Fantastic experience: The experience and service at Dental House is outstanding. Dr Shamir and Dr Hassan are totally amazing. I have had various treatments and nothing was too much trouble. The after care is excellent. I will always go back there and have been so happy with the service and treatment that i have had. The professionalism and the skills they have is outstanding, and not forgetting the ladies at reception. Totally wonderful place, so caring.

I had an emergency appointment this morning, and from booking my appointment to receiving treatment, the whole experience was a 10/10. Claire and Wendy at reception were amazing—they made me feel comfortable the moment I walked through the door. Their warm welcome immediately put me at ease. Fantastic experience: I came to the practice looking to improve my smile, and the results I’ve achieved here have exceeded my expectations. With Spark aligners and composite veneers, I got exactly what I wanted. A massive shoutout to Dr Shamir, who explained the process thoroughly from the start and maintained excellent communication throughout. Fantastic experience: Recently under went lots of cosmetic work with dental house practice sunbury and all i can say is id highly recommend these guys to anyone. Im a nervous person when coming to dentist due ti past trauma and dr.shamir explained and was very understanding of my situation and made me feel at ease at every appointment. Went under full restoration of my damaged teeth and made me feel 1000 times more confident and now happier with my appearance and will be using them in future for more appearance of teeth whitening for the remanning teeth. I can now live with not having any issues within my mouth all thanks to the team at dental house. 10/10 highly recommended to anyone thats looking for amazing work.

Fantastic experience: I am an extremely anxious person and was in a huge amount of pain. The lady at reception could see how scared and upset I was and immediately with her attentive nature started to put me at ease. Then I am introduced to the dentist and again such a patient and empathetic person,he talked about everything he was going to do and put me at so much comfort. I left there with antibiotics and im looking forward to going back tomorrow to book in for my treatment. This is the 1st time since 2009 I have been to a dentist, this was because of such a bad experience...I would recommend this dental practice to anyone that is maybe nervous or worried..

From the moment I called through until leaving after my appointment all the staff were professional, kind and efficient. Fantastic experience: Dental House is an extraordinary well performed dentist to choose if you are struggling from seeking someone to handle a complex case but not affordable to use specialist. Moreover, the principle doctor’s canal treatment technique is neat and smooth, and amazingly no pain (even for anaesthetisation) that was proofed by my wife who is super super nervous, suffered from bad experience before… Thanks again Dental House.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Dr Shamir and the dental house , I’ve recently had an Invisalign brace followed by whitening and composite edge bonding and am so happy with the results. Shamir was incredibly informative and friendly during the whole process giving different options and treatment plans along the way. I also had a crown fitted last year by Shamir and have used the practice for the hygienist appointments and my younger son’s check ups. All in all a lovely dental practice with an incredibly friendly helpful team !

Fantastic experience: Visited Hassan at Dental House a couple years ago for some cosmetic work on my teeth and he did the most amazing job - I get so many compliments on them whenever I’m out still now. I then revisited this week for some dental work which I was so nervous about but he’s done an amazing job once again. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth !

Fantastic experience: I’d like to share a review as I feel this deserves one! And a very positive one! My entire experience being with dental house has been amazing. From the receptionist staff to Dr Hassan! I visited Hassan as I had concerns regarding gaps in my lower teeth and I wanted straight, white teeth I was skeptical if Invisalign could resolve this. However I was on the comprehensive treatment plan and hassan was attentive and kept me in the loop with the next steps and was always happy to answer any questions. During the end of my treatment I opted for edge composite bonding for a clean finish, I couldn’t have asked for anything better, Hassan’s attention to detail was spot on and he has given me the smile I always wanted!!! One hundred percent recommend this practise and all the staff are welcoming. Thank you Dental House and massive thanks you to Hassan.

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently had composite veneers done by Hassan and he was amazing from start to finish. They are perfect and have turned out better than I hoped for. Having the option to have a demo appointment beforehand to get a clear vision to see what the teeth would look like was really helpful, I was scared they might look too big and I wouldn’t suit them. This put my mind at ease. Hassan was also very helpful and patient with all my questions and giving me the correct advice to achieve my desired outcome. I had a very minor issue that needed correcting and messaged Hassan over WhatsApp and was booked in to see him the following week. All the staff are great and very welcoming however especially Wendy on reception, she was so lovely and attentive and answered all the questions I had regarding the process. Highly recommend this practice and I am over the moon with my teeth.

Fantastic experience: As a nervous patient who had not been to the dentist for many years I could not be more pleased with everything dental house did to repair a cracked tooth and resolve the accompanying gum infection. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have loved my experience at The Dental House, I recently had whitening and composite bonding done with Dr Shamir. I was only looking to have bonding on one tooth and I really liked how Dr Shamir understood this and didn’t put pressure on me to get it on all my other teeth too. He gave suggestions as to other things they could do for me which I hadn’t considered previously, such as filing of my other teeth to subtly enhance my smile, but he didn’t put pressure on me to do everything he suggested. During my bonding appointment, he would stop and show me my teeth at various points so we could chat through my thoughts on the colour and shape etc and make any changes along the way, which I really liked. They are really transparent regarding fees and the 0% payment plan was so quick and easy to set up. All the staff and receptionists there are so lovely and helpful, making it a really nice experience every time.

Fantastic experience: I booked an emergency appointment and was seen immediately by Dr. Amar who was very thorough and professional. I was very satisfied with the service I received and would not hesitate to recommend this dentist. I also received a gift bag with some promotional material, travel toothpaste, floss & a pen which was a nice gesture.

Fantastic experience: just brilliant, I required a urgent fix to a bridge that had been fitted 4 years ago by a different surgery, From my call i was reassured that a positive outcome would be achievable, from receptionist to dentist I was looked after and reassured. im pleased to say that everything was fixed and at a very reasonable price considering i was an emergency visit .

Fantastic experience: I love my experience at the Dental House, they are really efficient, polite, comforting and reassuring. I’m so lucky I got to do my dental work with Dr Shamir, he’s so kind and pleasant. You just feel safe with him! When I had my 2hr procedure done, I was able to watch suits (my favourite show) in the TV, which made the experience feel like 30minutes and very pleasant. The facilities are clean and a nice design and layout in the dentist. Overall great experience

Wendy has been very warm, welcoming and accommodating when I’ve needed to book appointments on weekends around my work schedule. I have had 2x hygienist appointments with Raj Gill and she has been very helpful with helping me keep on track with getting my teeth back to normal Very informative, patient and thorough during my appointments even giving me one on one demonstrations on how to properly look after my teeth Highly recommend dental house

Fantastic experience: The best service I can ever remember receiving from anyone. Every appointment was kept; each service offered was fulfilled; all times were kept. A new client was introduced to them just before Christmas, and thanks to them they were able to have a Christmas dinner. From Wendy Howe on Reception, to Jonathan Howe, the Clinical Technician, all was pleasentness and efficiency. I live miles away from them, and these details were arranged over the 'phone, for someone in a care home, without my needing to make a personal visit, either Thanks very, very much indeed for being an example to all.

Fantastic experience: Before visiting Dental house this time last year I hadn’t been to the dentist for 15ish years and was really apprehensive. Raashi, the hygeinist and assistant team have taken such good care of me I would recommend them to anyone. From basic dental care through to completing Invisalign with this practice, they have been patient and kind to me. More recently Shamir has supported and the handover of are felt seamless. Fantastic experience: Amazing practice! Originally discovered them when I had a dental emergency and my usual practice was fully booked. The dental house saw me within 48 hours and solved the problem so quickly! I then signed up my son who has autism to the practice, and I cannot stress how wonderful they were with him, to the point where he's asking when he can next go! Amazing service and a friendly team all round. I'm glad I made the change to here!

Positive experience: Speaking about services, the front of house, Wendy is amazing at what she does, very knowledgable and welcoming, passionate about dentistry and kind. Spent about 20 mins speaking to her while collecting my mums forms. She advised that her service charges for her firm are fair and they dont rush their patients like other dentist which is very good.

Fantastic experience: I can’t praise this Dental Practice enough. I first came here in April 2023 and from the second I stepped foot inside I have received excellent care and work on my teeth. Caroline on reception makes you feel so welcome and put me at ease instantly. I saw both Dr Raashi Mehta and Dr Shamir Chandarana for a root canal, fillings, and the replacement of a very old, poorly fitted crown. They both made me feel so at ease in the chair and all my anxiety went away. They also gave me excellent advice on how to continue to care for my teeth. I’m thrilled with the results and I highly recommend this Dental Practice.

Negative experience: Be very careful with the prices you pay, I was misled by staff by offering me a free consultation however upon arrival was charged for. Also stated that I misunderstood her which was not the case. Would have been great if she simply said it was a mistake and my experience wouldn’t be bad. Overall the dentist was good at his job.

Fantastic experience: Dental House is the answer to all your tooth related issues. They are very kind, professional, efficient, well run, reasonably priced and sympathetic. I had a root canal and a crown on what was effectively only half a tooth and it's amazing! The crown is just like a real tooth. If you need great dentists, look no further.

Fantastic experience: I regularly travel for over 1.5 hours each way specifically to attend this clinic to care for my teeth. Both dentists there are absolute life savers and have helped so much in emergency situations. They are so gentle, professional, prompt and super friendly. They soon put you at ease and I've never felt uncomfortable unlike past experiences at other dentists. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here since 2019 I believe, and I’ve always had a great experience. They’ve since changed their waiting area as it used to be at the front. I love going to see Lucy for a scale and polish because she makes you feel comfortable and you get to watch Friends in every room but at the same time the dentist makes me extremely nervous If you’re looking for an efficient and caring dentist, this is the place to be. They’re flexible, personable, and caring towards their customers.

Fantastic experience: Really great practice. The service, procedures and the place itself are 10/10. Every time I sat on the dental chair I felt as though I was in safe hands. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Only down side is that they are a bit more expensive than other practices but you definitely get what you pay for.

Throughout the 4-month treatment, Hassan was so accommodating, answering my many (!) queries extremely promptly, always so kind, thorough, and attentive throughout. Fantastic experience: I’m so grateful to Dr. Chandarana for saving my tooth! I came to the Dental House practice with a bad infection from a failed route canal and didn’t have much hope of saving my tooth. Dr. Chandarana put me at ease straight away by easing the infection and pain and talking through my options, giving me honest advice and transparent costings. He genuinely cared about trying to save my tooth, even if it was a pretty complex case and took his time to ensure the route canal was completely clear of infection (which took a few visits) before redoing the route canal to prevent any future problems. I felt completely at ease throughout and not in any pain the whole way through. I plan to switch my whole family to the practice.

They’re very communicative and happy to answer any questions. I always feel comfortable coming here and enjoyed being able to choose what I watched on Netflix during the longer sessions :)

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience. My partner was struck by a broken tooth and severe nerve pain at midnight last night, he needed an emergency treatment to help ease the pain. We made an enquiry on the website for an emergency appointment at midnight, they whatsapped him a few minutes later booking him in for 8.15am this morning! He wasn’t even registered with this clinic but they got him seen so quickly and filled out registration on arrival. He was seen so quickly and they injected antibiotics and gave a temporary filling, he then has a video call booked for tomorrow to discuss root canal options! We won’t be going anywhere else from now on and I’m thinking of registering for myself because of how amazing and fast the service was. The staff are lovely and welcoming, and the place is so clean and looks brand new with great facilities (tv screen on the ceiling to distract you while you get your teeth sorted!). Thanks Dental Clinic team!

Fantastic experience: What can I say ! 5 months I ago I got recommend by friend to see Hassan at dental house to get my composite bonding. I was wanting to improve smile as I’ve always been very conscious of my smile and always looked pretty moody in my pictures haha . Until I decided to get them done with Hassan ! Very professional and lead me in the right direction, I’m a very fussy person when it comes to my look but i fully trusted Hassan and his eye to recommend what was the best plan for my composite . I had the top 6 teeth fully covered and the whitest shade, it was the best choice I made and has changed how I feel about my smile now . All my photos now have a big smile and my insecurity with my smile had gone :) Thanks again Hassan and maintaining them Since I have had them done :)

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Hassan at Dental House! My first consultation was spend discussing composite bonding and how i would like my teeth to look. We then bonded my teeth with a non-permanent composite to see if the end results would be what i wanted. Throughout the process Hassan was patient and professional when discussing how i wanted my teeth to look. I then went ahead and had the permanent bonding done. Im really happy with how my teeth turned out and would recommend Dental House and Hassan to anyone wanting to make their teeth a little nicer.
