Fantastic experience: Today I went to Bean Oak Dental Surgery for a routine check-up, and after a short wait, it was my turn. I was seen by Dr. Shirin Mirzadeh. The doctor examined my teeth with great care and attention. The atmosphere was very pleasant. All the staff at this clinic are truly courteous. We hope that this continued dedication and care will always remain the same.

Fantastic experience: Bean Oak Dental Care practice is excellent. From the very warm and friendly reception staff to the dentists and specialist. My recent dental experience was complex. Their kindness and care has made the recovery easier. Dr Rujuta Deshpande Is skilled and her warm and friendly personality has put me at ease, as has Zaki’s, every visit. I'm still recovering. The team are there every step of the way. I’m a worrier and find dental treatment gives me anxiety. All of that goes with the expertise of the staff. Nothing is too much trouble, he even came in on his day off to fit a crown prior to my surgery, this was very much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: I was treated by the Hygienist Marie, this afternoon. Being a nervous patient I was a bit apprehensive before my appointment. There was absolutely no need for this. Marie was very professional, explained everything before she did it, was extremely gentle, but still made it very clear on the areas that I needed to improve my cleaning. I will definitely be going back. Thanks also to the receptionists Jess and Mel, they were so welcoming when I walked into the practice, they greeted me by name, and put me at ease. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and treatment is only offered if needed not used as a revenue stream. Zacky is one of the best dentists I’ve ever had and am fortunate the practice is within walking distance of home. Fantastic experience: I know it’s strange to give 5 stars to a dentist but in my recent experience this is well deserved. I needed a wisdom tooth extracted. From start to finish I felt well looked after and the procedure, although very hard work for the dentist, was totally successful and left me with very little discomfort. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Today 25th January, I visited Bean Oak to have hygenist care with Jen. Jen was very easy to talk to, and took me through my record and medication. What followed was very thorough inspection of gums followed with tooth by tooth examination. Jen explained two areas that needed much more attention than the rest. I was impressed with the amount of attention given, and the stages involved. We discussed my tooth brushing regime, and interdental brushes I used and what she thought I could do to improve. Finally I was encouraged to change to 2 hygenist checks per year. A most pleasant experience all round.

Fantastic experience: Excellent and speedy treatment. I lost a front veneer and Abhishek took great to replace with a solid crown and tailor the fit so well It looked better than original That's why I have been with Beanoak for so long.

My dentist, Zaki, is always extremely pleasant and goes out of his way to explain the procedure he is going to do and to describe the various on-going options. Negative experience: Completely disorganised dental practice. I've lost count of the number of appointments they've cancelled on me. Used to be brilliant, but slipped downhill a lot in recent years. Hygienist is great, it's just getting to see her that's a challenge if you can make it past the reception team.

Fantastic experience: The team here are amazing, the reception team are attentive, welcoming and supportive even when it’s really busy and when it’s to try and fit anyone in. The nursing team are nice and make you feel welcome even before you go in. Zaki is great he puts you at ease, has a good bedside manner, explains things well, to the point, pros and cons etc. I for one are not a fan of needles however Zaki is good at managing this so in the end there’s no concern at all. Its true that sometimes appointments are cancelled, that’s just the world we live in at the moment, however an alternative is normally provided which isn’t that long a wait. However come Apr next year a new system is coming out which should improve availability. Fully recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: 10 years ago I was petrified of visiting the dentist, but then I found Dr Zaki at Bean Oak. He is a genius. Not only did he eradicate my fears, but he demonstrated just how good a dentist can be. He is understanding, patient, helpful and explains what is wrong, what is happening and what needs to be done. His staff are also wonderful. The best dentist I have met in over 60 years.

He always explains exactly what is happening and also what options I have including the cost of the work. The reception area is bright and clean, staff are polite and helpful. Fantastic experience: Always such a delight to see Zaki and the staff. Always so professional, friendly and inviting. Zaki is a wonderful dentist, genuinely concerned about his patients and making sure they are treated well and kindly.

Negative experience: Please avoid at all costs, the practice and staff are simply lovely, but the dentist (zaky) is no more than a cowboy builder in peoples mouths! I'm posting on behalf of my daughter, who has been treated really badly here. she has learning difficulties and has had abuse in the past. She is a nervous patient, even more so as her disability effects the use of anaesthetics. Recently she had an appointment where in the appointment she asked if her other teeth were okay, zaky said he had some time while the gums were getting numb, so he offered to just have a quick check of the other teeth. When the appointment was over, they paid for the treatment, but was confused as they had already paid last time in full, Zaky came out and explained that that old treatment had ended as it was over the 2 month period. - which made sense so they left. Later they checked their receipt's at home to discover it was under two months, feeling it must all be just a misunderstanding, they rang the dentist to clear it all up. Zaky then came on the phone, and then started getting angry at my daughter, causing her to become upset. Saying that now the extra payment they owed them was a charge for a check up.. as he gave a look at the teeth! He than remarked that it seems they care more about the money than good treatment. My daughter tried to explain but he was being very rude and kept cutting over her to talk, which only made her more confused. He left my daughter in tears, as she blamed herself for asking him if her teeth were okay, prompting that quick check of her teeth. She felt he didn't want to accept that he was changing his story, and when he said that he could check over the teeth for 3 min, he would then charge for an additional check up price. She had a follow up appointment last week for a filling that's needed...which they rang the day before to cancel due to appointments being moved around, they said they would call her back, but didn't. Today they told her that she and her whole family were discharged from the practice, over the fact that they didn't pay for their treatment - which is a lie! I am completely shocked that this has happened, with no consideration for a patient that has learning difficulties and is disabled. There was no compassion or empathy from this dentist. And to leave my daughter with unfinished care, with a hole in her tooth.. in these times when its so hard to find a NHS dentist, well its just cruel. If the dentist/surgery reads this, please don't bother to contact them, my daughter and family have suffered enough. If anyone is considering this dentist and has any disabilities, I would recommend you look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I first contacted beam oaks on Monday the 14th March with terrible pain. I was 7 weeks pregnant and had an abscess. The doctors wouldn’t see me and every dentist I called said they did not have space. The receptionist were so lovely and told me that would do what they can. A few hours later I received a call to say that one of there dentists (zakki) would see me and see what he can do. They have all been so lovely… root cannel treatment and a extraction later I’m finally out of the intense pain I was in and able to enjoy my pregnancy again. I cannot thank zakki and the receptionists enough for all of there help when a lot of people would of just turned me away. They have been amazing he is the more caring dentist I’ve ever met. He made me feel at ease straight away and bent over backwards to get me out of pain as quickly as possible. I would never go anywhere else again. Thank you old beams team you are amazing ❤️

Fantastic experience: Since I've benefited from seeing the dentist and hygienist today I thought I should share my experience. Both times I entered the practice today I was pleasantly greeted by the ladies on reception and checked in, Zaki my dentist is always incredible, and the hygienist did a wonderful job for me. After treatment I spent some time with the ladies on reception, every one of them were considerate and helpful. Every individual at this practice is lovely and very professional in their behaviour. This practice works so well together, it's a credit to them all.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Bean Oak Dental Care highly enough, the team are fantasic and very helpful, the reception team went above and beyond to help me with an emergency appointment recently and even called a few days later to see how I was feeling. I have been with the surgery for a long time and Zaki is incredible, makes me laugh on every visit, even the emergency one! I used to be a very nervous patient but I feel with the Bean Oak team that this is all in the past, as they immediately put me at ease with the friendly welcome at reception, through to the dreaded chair, where Zaki's personality shines through.

Fantastic experience: I woke up this morning to find that I had lost a filing overnight so rang the surgery at 8.30. I was contacted later in the morning by the reception team to say that there had been a cancellation that morning and did I want the appointment. By 11 am. Abeshad had completed the filing in the friendly and professional manner I have experienced over the years, and I left extremely pleased with the prompt and efficient service by the whole team. It was great to have the problem solved so quickly.

Negative experience: Receptionist are inattentive , absent and borderline rude. Although all the dentist there are amazing and professional you would have to suffer through the receptionist first.

Fantastic experience: The best dental experience I have had , pain free and a very lovely and gentle dentist. They came recommended and I can see why!
