All of the staff are so friendly and always have smiles on their faces, including the receptionists. I dealt with Izzy today and she is lovely and so helpful. Cannot fault them at all. Positive experience: Went for the first time today as an emergency appointment saw Dan he gave a very good explanation of what they were going to do and what treatment I would need.i didnt feel any pain with the injection and afterwards everything was explained fully.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful, the receptionist was friendly and the dentist was very good in explaining any problems that might occur in the future with my teeth. Parking itself is quite limited, obviously not the fault of the surgery but I'd advise using the public carpark nearby. A five minute walk.

The clinic is spotless, and every single member of staff from the reception team to the dental nurses to the dentists themselves is genuinely wonderful. As someone with disabilities, I found the practice very accessible, and the dentist who treated me was incredibly thoughtful and considerate of my needs. With the current shortage of NHS dentists, it can feel impossible to find proper care. But this practice truly goes above and beyond. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Dan. He is very considerate, kind, and thorough, and his attention to detail is impressive. Over the past few years, my girls have had a good experience under his care. Most recently, in July, my daughter had a root canal procedure done. This was an intricate procedure over two days. Dr. Dan and Corrina were excellent, they took very good care of my daughter's teeth. My teenage daughter said Dr.Dan is cool and professional! Fantastic experience: Attended the surgery today for an emergency appointment (got it same day) and it was my first time at a dentist in 10 years, I’m an extremely nervous patient and was very anxious and faint, the dentist I saw was absolutely amazing, she eased my anxiety so quickly and was so kind and gentle, would recommend to anyone to come here, so pleased with my experience and the outcome ☺️

Fantastic experience: I have recently changed to this dentist and I can’t praise them highly enough. I’m not great with pain and on both visits I was looked after and made sure I was comfortable. During both visits, one was to have a tooth removed, I was kept informed on what was going to happen next. We are now in the process of changing my wife to this practice. Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of this Dentist. Absolutely first class. Immaculate and clean inside and the staff are what make it even better. The service and treatment I received from Shiv,Ash and Ruby was exceptional and without doubt would 100% recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Littleport Dental is so much better than it used to be, it seemed like I saw a different dentist every time but since Dan has been there I’ve not seen anyone else (apart from hygienists). My teeth and gums are now so much better than they used to be thanks to the help and advice that I’ve received from everyone that I’ve seen, particularly Dan as he has done some great work for me. To say that I’m happy would be an understatement. I wouldn’t say that I look forward to visiting, but having confidence in my dentist means that I’m not dreading it either….. The WiFi is also handy in the phone signal blackhole that is Littleport!

Negative experience: Nurses are very nice but if you are a nhs patient the you get the bear minimum was told I had to see the hygienist ( not covered by nhs so cost of £75 ) before they will do a fillings only seem to want to remove teeth rather than fix them i guess it's the cheapest option for them had to have a tooth removed being of April they done the anesthetic injection then told me I may never have feeling that side again, The extraction was difficult and has still not healed fully could not eat properly for weeks, I am terrified of going to dentists after a bad experience at a previous one, the thought of going back is distressing me quite badly Now.

Fantastic experience: I have recently had a crown fitted for the first time. Dan explained every step of what to expect during the procedure. I am at last able to chew confidently on a very smart crown that has replaced a tooth that had many fillings & was not stable. Thank you Dan & the team

Negative experience: Very nice staff but always wanting to do the bare minimum for NHS patients, refused to give fluoride treatment despite being cavity prone, wouldn't clean plaque off front teeth...all things I would get easily done without any hesitation included in my previous NHS dentist, here seems to be impossible to get despite these being included in the Band of treatment when needed.

Negative experience: Although the dentist was very good I had very poor customer service from a receptionist. The girl who took my very anxious phone call- I was running late due to a disability and she didn’t appreciate the fact that she kept taking over me therefore making me more anxious. After telling me I was rude when I asked her not to keep talking she rebooked my appointment and hung up whilst I started to thank her. I asked to speak to the manager after my appointment and apparently there wasn’t one !

Fantastic experience: I thoroughly recommend Littleport Dental, especially Dan Crocker. Over the years I have had several bad dental experiences leaving me very scared of dentists and treatment. I broke a tooth so needed a crown. Dan has a calm reassuring manner, is very patient and understanding. He explained everything he needed to do without over whelming me and regularly stopped to check I was ok. I cannot thank him enough for helping me through this process. The rest of the team I met were friendly and welcoming. The reception & waiting areas were clean and pleasant with a relaxed atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: I only started to attend here last year as the previous dental practice I attended relocated, and I’m so glad I did. I’ve had only great experiences. Most recently was with Dr Emily Pritchard for an urgent appointment. She was thorough and compassionate, and sorted a referral for me so quickly - it was highly appreciated. Everyone else I’ve seen for routine checkups and cleanings have also been wonderful. Beyond the great staff, they’ve also recently expanded and renovated, and it’s all very clean, pretty and calming. I don’t often leave reviews, but they deserve it - Littleport is lucky to have such a dental practice.

Negative experience: Rather strange one, really... I've only ever heard this type of story in the news. It has been at least 7 years since I've visited this dental clinic as I moved down south. I can't recall the name of my dentist at the time in this surgery. I recall he was of Asian descent and also a man of very little words, meaning communication with his clients wasn't the strongest key. I went in due to my first molar being painful and having a hole. We also looked at one of my canine teeth still being a baby tooth (I'm dealing with that). This particular dentist, of course, as a natural procedure, used local anaesthetic. My gums are now numb, and he also drills through my first and second premolar without advising what was going on. That was not part of why I was there in the first place. During the procedure, I felt the heaviness, and it wasn't on my first molar. I asked the dentist why it felt so heavy on my other teeth, and that's when he told me I have cavities on all of my molars and I would have to have them "eventually" drilled and (I didn't know, and can't afford white fillings on my teeth.) I was extremely surprised as I thought I had good teeth I was confused and scared and until this day very ashamed to speak up about my own experience in this surgery. Anyway, I'm at a very good surgery in the south of England. It has been many years without drilling my molars. I haven't had any problems. I go to my surgery without telling them anything. They asked me why my crown hadn't been finalised (which took months at Littleport) eventually my tooth broke. Also asked me why my teeth had been drilled? I asked my new dentist if my other teeth "molars" had to be drilled? They looked at me in confusion and said my teeth are completely fine we just need to sort the ingrowning tooth where the baby tooth still sits. So my new. Dentist told me my teeth didn't need to be drilled and filled there was nothing wrong with them and there wasn't. My teeth were fine and now all I can see is black ruining my smile. I have good healthy teeth. I don't have to be a dentist to know that. Why did you ruin my teeth? I'm so angry and frustrated.

She is calm, explains everything so well and (speaking as someone who used to be frightened of going to the dentist) makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable! Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I started Invisalign with Ash in January 2023, and she has been phenomenally patient throughout. We paused everything while I got married and resumed. The whole thing has taken longer than expected because Ash is so patient and really wants the best. I've got the month membership and as soon as Invisalign is done I can't wait to go for a check up and hygienist. Just the loveliest dentist I've ever had, and they have so much time for you. Fantastic experience: Dr Dan Crocker has restored my faith in dentists. After having a bad experience at a different dentists, I hadn’t stepped foot in one for years. Due to a very painful toothache and infection I had to go. Dr Dan has THE most calming voice and personality I actually found my experience every time was easy and when I had my tooth extracted I didn’t feel anything. I can’t thank him enough and I will be going back for more dental work soon. I never thought I would say that.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, although any dentist we I/family have seen here have been very nice, the receptionist is always very rude and unwelcoming. Recently I called to request information about cosmetic dentistry for a nervous family member. The receptionist just made me feel awkward about calling and made no attempt to ease any concerns on my family members mind. I decided to ring a new cosmetic practice in Ely who were amazing and friendly from the first phone call to the finish of the full cosmetic treatment.

Fantastic experience: I have a massive and I mean MASSIVE phobia of the dentist and had left a broken tooth so long I ended up with complications. I wish I’d visited Daniel and Lucy at Littleport dental before !! They put me at ease, explained everything, we’re kind, gentle and understanding. I’ll be going back in two weeks to try and make up for lost time. If you have a fear of dentists or dentistry, I cannot recommend these guys enough seriously, I came out of there a different person.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to give a quick review of the excellent dentistry of dr Mohnisha Jawaheer that both me and my husband had this week. I can honestly say that Dr Jawaheer is the best dentist we have ever had. Dr Jawaheer is a true representation of what all dentists should be like, kind, gentle, reassuring, understanding, have true empathy, informative, knowledgeable and most of all have an endless amount of patience. This is an odd thing to say about going to a dentist, but it was a true pleasure to have a filling which was a painless, efficient great experience which is solely down to Dr Jawaheer and her fantastic colleagues on Tuesday and Wednesday this week. I also wanted to say thank you to the fantastic Administrative team who work seamlessly behind the scenes booking appointments for patients, which I know after 38 years in a Customer Service role can provide you with many unexpected opportunities. We are both really happy that we gave been able to join your dental practice and look forward to coming back in February for our yearly checkup. Have a great weekend everyone!!

Negative experience: Cancelled my plan after the hygienist refused to see me when I was 5 minutes late. I had travelled some distance to get there and was held up being misdirected by satnav and slow traffic. I do understand the need to be on time but this was ridiculous

Positive experience: Jess the hygienist was absolutely fantastic, friendly and very educational of where I was going wrong and how to avoid further issues. However, the dentist side was a repeated let down. I needed a hospital referral for a wisdom tooth and was lead to believe hospital referrals were made. Unfortunately I was told constantly conflicting information on the referrals and even had another dentist surgery on the phone falsely accusing me of refusing a hospital referral which wasn't even true. It was at that point I got concerned I was getting ripped off. Now I am worse off than I was before and in worse pain. If it wasn't for Jess' incredible service the rating would have been lower. I leave this review in hopes the dentist service side of things improves in the future.

Negative experience: I had to look around as no NHS dentist in the Kings Lynn area & had a search for recommendations & came up with The Littleport Dentist & like most where only taking on private patients. So I booked a consultation & I realised I needed quite a bit of work & we came to the agreement of 5 teeth to be removed, some fillings & a set of dentures, plus some remedial work at around £2000:00. 1st appointment was very uncomfortable after as all were taking time to heal plus a dry socket. But with another visit all was solved. But also on this appointment Shiv had to call in another dentist to extract the tooth & can only assume he wasn't experienced to do the work. So Mohnisha was called in to do this. When the tooth was removed, she smiled & said sorry, but I caught your tongue. At this point in time I was under the injection & couldn't feel it. But when this wore off I found I could not swallow anything solid for around eight days & was limited to soups & similar as my tongue had swollen. The next appointment about 4 weeks later was ok & it just left me to go back for The denture side of things. But within these 4 weeks I had another filling fall out because with the extractions it made two other teeth more vulnerable. So I phoned & asked for my next appointment to be extended to replace the filling. They were quite adamant that they would have to see the tooth, even after telling them I would have a 50 mile round trip for them to see it. At this point I gave up with them. They said Shiv had phoned, yet there was no record on my caller ID or messages left. After giving them over a thousand pounds, i can't recommend them as the charges are similar to top end accountants & barristers.

Fantastic experience: Excellent practice with thorough and caring dentists and hygienist. Saw Jess last week who gave me a thorough clean and was gentle. Always put at ease.

Fantastic experience: Everyday is a school day with the lovely Jess, she has that personality that you feel like you can gel with, a down to earth girl that says it how it is. Straight to the point and avoiding to many technical terms that a novice like me wouldn’t understand. But from someone who just brushed her teeth twice a day and that be that I have learnt so much from Jess! So much about a good routine and how to have better teeth hygiene at ease! Advice I didn’t know I needed! What a great way to use your social media platform! Always happy to help, always has a solution to any dental problem.

Fantastic experience: Even if you’re not a patient at this practice, Jess the hygienist is committed to educating and helping everyone whether in person or online. Jess couldn’t hide her passion and concern for peoples oral health if she tried! She continually offers advice and guidance and explains things in an easy-to-understand manner. Fantastic experience: So I’ve had a really bad phobia of the dentist for as long as I can remember and have put off getting my teeth fixed for a very long time, after talking to Jessica and bugging her with all my question she really did put my mind at ease, after every tooth she’d make sure I’m okay and would always ask if I need to have a quick break she was very patient and very gentle and I walked out unbelievably happy I haven’t stopped smiling since my treatment! Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Jess the Hygienist enough! She has given me so much advice on what to buy and what not to buy to keep my teeth as healthy as they can be! I have now transferred over to an electric toothbrush and have already noticed the difference in feeling and look! Her saying “when it comes to an electric toothbrush and a manual it’s like sweeping the carpet vs hoovering it” and that’s always stuck in my head!
