Fantastic experience: I took my niece for teeth filling at Sorriso and Dr Dilan & Farina his assistant were super amazing with her. Dr Dilan took his time to make her feel comfortable and explained the process to her before starting it. He explained it to her, demo it and got her involved in the process by asking her to hold the tools for him and give to him when required. This helped her to relax for the filling. I couldn't be more impressed, I'll highly recommend Dr Dilan for any kid's dental procedure. He's very good with kids.

Negative experience: To respond to your reply from my first review: It’s honestly such a shame to read your reply, because all I see is excuse after excuse dressed up as professionalism. You’re avoiding the simple fact: I paid £98 and got absolutely nothing in return except empty words and more demands for money. You continue to insist that what was done was under “goodwill,” claiming the dentist did me a favour with an X-ray and scan. Nothing was done out of goodwill — your so-called goodwill came with a £98 price tag. If it truly were goodwill, why did your receptionist tell me when I requested a refund that the £98 was to cover the cost of the X-ray and scan? You can’t have it both ways. That’s not goodwill — that’s misleading. I politely requested a refund but was refused, and instead told I’d need to pay an additional £150 just to receive any answers from the specialist. The dentist himself told me he would call me with an update. That was agreed, noted, and witnessed. Instead, I got a receptionist calling me the very next day, demanding another £150 just to even speak to a specialist. At no point — not before, not during, not after — did anyone explain more fees would follow. Transparency clearly isn’t part of your process. But taking money? That part you’ve mastered. Your long, overblown reply doesn’t show professionalism. It shows you’re more worried about polishing your image online than actually caring about patients who leave your clinic feeling cheated. If your version of “service” is charging for meaningless scans, failing to deliver promised aftercare, and then blaming the patient for daring to expect what was agreed — then thank you, you’ve just proven my point. this clinic is untrustworthy and disappointing. For now, all I can do is share my experience — both in my review and with others — so people are aware of the disappointing, money-driven service they can expect here.

Negative experience: Avoid This Clinic at All Costs – A Total Waste of Money and Time I went in for an emergency appointment due to an infected tooth and paid £98 for what turned out to be absolutely nothing of value. After some poking, prodding, an X-ray, and a 3D scan, the dentist told me he couldn’t actually treat the issue because he wasn’t a specialist. He clearly assured me that he would consult with the in-house specialists using the X-ray and 3D images he had already taken — and that no further tests or scans would be needed, as the ones he performed were more than sufficient for the specialist to assess the condition of my tooth. This plan, including the use of existing images, was noted in my file so the specialist could pick it up directly. But to my surprise the very next day, I received a call from the clinic — not with an update like agreed on, but to schedule a new appointment with the specialist, who would apparently need to do his own X-ray and assessment — at an additional cost of £150. So what exactly did I pay £98 for? Nothing. The scans and consultation from the first visit-the day before- were completely disregarded. I left without a treatment plan, without a solution, and still in pain — and £98 out of pocket. This clinic is a textbook example of how to take your money while offering no actual care or resolution. If you enjoy being passed around between dentists and billed each time for the privilege, this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid it completely. If you expect competent care and professionalism, look literally anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Dr Dilan Abdah was an exceptional dentist and human being today extracting my daughters tooth this afternoon. He was extremely professional, caring and compassionate with her and made the whole process much more comfortable for a very nervous 10 year old. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I visited the Sorriso Design clinic due to a toothache, and I was attended by Dr. Dylan. He was exceptionally attentive, very patient, and thoroughly professional. He answered all my questions in detail and took the time to ensure I was comfortable, without any rush. He made all the necessary adjustments and even paused so I could breathe properly since I have some difficulty breathing through my nose. He was very kind and put me at ease the entire time. I’ve also consulted with Dr. Juliane there, who is equally excellent. One phrase from Dr. Dylan that really stuck with me was when he said, “I treat my patients as if I were treating a member of my own family, so it’s very important to me to do an excellent job.” I highly recommend both of them!

I was in a lot of discomfort due to swelling and inflammation around a wisdom tooth and Dr. Scandian was incredibly responsive and accommodating the emergency appointment at a short notice. Dr. Scandian was not only professional and efficient but also very kind and reassuring throughout the entire appointment. She quickly diagnosed the issue and provided treatment that brought immediate relief. Her calm and compassionate approach made a stressful situation much easier. Everyone at her clinic was welcoming and I felt genuinely cared from the moment I arrived. I am very grateful for the excellent care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Scandian to anyone in need of expert dental treatment. I also brought my daughter to Dr. Scandian for the consultation and I was equally impressed. She is exceptionally gentle and cautious with children, taking the time to explain everything in a way that reduced any anxiety my daughter had about visiting the dentist. I’m a very nervous patient and I’ve never sat in the dentist chair due to having high level of special needs and being very nervous but everyone made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Fantastic experience: I’ve had appointments with several different dentists at this clinic, and they have all been fantastic. The quality of service and professionalism are top-notch. Every dentist I've seen has been kind, friendly, and highly skilled. While the prices aren’t the cheapest, you truly get what you pay for. To be fair, the rates are in line with other private dental services. Given my past experiences with poor dental care elsewhere, I finally feel like I’ve found a clinic I can trust. They also offer financing options, which have been helpful for more expensive treatments. I was able to split my payments into 12 instalments, making it much more manageable. Jackie, the receptionist, is also very warm and kind. Juliane, the clinic owner, is amazing. She maintains an exceptionally high standard for her team. You can trust that you’re in good hands.

Negative experience: I visited this dentist during Aug 2022 and it was the worse decision of my life. I had a root canal treatment by Dr Madelina Manase who made me feel uneasy during the whole procedure, was unprofessional and caused nerve damage. The whole experience was horrific and I’m still suffering from nerve pain around my ear and I’m on pain killers. While the rest of the team were very welcoming and professional, I’m so disappointed I went here to see her for the treatment!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. I visited Sorriso Design Dental Clinic following recommendations of my daughter, who had a dental treatment there and now is very happy for the results. I was amazed of Dr Alex professionalism, who was dealing with my loose implant, which was giving me a lot of pain and discomfort. Implant was installed in 2017 in Budapest and was okay all this years, but because I have a very hard bite, it started to be loose. I thought it just a crown above the implant is loose, that’s why I made an appointment to fix my crown. But after examination and x-ray done Dr Alex explained to me that this is not a crown is loose, it’s the whole implant is loose and needs to be extracted, which I agreed after very clear and professional explanation. Thank you Dr Alex. I am looking forward to fix my implant in two months time, which is a waiting period until the wound will be healed. With best regards, Irina

Fantastic experience: I have always been extremely anxious going to any dentist until coming here. I have just had a filling in my lower back tooth. Firstly it was a pain free and relaxing experience in a calm environment. Secondly at the hands of such an exceptional, kind and gentle dentist my tooth now looks perfect.
