the dental practice now for over 20 years, and I have to say they are brilliant. I saw Dr. Prayesi Today, and I cannot praise her enough. Apart from being a lovely person, she is also an extremely efficient Dentist. I am very pleased that I will be seeing her now on a regular basis.

Fantastic experience: We had such a great experience bringing all three of my kids and myself to the practice. From the moment we walked in, the staff was so friendly and welcoming—it instantly put the kids at ease. The waiting area was clean, kid-friendly, and had just the right distractions to keep them happy while we waited. The dentist and nurse, Dr Prayesi and Noor were incredibly patient, gentle and kind. The Dr took her time explaining everything to the kids in a way that made them feel comfortable. All three of my children left smilling and happy with their treatment Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I approached this practice as I need a lot of treatment and they offered a cancellation appointment for 26th November which I attended. I was quoted £2270 for removal of my few remaining teeth and dentures fitted which I accepted. On the day two were removed and a few which were to be removed were polished which after the event seemed pointless as they were also to be removed. That cost £75 which shouldn't have been performed at all. I was sent to reception to pay and arrange future appointments to progress the treatment to be advised there was none available but I would be contacted to arrange them. There was no problem to them in taking £410 there and then, no surprise! I don't feel I'm unreasonable in asking for a schedule of treatment, dates and times so I can make arrangements to be off work and be certain I can attend appointments and complete the treatment I would be paying for. However that actually hasn't happened. The call to arrange the next appointment didn't happen so I chased up to be told there wasn't any available. Then I had two calls to offer two very short notice appointments as they had cancellations and wanted to fill them and generate revenue. I asked for a schedule of appointments over two weeks ago when I was offered a cancellation and have had no contact since. This really is the worst service I could imagine and also apart from telephone which is useless no email address or detail of who to contact to resolve issues is available. It helps to have a trail of correspondence which also isn't available. I was hoping to get all this resolved but I very much doubt that will happen Now 23.12.24 and guess what? No closer to a satisfactory outcome than I was before I initially made the first appointment. After the initial review was posted I received a call offering yet another cancellation with no idea when the following appointments would be. It appears they think it's acceptable to use paying patients to fill a slot here and there when they get cancellations, sorry it doesn't work that way. I've paid for X Rays and want them sent to me to pass onto whoever I approach to actually perform the treatment as this lot show no intention of doing it.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mechanie (apologies if incorrectly spelt). Is a fantastic dentist. I can’t lay flat and do not like dentists, that said DR M, understands this and I no longer need to take calming medication before my appointment. He’s very professional always happy Does a fantastic job on my teeth. Nurses are friendly and happy to talk. Receptionists are happy polite and helpful. In my experience can’t get better else where, been here the longest I’ve ever been at a dentist. I’ve tried a few. Spotlessly clean. So please give iver high street dentists a try.

Negative experience: Had my son's appointment cancelled twice and 2nd time was given another after 3 months! Went to the appointment and the dentist was so cold towards my 2 boys. In front of the youngest she bluntly asked if I wanted her to pull 1 of his teeth out!! Needless to say he freaked out and resisted. I will be looking for a new dentist going forward.

Negative experience: Not very pleased at all! • I booked for a filling. • I was given an assessment. • “I haven’t time to do a filling now as have my next appointment at 4pm” Was dentists reply when I said I’d booked for a filling. •. There were no patients in waiting area when I left at 4.05pm. • I was offered an appointment in 6 weeks time. • i have a big hole in my tooth which collects food particles , a breeding ground for further decay, uncomfortable in my mouth too. •. I wanted to discuss which type of filling to have. The dentist ‘cut me off’ and said “which one do you want”. Bit abrupt. • she went onto say I was overdue my check up. I told her I’ve been going to the Eastman Dental Hospital for the last three years where they obviously check my teeth properly. She brushed this fact aside and didn’t want to listen. I’ve come away from this appointment with the feeling that this dentist does not care. Does not care about my discomfort or inconvenience. She did not look to see if her next patient had arrived (they hadn’t). Starting my appointment on time, coupled with the fact that her next patient was rudely late, she did have ample time to do my filling. In all, I will be having two appointments when I only needed one. There are limited appointments available, if I’m to believe the media. I only needed one appointment. You do the maths.

Fantastic experience: I have been with this Practice for several years and have no complaints. Shaleeza makes you feel very much at ease, is a great dentist and recently applied some excellent cosmetic fillings to my front teeth, which I expect would have cost a fair bit in a Private Practice.
